    This is the second time we have used this company. I called them at 8:O0 AM and by 10:AM Technician Andrew was here. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem with our toilet and shower in about an hour, he also cleaned up and gave us advice on things we can do to keep our drains running clear, all at a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Im a repeat customer of Emergency Drain and Plumbing and they are always my first call whenever Im experiencing any sort of plumbing issue. The customer service is always top notch, the work is impeccable, and the pricing is fair. Fry came out today to unhook my gas dryer and will be returning in a few days to hook up my new gas dryer. He was quick, professional, tidy, and graciously answered my many questions. He even suggested making a small upgrade to my gas line which I very much appreciated. Finding honest and reliable folks to help make improvements to your home can be tricky these days which is why Im so glad I can trust plumbers like Fry at Emergency Drain and Plumbing.     (Date of service -- 12/5/24, in Clinton Township) First off, I want to acknowledge how hard it is to find a trust worthy plumber. It seems like we have infinite choices, especially in metro Detroit. I started out asking a local FB group who they would trust to send out to aid their recently retired mother-in-law in helping her get kitchen drain (and disposal) working again.After a few mentions of Emergency Drain and Plumbing, we call and were cautiously optimistic. Chris arrived and we immediately knew were in the right hands. He explained everything to my MIL who is on her own in a very respectful and informative manner. I would easily trust sending Chris to ANY of my family to help them with any of their plumbing needs. 10000/10, easily the best and most painless experiences Ive ever had working with a plumber.     Andrew is the man. We called at 9pm on a Saturday and he was here in an hour. He talked us through our issue and what he had to do, was professional and very transparent every step of the way, and advised on what to look out for / expect in the future. All at very reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend these guys!

    Ive used emergency drain & plumbing several times over the years and Ive always been incredibly satisfied with the work ethic, completion of work & fair prices. Ive had them replace entire sewer mains to just snaking drains. This recent experience with their service technician Fry, was another great experience. He was on time, explained what he was doing and made recommendations for the future.

    ER plumbing is amazing! We had a leaking galvanized valve in our basement plumbing. They had someone out to our house with in 1 hour of calling on a Saturday night.     I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Andrew L. and Phil V. from Emergency Drain and Plumbing! They replaced a faulty faucet at my home, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The team arrived promptly, worked quickly, and their level of professionalism was impressive.     Ant (yes thats his name) went way above and beyond. He came to my house to install a new toilet and found that the toilet I had purchase was broken. Not only did he pack it back up and put it in my car, he also followed me to Lowes and loaded the new one in my car and followed me back home (something I could not have done by myself). This is kindness and customer service that you just dont see anymore. Emergency drain and plumbing has all of my business from this point forward and the only plumbing company I will recommend for my friends. Marie who came out initially, was wonderful as well.

    I called for a leaking water shutoff value leading to 2 of our toilets. We had to shut off the whole house water to stop the leaking. A plumber was out to our house within an hour after calling. Ken was extremely respectful and professional. He was able to efficiently stop the leaking and was done within a hour. Prices were in line with other companies I called. I highly recommend using this company, especially for emergency plumbing.

    We started our Friday morning with a shower that wouldnt drain. Then the bathtub wouldnt drain and the toilet wouldnt flush. Another plumbing professional recommended Emergency Drain and Plumbing who sent Phil and Todd. These guys were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. They unclogged the system and found the culprit: flushable wipes. Dont flush them ever! Although I hope to never have this problem again, if I do, I wouldnt hesistate to call Emergency Drain and Plumbing.

    Never used these guys before but was desperate to correct a backing up floor drain at a house my daughter rents. They showed up when they said they would, Phil was really terrific. Knowledgeable and very nice, worked fast and cleaned up great. Even though Phil must have had a long day under his belt before he showed up at 7pm for our job, he was friendly and quick with a smile.     EDAP is a great company. I had a leaking faucet in the basement and they were out the next day to fix it. Chris Fry was my tech and he couldnt have been nicer or more knowledgeable about his work. He did a fantastic job. EDAP is my first call for any plumbing issues.

    We did not have the ability to use our sink for over 3 days. We contacted our landlord and the maintenance man couldnt get our sink unclogged after being here for 3 hours. Prior to our move we were traveling back and forth between Chicago and Bloomfield Hills and we needed a plumber on a Sunday. Fry was nice enough to come out on a Sunday last minute to fix a leaky faucet and to educate us on shutoff valve locations downstairs. This allowed us to leave Monday morning to complete another move-prep trip. Also, Fry just came out for an intricate high tech water filter install, plus a new kitchen faucet. He overcame unexpected obstacles with great ingenuity, and explained things to us as he went along. As a customer we appreciate that kind of communication.     Max worked diligently to resolve our problem! He is so knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated his tenacity and work ethic! He took a lot of pride in his work and wanted to do it properly!I would also like to mention that Sean or Shawn (not sure of spelling) came out to help Max for a little and he was also professional, steadfast, and seemed like he had a wealth of knowledge.Overall, prices seem competitive and the service was quick (same day)! We will definitely use Emergency Drain and Plumbing again in the future because of our experience with Max these past two days.I think I can only do the one interview but I needed to add that I had to have Emergency Drain and Plumbing come out again and Ken and Nico (Niko) did an amazing job and the price was more than reasonable. I was really devasted with how the slum lords that owned our home left so many problems but they got out and fixed it asap. From quote to getting the work done was a quick turn around and now we have peace of mind because of their great customer service and diligence.

    I have used them many times now. They are amazing. The first time was in October when Consumers Energy cut off gas to the homeless shelter where I work. Of course it was a Saturday. It took them 2 days to fix the issue however, their weekend/emergency prices were the same as another plumber who couldnt fix the issue on a weekend. Jeremy was the first plumber and I cant remember the name of the plumber who came out and fixed a clogged drain but he was great also.The plumbers are always polite and answer all questions. I have dealt with a lot of plumbers and they are now my go to.

But i had sent a picture of the leak, and the *guesstimate* was $160 +/-; i was quite bummed when it cost me $230 to replace one copper corner.Was it done right? sure.I think the $65 Service Call FEE should be part of the Service once we get service; Incorporated. Not In Addition To the service.Because if you already charged me to come here, why am i getting zero minutes of service for that?But Still i am giving them 5 stars for the work, punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

    I called emergency drain and plumbing because my house was backed up, Max and Andrew were on the scene immediately and told me point blank this was probably a hydro jet job. However they took the time to snake my sewer line not once but twice. Each time double checking their work with state of the art snake cameras to show me exactly what the issue was and present me with my options. When I chose the higher priced hydro jet they went to work and proceeded not only to clear the line but also to make sure that everything cubic inch was properly cleared of any roots. Awesome job, great personalities, 100/10 recommend these champs

    We just completed an extensive basement renovation that required hiring a lot of skilled trades. All of them have disappointed in one way or another except for Owen Balestrieri from Emergency Drain and Plumbing. He completed the rough in....which included jack hammering and came back months later to finish up the job. He went above and beyond completing aspects of the job that most plumbers would not do. He was beyond professional kind and most importantly informative. If you go with this company...do yourself a favor and request Owen...you will not regret it.

I just had Fry here to fix a toilet. Even though I said it was OK if I need a new toilet, he said I didnt need it and recommended a less expensive fix. They are real people who see you as real people, not just a customer. All of them are the best — the receptionists like Kindra, every single plumber who has come to my house for service and, Brent, the owner. I just cant recommend them enough.

    Fantastic experience in an urgent situation.     Emergency Drain and Plumbing answered my phone call immediately. Almost 6 hours now and no return call from other emergency plumbers around Rochester, Mi. After speaking to Emergency Drain and Plumbing a Plumber was at me home in about 1 hour. We had a ruptured pipe in the hot water line. I was told the price for emergency service before the Plumber was sent. We had the area cleared and ready for the Plumber to do his trade before he rang the bell. He arrived about an hour after my phone call. He completed the repair of a punctured copper basement pipe in about 1 hour. This companies emergency service was of value, someone answered the phone, a Plumber came quickly, and my issue was fixed within 2 hours of broken pipe. Note if you have not been taught how to turn off the water supply to a toilet, sink and your water main learn now and teach your family! You will not have time to goggle it in an emergency. Thank you Emergency Drain and Plumbing, I will call again next time I require a Plumber.

I needed help replacing a cracked section of sewer pipe running under the foundation of my home requiring excavation outside and inside. Brent and team came in a took care of it.     It was the first time we used Emergency Drain and Plumbing.A saddle valve broke in our basement, and we called them to repair it. They arrived within a couple of hours. They replaced the saddle valve by a more reliable connection, and also suggested that we replace our old water heater. We scheduled that replacement for the following week. In the meantime, our toilet started to leak badly, and they also took care of that job (toilet flange/pipe replacement).The main individual that did the job (Fry) was professional, calm, and courteous. He did a fantastic job, cleaned everything upon completion, and even offered to quickly repair a door handle that was broken.     Huge thank you to Emergency Drain and Plumbing, and our awesome tech, Fry! He spent 8 HOURS (EIGHT!!!) at our house yesterday starting with one drain, then moving to the next, going outside to the sewers multiple times, using cameras, talking to the city, and just overall trying to figure out what was going on.At one point he thought our neighbors basement was probably having issues too since we share a sewer line and she got home when we were outside talking. Luckily, her house was fine, but that made him say (after 7.5 hours already), let me get in that main drain one more time. Hallelujah! After a little bit longer, we finally heard the water start draining and our problem was fixing. Bonus is that the city is still going to be cleaning out their part of the sewer out front too which definitely isnt a bad thing.We couldnt have asked for a more thorough technician with Fry. We will definitely be using them for our periodic cleanouts (which we didnt know we should be doing). Even with all the time he spent there, he was VERY fair in what he charged us.     Great experience with this company! They scheduled me quickly and in a timely fashion.I had called for a shower drain leak in a fairly new (3year old) basement bathroom addition. This company had fixed the problem site of the drain itself and not half heartedly just silicone a temporary fix like the original plumber/contractor had done. It was a tedious job to be done, but Jason, the master plumber who was sent out, did it right the first time.. no leaks. I liked his work ethics, was clean in how he did his job, respectful to the surrounding area as to make minimal damage to walls..only downside is the price is a little on the higher side,, but since it was done correctly, i rather pay a little more than to hire someone else for the job in the future.

This turned out to be the best decision I could have made in this situation.I called their company at 11:00am today and spoke to Tiffany who was extremely polite and helpful. After explaining my issue to her, she had the owner Brent call me within 5 minutes and her gave me an honest opinion. About two hours later, they sent two extremely knowledgable and honest technicians out to my house. The two guyss names were Garrett and Aaron . They communicated every possible scenario along their process including risks and costs involved. They even happily let me be that annoying guy that watches them do their job and ask a bunch of questions. TALKING ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The job was completed to perfection after they cleared a calcium clog in my stormwater discharge drain 80ft from my house! No more water backing up next to my foundation! It was also done at a fair and honest price of $365.If you call anyone else for your plumbing issues, you are doing yourself a severe disservice.Thanks so much again to the whole team!Marc Rogers

    Our sump sewer line collapsed from our house to the city storm sewer main. We were referred to Emergency Drain and Plumbing (EDAP) by some neighbors. The job required digging up a good portion of our yard in order to replace the line. Brent, Fry and the rest of the crew came in and did an amazing job! They not only completed the job in a timely manner, but they did so without any major disruption to our landscaping! The excavator operator was simply amazing!     Jeremy and his guys went above and beyond. We bought a 35 year old house that needed some work. They replaced a leaking hose spigot pipe, put in two new hot water heaters, replaced whole house shutoff valves, put in a new wash tub and new washer hookups and drain.     Because of the extreme cold I had a pipe burst at my 5 unit apt building at 8 pm. I called them and Garrett was there by 9 and went to work on some very old pipes.
