They did a great job handling all the different elements of the water heater replacement (gas, water, permit, removal) quickly and smoothly. We were put in contact with them through the home warranty company regarding the small, older water heater in the new house that was technically working, but not great. Their response was quick and they came and checked it over and gave us some suggestions regarding insulation and settings. We later decided we all actually did want to be able to take showers on the same day and asked them about installing a new larger tank. The quote, scheduling, and responses were received quickly and work was done on time and completely.

Ross did a fantastic job installing our new sump pump combo unit with battery backup! He took the time needed to do a great job even though our sump pump pit was narrow at the bottom. Every step of the way from the quote until completion was very professional...and we didnt have to wait hardly at all! Highly recommend First Choice! Ignore the blue tape in the picture...that was owner installed to keep cat toys out. :)

First Choice is hands down the best HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. My air conditioner went out in the middle of summer, and by the end of the day, it was up and running again. The staff went above and beyond to help. Ashley is fantastic—so easy to work with—and Tommy, the technician, did a wonderful job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. I also got to know Tim very well, and he’s just a solid dude. You seriously couldn’t ask for better people to work with. I found this company with a Google search and called them. It wasnt an emergency, so I was okay having to wait 3 or 4 hours before the plumber arrived. Ross came out the same day and fixed all my problems and even an extra problem in the kitchen without extra charges. The man, Ross, who came was polite and courteous and was able to install new fixtures for our kitchen sink in about half an hour as well as fix my toilet. He didnt leave a mess. He was easy going with my two dogs as well. All and all, I feel its an honest company with some good plumbers and average pricing for this kind of job. The next time I need plumbing help, this is going to be the one I call.

I normally do all of my own repairs, but I definitely needed help replacing this faucet. Who knew that it would require the removal of the bowl of the sink?!?! Tim was in and out in just over an hour.EDIT: After later use, I noticed that the faucet was tightened down too much over the foot plate which caused a bend in the foot plate and the faucet to tilt forward instead of upright.

No pressure and even recommended getting 3 quotes and after researching the Halo 5 I came up with nothing with rave reviews. Called them back to have them install it they sent Tim and nothing but courteous and professionalism answering all my questions and instantly seen a big difference in the way my water taste.

I needed a pressure regulation valve installed as my house is about 27 years old and it could not be adjusted down. I got a call immediately from First Choice once I went into Angi and they sent a technician out within a few hours. I had already bought the part and Ross the plumber installed it for me. it was needing a new coupling as the threads have changed over the years between the old and new Valve. He sweated a new threaded coupling on and everything worked great. We got the pressure where it needed to be but noticed it went up a slight bit. He discovered to my suprise that the high pressure tank at my water heater was defective and he was able to run and get one for me and install it for a reasonable charge. All in all I am very pleased with the promptness, price, service quality, knowledge and overal a pleasure to do business with. Would use them again. He was also able to give me some great info about water sofeners and a quote for 2 options. Thanks toFirst Choice out of Troy MO for a great job well done. By the way a water pressure regulator on a 25 year old house is something you want to leave to a plumber.

The area was left clean, the guys were thorough in checking for any leaks or issues, and they showed me the work that was completed before they left to be sure I was satisfied, and the job was completed much faster than I expected. The ladies I spoke with in the office were always happy to help with any questions or requests I had, and were patient with me as my husband and I were making the decision whether to move forward. Called them the day before Thanksgiving for a problem with my water heater. While other companies told me they couldnt get out till the following week Rose at First Choice said they could have someone there that afternoon. Talk about a savior before Thanksgiving! I could just imagine not having hot water when entertaining for the holiday. I was texted when the technician was on the way so I didnt have to wait aroind wasting time wondering when they would show up. When Bret arrived he was pleasant and courteous and he took his time to diagnose the problem right making sure he explained all he was doing to diagnose the problem. In the end if it wasnt for First Choice (Bret and Rose) Thanksgiving would have been canceled or not so festive. So a big Thank You to First Choice for saving Thanksgiving, being very professional and having very reasonable pricing. As far as the plumber goes, I couldnt have asked for anyone better. He was thorough & made sure the job was done right. He could have easily just replaced the toilet but when he found water damage, he said the subfloor would need replaced and wouldnt just put a new toilet in knowing that problems would more than likely appear down the road. Tre and Brett went above and beyond to clear out a very stubborn sediment and grease clog in our pipes below our kitchen sink! They gave very detailed and useful advice about how to avoid clogging up plumbing in the future, and indeed helped us with future clog problems by adding an access point in the basement piping. After they solved the problem and billed me, I felt that their billing was very fair and included good value for the buck (which we all know you cant say about every home service company). I would absolutely recommend them for plumbing issues!
