From the first phone call to the completion of our hydrojet sewer line cleaning, I have nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say about Triton Plumbing. Professional, quick service and they truly cared about giving us the services we needed, not selling us on things we didnt. They even price matched against a local competitor and then completed everything on time and to the highest standard we could have imagined. They showed and sent us videos from before and after the cleaning and it looks like a practically brand new sewer line compared to the before state. I will be using Triton for any and all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Our sump pump failed. I spoke with Nick on the phone sent him a couple of pictures so he could see my pumps current setup. He was able to set an appointment for the next morning. I received a courtesy call before arrival of the plumber, who arrived when promised. All work was professional and completed at the highest of level of competency. The pump is much quieter than before with the new check valve. One week after the install we received over 3 inches of rain and the new pump performed perfectly. Both plumbers who performed the work were very friendly and took time to answer all my questions. Great job. I will use Triton Plumbing for my next plumbing project.

Needed them to come in immediately to contest a home inspection plumber who tied to say entire main drain sewer line needed replacement. They scoped and videod entire main drain line and found no defects. They are honest and challenged the ethics of the plumber who tried to charge 18-23k to replace a line that was perfectly functional. Honest master plumbers who don’t try to charge for work that isn’t needed. No one should ever wonder or question why all their ratings are 5 stars. Thank you Nick and team for having ethics.

Could not say enough good things about Nick and his team. What started as a call to drain a basement filled with standing water from sump pump failure quickly & unexpectedly turned into Nick also having to replace the 75-gallon water heater damaged by the flood as well. Not only was he willing to do it & find the replacement, he stayed for as long as it took to restore the homes hot water- at a moments notice. Overall good people

Ive used Triton dozens of times for my small business and have been very happy. I own a child care program and mostly they save us when random objects get flushed down toilets (haha) but have also done new plumbing installs, lots of repairs, helped troubleshoot issues weve had, and more. Everyone on the team has been fantastic to work with. They show up when they promise, are clear with pricing so there are no surprises, and make sure the job is done right and to our satisfaction. Nick and his team were very responsive to all communications. They found a leak that was really hard to find and fix but they did it with ease...probably based on their years of experience. Werner Heinze was the plumber who came to my house to do the repair. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing along the way. He located the issue, showed it to me and talked me through how he was going to repair, then after repair showed me how to avoid this issue in the future. The cost for repair was very reasonable and affordable. I expected it to cost more actually. Look no further if you need a reputable plumbing company. Being on a tight budget, Nick offered options to help us save money and even offered to walk us thru replacing the t-stat ourselves. We chose to replace the unit and are confident in that decision. Nick was able to have his crew come out, working some OT, and replace unit within a few hours. Extremely professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I cant speak highly enough about Nick and Triton Plumbing. I hadnt needed a plumber in quite some time and when I asked neighbors who to call, tons of people said Triton. I then called Nick to inquire about a new water meter installation and a possible new hot water heater. He was incredibly nice and took the time to explain how a new meter is installed and some pros and cons about different water heater options. I REALLY appreciated that he wasnt trying to sell me on anything, he just walked me through my options and let me decide. We got the water meter installed recently, as well as a new outdoor spigot, and everything looks great. Nick and his co-worker were also great about keeping social distancing and wearing a mask and gloves, which was certainly appreciated. Looking forward to using Triton Plumbing in the future!

Just bought my first house and the people who flipped it did a poor job on the plumbing from the kitchen sink to the stack pipe. Nick came in and pulled out all of the old pipping and replaced it with PVC. Everything is sturdy now and it looks phenomenal. He was also just such a nice person. He looked around the rest of the house and pointed out any potential concerns he would have as a homeowner that I should look out for. That kind of customer service is priceless. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful to work with! I recently had a leak coming from my bathtub into my basement, as well as leaking under my kitchen sink. I reached out to Triton Plumbing on Friday around 4 pm and spoke with Nick directly. He got me on the calendar for the following Monday at 12 pm. Nick showed up on-time and quickly diagnosed the issues. He was able to repair my leak, replace my kitchen faucet, repair water lines coming from my washer, and even fixed my dryer vent which was previously blowing carbon monoxide into my basement. All of this was completed in under 2 hours. Nick was great to communicate with, left the place clean, and the price was fair. I would recommend Triton to anyone who is looking for a quality and trustworthy plumber.

I usually don’t write reviews mainly bc of not having time however I would like to give credit where it’s due especially when some one goes above and beyond and it’s a small local business. I called Triton plumbing the first time because we had an issue with our sump pump not being up to code per the Cityof Royal Oak. Not only did Nick come out and do everything we needed timely and efficiently he even went above and beyond by helping my parents last minute with a leak under their sink the same day. Fast forward a few months and my family and I moved into a new home in Royal Oak and once again trusted Nick to help us. This time is was an issue with our bathtub. He answered at 9 pm at night and came the following day. He fixed the bathtub, the drain in the basement and with our non stop running and leaking toilet. We have a baby and really needed the bathtub to work properly and he was amazing at squeezing us in. So thankful we have a trust worthy, great priced plumber we now can work with when we need it. The house is 60 years old with original plumbing, so he suggested a replacement of the drain. He removed the rusted, corroded galvanized pipe, installed a new drain and pvc piping, cleaned up and was done in about one hour. Couldnt be happier with the quality of work. I highly recommend.
