I had a leaking pipe and needed it fixed quickly. I had called several other plumbers and none would be available until after the holidays. Luckily the next number I called was Precision Plumbing. The lady at the office was so nice and was able to schedule me for today between 11 and 1. I got a text just after 10 that Tyler was on his way. Tyler and Chris arrived at 10:30, I was so grateful that not only were they able to fit me in, they were able to come even sooner than expected. They got to work and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. Tyler explained to me exactly what they did and recommended a fix for my main shut off to help prevent a future problem. I agreed and they got to work on that. They completed all the work and went over all the details with me so Id know exactly how to use it. All along, they were up front about the pricing and very honest. They were so knowledgeable, I was very impressed. I found them to be very fairly priced for all that they did. I love that this is a family run company and I can tell that the people here are good people. I cant express my gratitude enough. I had started the day worried about if anyone could help me with such short notice and how much this would all cost me. Now everything is complete and working great, the price was very reasonable, and I managed to find a fantastic company who I will forever use for any of my plumbing needs. I felt today like I found people who are on my side and want to make sure that I am well taken care of and very satisfied with their work, which is so rare to find these days. Precision Plumbing has been my plumbing service for 30 years. They have always done a professional, fairly priced job. My recent plumbing repair was to completely replace drain traps. Kade did a great job at getting necessary parts and doing the job. Cleaned up my bathroom floor and counter tops. Im very happy with the job done!! Theyre the best.

We needed a trap replaced on our laundry tub. The young plumber made a mistake and the owner immediately corrected it and replaced our laundry tub which was a big deal. We were not charged for the replacement. Everybody was apologetic and so nice. I’d love to do business with a company that stands behind all their work.

The Precision team installed a backwater prevention system, including check valves and an emergency sump pump. Kevin, the owner, responded to my inquiry readily, provided an accurate estimate, and spent a lot of time answering my questions with humility and expertise. His team, led by Joe, were on time, respectful, kept me informed, worked hard all day long, finished as anticipated, and left my driveway and basement neat and clean. Happily, Precision provides the full range of plumbing services, so the next time I need a faucet fixed, Ill be calling them. I feel lucky to have them on my home team.

My mom referred Precision to me last week because I have been so frustrated lately with these ”macho men type” who talk down to me when I need true S.O.S. help with these major appliances that I need desperately to work, but know absolutely nothing about!AND! The man they sent was kind, thoughtful and explained everything in a clear way to me that I needed to know. He answered all of my questions with respect and friendliness. I am so tired! of these “other” contract people talking down to me in anger and so fast that nothing makes sense. I AM LITERALLY THANKING GOD, FOR THE PEOPLE at “Precision” and their employee I had today Tyler. He has been with them for 6 years. Not only did he understand why I am over these “other” companies, he expressed to me that is why he stayed at P.P. and has continued to. As a Co-owner of a family based full service interior and exterior remodeling company we use a plumber often on our projects. Our plumber of many years moved out of town and I was left to find another company to work with. The men at Precision are truly top notch which is something i dont say lightly. From getting an estimate to having the work completed on time and budget is something thats becoming harder to say in my opinion in the plumbing business but not with Precision Plumbing. Ryan came out and was professional, on time and finished all the work at the price we agreed upon. As a man whos brother owns a large plumbing business in another part of the state i know what Im looking for and these guys hit all the boxes.
