I had a lot of tree roots getting to my sewer drain. I decided to have CPR come and install the liner in my drain before there was a break down of the sewer line. They were the most professional young men that I have ever worked with. They called ahead of time to let me know what time they would be there and kept me updated as to what step they were in the process. They also fixed an issue I had with an additional washing machine drain. When they left, they cleaned up after themselves. I enjoyed working with them. I was very happy that they did not have to touch my yard.

Waste pipes were in pretty bad shape. Crew did a great job replacing the cleanout, clearing and cleaning old pipes, then installing new liner to seal breaks and cracks. With our main drain line being clay and right next to a large tree we always had problems with root infiltration. Then we got the bad news that a large section was broken and would need replaced. Thats when I looked into CIPP(cured in place pipe) and found CPR. Tony and his crew are very knowledgable and professional, they were very competitively priced as the repair was done for a fraction of the cost for a full pipe replacement. They had the drain cleared and liner installed in one day. Thank you again CPR for saving my drains and my bank account.

The CPR team saved us so much headache, money and stress!My grandmother’s house is 70+ years old and was experiencing a lot of issues with water and sewage backup due to corrosion/breaks in the Cast Iron pipes in the house and clay pipes in the yard.After contacting a couple of plumbers in the area, it seemed that the only solution to fix the corrosion/breaks was to dig through the floor of the hallway, two newly remodeled bathrooms and the yard to replace all the pipes. Before going through with this nightmare solution, I gave Complete Pipe Repair a call to see what their thoughts were on the situation.CPR came out and assessed my grandmother’s house using a snake camera to see where all the issues were. They strongly believed that they could use their unique pipe-lining technology to replace all the pipes in the house and even in the yard without digging up ANYTHING and have the job done in less than a week!Honestly it seemed unreal at first but after the amazing team at CPR walked me through everything and told me their action plan, I had the utmost faith in their ability.Once CPR was hired on, they resolved all of the pipe issues in about 3 days! We had had problems getting our drains repaired when we finally contacted CPR. Going above and beyond is an understatement for this company. Tony and his team came out in a very timely manner from the time I requested a quote. They were thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I completely understood what was needed and what my options were. There were multiple obstacles that arose as they did the work and they worked tirelessly to finish the job as soon as humanly possible. Tony would stop by while his team was working to ensure that I was aware of all updates, although his team was doing a great job keeping me up to date. Customer Service is definitely a priority for these guys, aside from ensuring they do a great job.I have read through all of the five star reviews and would just be repetitive with the other customer reviews if I continue. Our home was built on a slab in the 60s. After years of dealing with drain issues, CPR came to our rescue. They discovered one of the cast iron pipes had collapsed, which meant a big job for them. They eventually had to jackhammer through our main bathroom floor to access the troubled pipes. Not only did they do an thorough, excellent job, but they reassured us they could fix the problem. And, they did! They were very patient in explaining each step of the process and the technology involved. They were also extremely responsive when we reached out to them and were very accomodating. I dont know what we would have done if CPR was not inbusiness. What a relief!

Josh and Jathan performed a very professional drain lining job on my broken main sewer line. This is a newer technology that cures in place inside the pipe and restores flow. They took videos before and after, and explained the process which was quick (about 24 hours) and required NO DIGGING. Pipe repair is working perfectly and was about 1/3 the cost of traditional repair methods that would also have meant excavation of my driveway - no thanks! Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future since they were very easy to work with.

We had some seriously damaged clay tile in our sewer that went under a garage and then under a brick street where it tapped into the city main. Another plumbing company recommended CPR to checkout lining the pipe instead of trying to dig and replace it.. Everything was explained up front with no surprises including narrated video of the pipe, and they worked with us every step of the way as the situation evolved and we found the true extent of the problem. CPR carefully and successfully lined the tile without having to dig through or under the garage and without having to rip up sidewalk or street, saving us thousands of dollars. Cant say enough about how professional and pleasant to work with the technicians were each time they came out, and how great Tony was in orchestrating the whole operation. I highly recommended CPR.

Excellent work at a fantastic price. I had roots in my main sewer line that required a cleanout every 2-3 years. I had a nightmare root infestation in my main drain line out of a house we had just purchased, flooding our basement and causing a lot of headaches. I was put in touch with CPR through another plumbing service I used to remedy the first back up issue and couldnt have been happier.CPRs owner came out to the house late on a Friday and scoped out our pipes, diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to show me on their high def camera what the problem was. He gave me a fair quote (and encouraged me to call all of his competitors before making a final decision, which I did) and went to work as quickly as possible to permanently fix our problem.One thing that I really appreciated was his willingness to help me find a DIY temporary solution the Sunday after he came out before his crew could get in to really fix the problem (and before we had a signed agreement to do the final work) while we were still having backups and flooding issues.CPR worked around my schedule to install a new cured in place pipe liner to permanently stop our root problems without having to dig up my yard, my new neighbors yards or the street, saving me a lot of headache in a new neighborhood. Even when they ran into some complications, entirely due to my plumbing configuration, the CPR crew worked diligently much later than they had planned to get my plumbing completely fixed the same day they said they would. They were always on time, when they said theyd be at my house they were there, no waiting around or calling again and again to see when someone would show up. Every person who worked on my job treated my home and the work they did like it was their own.They did fantastic work and the piece of mind my family has about being able to use water and not worry about flooding our basement is frankly priceless. If you have an issue with your pipes I highly recommend giving CPR a call. Youll find a professional, efficient and courteous team that will help you from start to finish. I was always able to contact CPRs owner with any questions about my job while it was being done and got responses instantly. One of the easiest 5 🌟 reviews I have given. I had a backed up sewage line that a traditional plumber just couldnt handle. This may be a small job for these guys, but it was a huge deal to my family as we only have one bathroom. I was treated just as well as a big commercial customer would have been.This starts off with Tony, who runs the whole operation. His communication with me was excellent. Special shout-out to Josh and Jesse, who kept me informed about all of my options, and were very honest. The job took multiple days, and Josh gave me an update each time they left to let me know what I could and couldnt use. The only thing I was more impressed with aside from their work was their professionalism and courtesy they gave my wife and me throughout the whole ordeal. TL;DR - CPR provided an exceptional pipe repair experience, demonstrating professionalism, clear communication, and high-quality work to resolve a sewer line issue under my homes concrete slab after I noticed that the drain lines were likely holding a smelly pool party. A party I did not want to attend.The rest of the story...In mid-September of this year, I found myself in need of serious pipe repair work after I had CPR camera work confirm the likely source of an unpleasant odor in the kitchen. This turned out to be a sediment clog, grease and other uglies, among other deteriorating issues in other lines. This was an indication of significant and destructive work that would have been needed had I not found CPR. After CPRs camera work, and explanation of their low/no-dig approach to provide the least amount of destruction through their liner services, I am beyond happy to have given them the go-ahead to resolve the issues they found. CPR has my highest recommendation! If you need expert plumbing work done right, with a side of A+ customer service, these are the people to call. Because of the amazing warranty on the labor and materials, and I hope that Tony doesnt take this wrong, but it seems that Ill never have to see him or use his services again. They coordinated the repairs, reseeding the lawn after filling in the access to the outside drain line, everything!The CPR team, is led by the Amazing Tony. He has raised the bar of expectations for other home repair and contract services. If youre in Huber Heights, and in need of these types of repairs, this linerless approach is what you need. It is all but priceless because it saves you from extensive destruction to your foundation. Huber is notorious for cast iron drain lines, under foundations without access for repair, and in those plats built in the mid 70s (and later) like my home. Tony, Thank You!!

They included a cleanout as part of the overall repair and the price was far less that replacing all the cast iron under the house would have been in significantly less time. this pales in comparison to the quality of people they hire and train. Just totally worth it. I Highly recommend.

CPR is a class organization using the latest technologies to first do non-destructive testing of the sewer pipe and locate where it exists the house. CPR first goes into the sewer pipe with a camera scope to determine where the blockage is before they try to clean out anything. Once the diagnosis is complete, they determine a course of action and share it with the customer. Once both parties agree with the action to be taken, they schedule the date. I believe they are customer first focused and try to do the best for the customer. They keep the customer in the loop, so you know what to expect and when. In our case we totally plugged so they pulled out all the stops to get us flowing again in 5 days (2 of those were the weekend). I would recommend CPR to anyone that has sewer problems.

I have known Tony for years, he and his family are great people, when he came by to tell me about this new business I told him i did not think I would ever need this kind of service. Boy was I wrong. Less than a week later, my main line blocked up at my home, I was use to fixing it myself with a small power unit, but this time, that unit did not do the job. I called and Tony himself came over THAT day and showed me his new system, used a camera to show me the blockage, and used his machine to break thru the blockage , and his charge to me that day was VERY reasonable. Fast forward to last week, my shops mainline blocked up, THIS was an emergency, I called Tony, and he sent his team down, and a few hours later his team had me back flowing again, it was a REAL blockage thatI could NEVER have fixed myself, and I am sure most other companies would have had a tough time fixing, and again, the bill i got was about 1/4th of what I expected to pay. After they finished their work they again explained everything they did, showed us camera footage of our new cured-in-place lining and answered all of our follow-up questions.This is an amazing family-owned business that takes tremendous pride in all that they do. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process but also friendly -- it felt like we hired a family handy-man to come into our home to do the work.We will be contracting with CPR again to finish some other projects and I would not recommend anyone else to use in the Miami County area.

My home has very old clay pipes and after having the sewer lines cleaned but still having sewer backup issues every time I did laundry I contacted a few plumbers to see what the problem was and what it would take to fix the issue. The camera showed the break was under my driveway and was told the drive would need to be dug up, part of the flower bed area and maybe part of my walkway to replace a 5 section. CPR did the work by lining 50 (the whole length from cleanout) without digging up my drive with very little outside disturbance at all. They were Excellent, Professional, Polite, Efficient & just great to work with all the way around and now I dont have to worry about another section crumbling or breaking which no doubt wouldve happened if I only replaced the small section where the break was located. From the owner to the employees, everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I couldnt be more pleased. Thank You all for your Excellence!

Just had CPR come out and address a very messy situation with septic water entering my basement thanks to a disconnected joint in my main septic line. From online ticket submission to repair, Tony and his guys were very clear, prompt, professional and overall some really nice people. Saving me a bunch of money is also a plus in this situation. I thought for sure I’d be paying someone to dig up and replace my pipe which would result in huge costs but CPR got me taken care of for half the price and very quickly. Couldn’t of asked for a better interaction with a company taking care of one of the crucial components of a home. Hopefully I never have to call them again but if I do, I know I’m in the best of hands. Highly recommend these guys!

CPR came out in November of ‘21 at our request to inspect our main drain. The video showed just how deteriorated the the cast iron pipe was. We set up an appointment for March of’22.We are on a slab so we were envisioning tearing up our flooring through the whole house. Instead, they cleaned up the old pipe and installed the liner with the epoxy. They also inspected the line from the kitchen and serviced it in the same week with minimal disruption to the house.The before and after videos are amazing.We did of course have make other sleeping arrangements for 3 nights.Thank you CPR.

Had problems with the toilet and tub backing up so we called CPR. Come to find out that the main line going to the street was in bad shape (cracks, separation, roots penetrating the line, etc). They got us all cleared up and recommended that we get their pipe lining installed. They weren’t pushy whatsoever with trying to sell us on the lining but also gave us many reasons why we should get it (including the post AND pre cleanout recordings). In the end we decided to get the lining installed and are glad we made this decision. Tony and Josh were both amazing and extremely pleasant to work with. As I said before, they weren’t pushy at all in trying to sell us anything and were very patient while we were deciding on the lining. The communication was great, this company definitely has the customers best interest in mind and it shows. I would 100% recommend using Complete Pipe Repair and I will continue to turn to them for any future plumbing issues that I may encounter.

I Work for a local Contractor in the Dayton / Cincinnati area finding CPR has been a blessing knowing that i can bring them as an extension of me and my company. We recently had an issue in one of my existing accounts in Cincinnati where one of there roof drains was leaking behind the wall and was going to be very disruptive to repair. CPRs proposal to line the pipe versus having to tear out 3 floors of class rooms saved my customer thousands of dollars not including the disruption it would have caused having to re-locate kids and teachers to other rooms.
