I had Rob come out and take a look at a few cracks I had in my basement about a month ago. Every time it rained water would soak through. Unfortunately, this was a big project. But he came out and filled every one of the cracks we had and even with our recent rain, our basement is absolutely dry. Rob was professional, thorough, and made sure his work wasn’t done until he was 1000% it was water tight. I couldn’t recommend this team enough, he did an amazing job and I am very grateful for all the work he put into it! 10/5 stars if I could do it

Keith was great to work with getting our basement sealed up. He took the time to walk the property to look for causes, and took his time explaining the fixes that were needed. When additional cracks were found, he was very accommodating to get those done as well at a very reasonable price. I will update this review in the future after a few good rains, but so far very pleased.

We had some serious waterproofing issues in the basement of our new home. Keith made it out during an incredibly busy season to look at our problem area. We discovered that our foundation was not concrete, as the previous owners had claimed, but that it was brick work that had been stuccoed over. Even though he doesnt do work on brick, he did work to diagnose the problem, and gave us some really great advice and guidance and didnt even charge us for his help. Hes been nothing but responsive and helpful during this nightmare, and wed recommend him to anyone in the future.

So far nothing but a positive experience from them. Keith came in took a look at the crack i had told me what he was going to do and the process. He then proceed to walk around the basement looking for anything else he might think be a problem. We then proceeded outside to walk the foundation and he pointed out spots which i could address to avoid future problems and his recommendations. This is how to keep customers, honesty and helpfulness.
