    Rachel and her team were great at walking us through our new home ownership. Easy to work with and answered all of our many questions! This whole process has been stress-free and a great experience. Any issues we ran into were quickly addressed and resolved. They were all very responsive and took good care of us. Definitely dont regret going with Myers for our first home.

    My wife and I really appreciated how Rachel was an open book to us. No question was a dumb question. She took care of us especially when she noticed a design flaw. We noticed something at our walkthrough that needed to be addressed and Matt came by that week to look. He did an excellent job fixing the issue. Closing day was a breeze. We have loved being in our new home these past few weeks, making it our own. Highly recommend this team!

    Thank you Rachel for smooth, organized building process. They were 100% truthful about every hiccup along the way and quick to act. (If you’re building no matter what builder you have there will be hiccups due to Mother Nature, Backorders etc. ) Nothing was done half-ass. Highly recommend picking Meyer Select Homes.

    My Fiancé and I LOVE our Myers home. Throughout the entire process of signing a contract, building, and even living in the home, Rachel and her team have been extremely responsive, kind, and happy to help! We purchased a beautiful home and are extremely happy with the finished product. Every single issue or delay we had, Myers fixed within a few days. The ability to watch our home being built through the BuilderTrend app was extremely helpful as well. We had a great experience that we would definitely use them if we should need to in the future! However, we love our house so much that we may not ever need to move! :)

    My Boyfriend and I closed on our new home September 2022 and have loved it ever since!! Rachael and her husband are the nicest people you would ever want to work with. Mattie is their sales agent and is very personable and always has a smile for you! Their whole team are extremely professional and great to work with! We bought an inventory home the colors and layout were perfect! We were able to change a few things but we couldnt be any happier! Our colors, lot, floor plan is just beautiful! I Love my home and after building 3 homes in the last 6 years we have finally found the house thats perfect for Tom and I and we definitely see us retiring in this house! Thank you to Rachel and her entire team for putting together a beautiful home and in a beautiful location!

    My husband and I recently moved into our home in The Shire in October! The entire process was way easier than either of us imagined! From picking out everything we wanted in the house to the actual move in day was such a quick turnaround! And to add to that, once we got through our final walkthrough we realized we didn’t have to point out any flaws! Rachel made sure everything was completely taken care of and paid attention to every little detail! Our realtor even said that she has never been through a walkthrough that was that easy and couldn’t stop raving about how amazing they have been to work with! Even after closing and moving in anytime we have had a concern or need something within 5-10 minutes of the phone call or text they have been already at our doorstep to help! We are so in love with our beautiful home and we are so glad we chose to build with them!

    As a Realtor, I look for builders who will provide an excellent product that my clients can be proud to call home. I’ve sold three Myers Select homes and appreciate the communication with me and my clients. My clients love the app that Myers Select Homes has providing frequent real time updates of their build progress with pictures along the way. Rachel has a great eye for detail and design and really helps clients during the selection of colors and finishes! I also appreciate that they offer both a 1-year builder warranty as well as an extended warranty! Their closings were seamless and they followed through on walk through items as promised!     I have had two homes built previously to having Myers Co. who just finished building my third and final home. From introduction to Keith and Rachel to the finished construction has been seamless and wonderful experience. By far the best home I have had built, best service, and best people you could ever meet. I recommend that you give these guys a call if your looking to purchase a home.     We closed on our home today. We are first time home owners and builders so it was stressful but Rachel was incredible at keeping us relaxed and guiding us through the entire process. She always answered our questions no matter how silly they seemed. She clearly loves what she does. Her and her husband seem to take great pride in building beautiful homes.Lots of options for our build were available as standard when other builders charged them as an upgrade.Also, as a first responder family, they took care of us.     I am a real estate professional in the area who works with a ton of builders in the area and I LOVE working with Meyers. The new construction process is very hectic as there are a ton of moving pieces and multiple people involved. I felt like I was always able to reach Rachel and come to her with any concerns. She responded very quickly and went above and beyond when road blocks arose. There were some properties where the finishing work needed a little love and she was quickly to coordinate her team to make it right. Love working with Rachel and Myers!

    I am a Realtor and have worked with many builders. However, this was the first time that a builder made the process so easy. They completed the home ahead of schedule and their craftsmanship was second to none. When we did the final walk through the house was spotlessly clean, no drywall dust.     Rachael and Keith have been nothing short of amazing. Me and my little family just bought our first home from them. We couldnt be any happier with the quality of it. Rachael has always responded even after closing with any questions or concerns we had. We had a few minor things we needed fixed and rachael had someone at our door to fix it the very next day. They have always been super awesome and stand behind there houses. We would highly recommend them to build your first home or even just your forever home.

    Good option to built home in 2022, especially if you need the land space from other homes in the neighborhood. Be careful when adding items to the home build that may not be assessed to the sale price. Website does not do justice until your walk through. Not all floor plans are shown, but the general idea is there.
