We heard good things about Joe Pizak Electric so we called them out to tune up our generator, hang pendant lights, recess lights and repair a few bad light switches. Max and Mike did a great job. We have had a few big name companies in the area tune up our generator in the past but we have never had anyone as skilled and knowledgeable as Tom before this. Dina in the office was so helpful scheduling and keeping us informed about arrival times and calling us when a cancellation helped to get our job done early. I can say enough about this company. They are great.

Joe Pizik Electric installed the GENERAC system in my home and done an absolute fantastic job!! I can’t say enough about how clean and neat the job was done! The installers were very professional and a high standard to attention to detail!! A very pleasant experience!! The service After the install was also excellent!! The girls in the office were very friendly professional and knew to keep up with service!! Joe Pizik Electric is my go to from now on!! Thanks guys!!

Called on a Monday about having some light fixtures changed. By Wednesday they came out promptly at 8 a.m. and changed out 6 lighting fixtures. The guy Steve was done in about 2 hours. Good work and will hire them again in the future. I highly recommend Joe Pizik.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and all around excellent company. Very pleased with our whole house generator. They handled everything...gas meter upgrade, inspections, etc. which was great!

Our generator didn’t kick on during a power outage. Over 200,000 homes without power and all it took was one phone call. They scheduled us after their next stop and got the generator back on fairly quickly. There ended up being another issue after the technician left, so I had to call them again. They had someone back within an hour. Both technicians and the two people who made the appointments were calling and texting me from their cell phones to walk me through everything and make sure we were all set. Outages are not easy for anyone but everyone was prompt, professional and attentive. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their service.

My generator broke unexpectedly last night and I googled generator repair to stumble on Joe Pizik Electric. Called them this morning and had EXCELLENT communication and service. It is now 10:45 am and my generator is back up and running. The staff was very friendly and super knowledgeable. I recommend them 10000%

The best electricians around! I called in the late afternoon with an issue, and the owner personally took the phone call. He had an electrician come out the very next morning. The job was done promptly. The electrician was polite, professional, and did an excellent job. Joe Pizik Electric has also been out to fix my automatic backup generator. And I have the same great experience - the staff came out promptly, did a great job, and the price was right. The staff answering the phone are always friendly and knowledgeable. Joe Pizik Electric is the best electrical contractor there is, and you would be wise to make this your first and only call when you have any electrical or generator issues. I wish I could give more than five stars. They have a customer for life!

Wonderful company. Our power went out and our generator worked as it was supposed to but our transfer switch had a part burn out. It literally melted out and I was concerned it was unsafe and might catch fire. I called the office at 9am and told them of my issue and by 11:30, Dale our technician showed up and an hour later had the part replaced. Dale took the time to explain what he was doing, let me watch over his shoulder and talked to me the entire hour he was here. Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. Other companies were charging “emergency” rates up to double their normal rate taking advantage of people during their time of need. Not Joe Pizik Electric. They helped me out when I needed them most. An enthusiastic 5 stars! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Thank you to Don for removing and replacing our light fixture in our 18 foot two-story foyer. The job was done in less than an hour and my husband and I couldnt be happier. Dina was my first contact. My second experience with Joe Pizik electric since signing up for their 5 year generator maintenance plan. Unfortunately, my generators controller card was zapped by lightning and was out of warranty so I had to pay ($$$) for a new one. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable and entire repair was done in about an hour. They called me the day before to schedule and the tech showed up right when they said he would.
