Our roof survived a tornado! Yes, our house was destroyed by a tree falling on it durring the tornado, but I didnt see 1 shingle blown off! Alot of our neighbors lost entire sectitions of shingles, our house was classified as a total loss, tear down, rebuild, but the 75% that didnt have a tree crash threw it didnt lose a single shingle due to the tornados wind! We were amazed.

Theyre professional, excellent at customer service, and they did a wonderful job. I had some ongoing issues with my roof. Rich Roofing came out, did an estimate, then came out and did the job. All my issues with it were gone. Im very grateful for the job they did. I havent had an issue since. The leak I had was causing me a lot of stress. I can now enjoy the rain. I have nothing but positive things to say about Rich Roofing. They were incredibly fast too. I have nothing but gratitude towards them. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with Rich Roofing and Exteriors was a positive one. Eric was easy to work with and very professional. Rich Roofing put a new roof on my daughters house. After inspecting the existing roof, Eric suggested that we put the new roof over the existing one which saved us quite a bit of money. I also had Erics company do some repair on the gutter of my personal home. Eric had people out to do the job quickly. Id recommend Rich Roofing and Exteriors to anyone looking for the services they provide.

Rich Roofing was professional and courteous from the beginning. They replaced my whole roof. They completely removed the old layers and replaced it in a day. They came out and checked for nails multiple times, which I greatly appreciated for my grandkids. They addressed all my concerns and questions. I have already referred them to friends and I will be contacting them to see about replacing the gutters.

I had a chimney cap installed and was so impressed I also had the gutters cleaned. Rich Roofing did an excellent job with the chimney cap (special order). It looks beautiful and is functional at keeping critters out. The gutter cleaning was thorough. By the next rain the water was coming out my downspouts instead of over the side of the gutters. I have a two story house and a garage as well as half my neighbors garage (my tree sheds its leaves in their gutter- neighborly courtesy) that I had done. I am very pleased with Rich Roofing and will use them again. I highly recommend!

When scheduling my roof, it was estimated to take two days due to the work involved. However, it was completed in one single day. My family and I reviewed roughly 7-9 roofing companies throughout the Dayton area before making our choice, and we are more than satisfied with our choice.

Used Rich Roofing to reroof a historic commercial property. The roof system on the building is fairly complex and composed of various slopes and roof types and its adjoined to other neighboring properties. The job required working 3 stories up in the heart of a bustling downtown square. They coordinated with our restaurant tenant to work hours that fit around their open schedule and did the job in short order. Efficient, thorough and professional. Its been almost a year since the work was done. The restaurant asked about what they thought was a small leak and when I had to call Rich Roofing for the warranty related matter, they again responded quickly. We discovered it was actually a condensation issue from one of our A/C units that was occuring in the ceiling. So, no roof leaks to speak of and great to see how responsive they were when a potential warranty issue arose. Great all around. I will continue to use them on all of the other properties I own.

I have used Rich Roofing on several occasions to fix leaks in our commercial building and they have always responded quickly and they just get the job done.Recently we had a leak in our garage roof where we took down a satellite dish. I called Eric and he had someone there that day to patch the leak preventing further damage. They returned when the weather was better and finished the job, not only fixing the leak but also repaired the damaged drywall. These are good guys and I highly recommend them!
