    Great work and availability. Used multiple times on short notice. Be prepared to spend a lot pennies though. Plumbing never comes cheap. Two complaints and only one is on them. First when I redid my bathroom they forgot to put a stringer behind my tub spout which I neglected to noticed until I had the wall done and fixture attached. It floats side to side. Managed to get some pipe insulation in to mediate the issue, but I should have noticed and they should have known better considering I supplied them a stringer 2x4 for the new shower valve. The second complaint is that I still have a collapsed sewer main on the city side that neither I or Wolcott has been able to get resolved. Thats on the city though. Woe to home ownership sometimes.

    Grant installed a new water heater for us a few weeks ago. Not only was the price very reasonable, but every encounter I had with him (in person, text, or phone call) he had the most wonderful customer service!! Awesome explanation, execution, and follow-up.

    Sean (spelling) came out because I had a leaky faucet. I was expecting a big project, but he fixed it in minutes and was friendly, professional and very helpful. What an asset to Wolcott. I used them for a big plumbing project in the past and will continue to use them as they are consistently excellent.

    We broke a waterline while digging a hole on a cold day. Tried to fix myself could not do it. Mike from the plumbing sector came out and did a fantastic job to my understanding he was working after hours he didn’t even take a tip! He was very responsive and and respectful the whole time, always replying with a “yes sir!”. He then sat and waited for the glue to cure for another hour in the freezing cold dark. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again. Great job Mike!

    UPDATE: Owner cares about his company and makes the effort to resolve these sorts of issues. Additionally, the individual plumber, Joel, who performed the work no longer works at Wolcott, and so I feel its right to isolate my experience to him and not hold Wolcott as a whole responsible for what were his unethical choices.. . .My sink was spitting up black flecks of rubber. Joel the plumber insisted it was the angle stops, not the hose. I paid $675 for those angle stops. The problem persisted. They told me to wait and see if the issue resolved over the weekend. When it didnt, they said they needed to rebuilt the faucet with a Delta Diamond cartridge for $345. At this point I was suspicious, so I researched what rebuilding a faucet means. It is a 5 minute job. One allen key. You take out the previous Delta Diamond cartridge and easily place in a new one. Parts are $40 at Home Depot. With the trip to Home Depot it is a 25 minute job. So I did it myself. When the issue still persisted, I took a harder look at the hose. Guess what? It was the hose. Its even a common issue, and talked about endlessly in the reviews of the replacement hose on amazon. Joel lied to my face, and Im glad he no longer is associated with this company.

    Called Wilcott for my job, Childswork Learning Center. They sent me Mark. He was amazing! He took his time to explain our very precarious situation here, very informative and friendly! Best service and customer from an electrical company or service in my 20 years of service industry. I will always use wilcotts and hope they send their best, Mark! I can not say enough good things!

    Jacob and Anthony installed a new furnace in my home. They worked steadily all day, were very professional, yet personable. Jacob informed me about anything I would need to know. He was very thorough in his communication.They did an excellent job.Everyone I have dealt with at Wolcott has been a pleasure. They answer my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

    Best plumber in town, this guy rocks! He was next door and we had an issue and he came by I cant say enough good things.     Listen I dont typically write reviews but this right here I would feel ashamed if I didnt. if youre looking for someone to do the job right and is understanding and willing to hear you out and get the job done these are the people. I had a plumbing job I needed done and there was this technician by the name of Mark and let me tell you Ive never met a professional/hardworking/friendly plumber like this man. He got the job done like quick work and was so professional the whole time. Im completely impressed with his services.

    The technician was prompt, very professional and easy to understand. I felt extremely comfortable to have him in and about my home. He installed new filters and checked all placements thoroughly. Suggestions for future service were explained. I will definitely call Wolcott for future service when required.

    Thanks Mark so much for all of your guidance and advice. Most importantly that DIY / Weekender plumbing looks real easy on YouTube. The reality is that it can be very difficult and dangerous. I was stuck on a job I attempted and got in over my head. I saw you at the store in your Work Truck and reached out for some guidance. You let me know that if I needed Wolcott they were just a phone call away. I feel that if it was you that showed up the job would be professionally done at a fair price. I will definitely reconsider taking on these tasks in the future and call you guys instead. Thanks Mark.

    I discovered very quickly that Tyler Trimm is truly gifted at every plumbing and heating job hes done for us. We cant thank him enough for being that guy who always does the job well and whos always right present and solving our issues when something new needs immediate attention. Im seeing quite plainly that Wolcott Services is the place for us!

    After we determined that our water main was leaking, I stressed over who to hire. I called one large plumbing company, but they said they were too busy to look at our job. I contacted Wolcott because they had a really good rating here on Google and I was not disappointed.The plumber team were on the earlier side of the appointment window. They showed up clean and professional and ready to work. After a quick assessment of the issue, they got right to it. They were done the same day and filled in the hole that had been made. The charges for the job were right on the estimate that I agreed to before they started. There were no surprise or hidden fees. I will definitely call them first, for my next plumbing job.

    I called these guys on the weekend during the winter storm (because our furnace was leaking) solely based on their high ratings on Google. They were friendly and the on-call person returned my call quickly. He even was willing to FaceTime with me to look at the situation he was seeing and honestly trouble shot with me what was likely going on. I was able to solve one of the problems on my own and then had them. back for something else that occurred not even as the result of the storm. Their service person was very kind and considerate and was willing to go above and beyond for a Friday evening. He went and got supplies I needed that they didn;t have in their van and came back and finished them off by 7pm or so. I like these guys and we will be using them again for sure!

    I chose Wolcott because we had a leaking pipe that crossed over a heating duct, which meant the duct would need to be cut away for the plumber to be able to repair the pipe, so we needed both a plumber and an HVAC. I got another bid for the plumbers portion from another plumber and their bids were similar. Wolcott was able to schedule both jobs to happen on the same day, and both were finished in one day! We actually ended up just replacing all our old duct work while they were at it. The 2 HVAC guys did a nice job of cleaning up all the mess when they were done.BONUS: the plumber thought the bid for his portion was overpriced, so he got his manager to change it! Saved us like $600! Super cool, thank you, Sean!Overall Im very pleased with the service!

    My air conditioning went out in the midst of a wicked heat wave. I called Wolcott immediately. They sent Nick out the same morning. Nick was on time, thorough in his assessment, identified the problem, secured the appropriate parts in record time, and fixed the problem right away. I was never without air conditioning for more than three hours. He was amazing. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.

    Matt was very pleasant and did a nice job of explaining what was the issues with our furnace. It would have been a 5 star review, but he forgot to remove the clip he used between the red/white wires to turn on the system with the door off. He left the clip on when he put the doors back on.We left our home immediately after the repair only to return six hours later to a 78 degree home. Took about and hour trying to trouble shoot with my Nest thermostat with no luck. Imagine my surprise when I finally removed the door only to see the clip still on the red/white wires.

    I have been using Wolcott and all their services since I moved into my current home seven years ago. When I bought my home, it was pretty old and needed a lot of work. That was fine with me because Im very good at the remodeling aspect and knew I could put my DIY skills to work. Two things that challenge me are HVAC and plumbing, I hate to have to call for help but when my air conditioner stopped working, I had no other choice. Ive heard good things about Wolcott so I called them on a Friday to see if they could help me out. Im so glad I did because they came out and had it working FAST! I continue to use them to this day for anything out of my comfort zone. I can always rely on them for fast, excellent workmanship, and honest professional people to show up at my door to fix my problems. I very rarely will advise people who or what to use but I do recommend Wolcott to my friends and relatives.SDC

    Wolcott was the company that installed the HVAC in the new construction house I purchased two years ago. They were the most competent vendor used by this particular builder. I purchased a maintenance contract for a twice annual checkup on my furnace and condensing unit which is a critical need for keeping the system running to its life expectancy. The Technician, Matthew, that has been out twice for the service is highly professional and very knowledgeable.

    Wolcott Heating and CoolingI would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat! Excellent service each of the several times that I have had to call on them!Excellent service indeed!!Water heater down! I called at 4:50 on a Friday. Lovely woman answered and helped right away! Got hold of Grant who came to my aid. My water heater had to be replaced and Grant took care of everything. I was assuming I may go a few days without hot water, but no! Professional, kind, respectful, Grant completed this job and worked late, until close to 9, to make sure that I was taken care of. His joke, gonna get you back into hot water and he did. I dont write reviews lightly. I have used Wolcott many times now and I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat. Im no expert, but I believe that the pricing was also quite fair. I appreciate this company!!

    Wolcott has many services under its umbrella including plumbing. We needed to install a washer and dryer in a location that has never had one previously. Mike showed up to provide an estimate and was determined to help us find the existing drain/pipe that we could connect to that was the correct size. He came back two days later to do a camera scoop and inspection our entire downstairs system. He pointed out where we had a cast iron connection, a “belly” in the line where water sits, and of course how the system is connected. It was very reassuring to know the potential pitfalls in our system and where problems could occur in the future.We were delighted we found the right size pipe that was close by to where we wanted to put the washer. Mike clearly explained the process of how he was going to connect to it and was very helpful in answering all our questions.He came back a week later to perform the work. We ran into a slight snag as the wall had a load bearing beam in the way once we opened up the wall. However Mike had a cleaver solution that ended up saving him time and us money. We really appreciate his care and thoughtfulness. Will call him in the future for any plumbing needs!

    I had a leak under my crawl space and I choose Wolcott Plumbing because they were located close by. They turned out to be excellent folk to work with.     Cody, who has serviced my HVAC for a number of years is very knowledgeable and personable--and he does good work. My heat pump was not working due to a damaged outdoor sensor which he analyzed quickly and replaced which got the heat pump back on line.There was a mix-up in billing initially but after discussing it with Cody, a credit was applied and the bill settled. I appreciate him working through the issue and his willingness to make the requested adjustment.

    Had an unexpected water line puncture on a Saturday afternoon. Their after hour technician Michael responded quickly and was pleasant and helpful in a very stressful situation. He even help contact a restoration company to come out right away. He fixed the leak and got my water back on. I appreciate how helpful and responsive he was.     Wolcott was super responsive and got me a technician the next day to check out the issue and determine that my exterior faucet had busted. Luckily I didn’t have an ongoing leak and could wait for the plumber to come the following week for the repair. Brandon T, came and fixed the faulty hose bib and placed it in an easier access point, instead of under my deck, and in no time at all. He was professional and efficient and I was so pleased with the beautiful, quality job that he did. I never knew an exterior faucet could make me so happy. He went above and beyond.     My family had been general contractors for 30+ years and I wish we would have known about this company at that time. Service was quick, work looked amazing, and quote was great for the remaining work that needs to be done. And yes, experienced and qualified plumbers may be more expensive than you want to pay, but quality and a willingness to find areas to cut costs were definitely a bonus.

    100% So happy with them. They were recommended to me by a general contractor who was doing me a favor. I needed a good plumber to snake our drain/pipes and was wary of the companies who try to up-sell or force you to do estimates when you already know what you need.Thankfully, the contractor contacted Wolcott on my behalf and was able to schedule quickly. Grant, the plumbing technician, was knowledgeable and actually educated me along the way showing me everything he was doing and the issues he was seeing. I could go on and on.     2020We had Wolcott come out since the electrostatic part of our built in air cleaner did not seem to be working. Ken explained that it would be more cost effective to add a UV catalytic scrubber instead of replacing the bad part of the current system. He explained good/bad and cost of both options very well. He then did a neat installation.Ken also did a very thorough cleaning and checkout on our heat pump and HRV system. He was polite, knowledgeable, and answered my questions. Part of our system is inside the house. He was very careful to keep the inside of the house clean and wore a mask the whole time. I have Wolcott on my list all future work on our systems.Update Nov 2022Wolcott just completed an other PM on our system: prompt, courteous, clean. Answered my questions about how to tweak our system, and the best time of the year to do a PM on a heat pump system. We will use them again.

    Weve used Wolcott for plumbing and HVAC. Both times have been great. They fixed an issue with our HVAC in an hour and a half. Oxbow heating and cooling had looked at it multiple times previously and gave up... While charging an arm and a leg...Wolcott is fantastic, professional, and very fair with their charges.     Carlos initially came out to estimate some ductwork and we ended up liking their price point for A/c install as well. Unfortunately, our home was not built for the original plan. However, because of their knowledge of their products and experience they did an amazing job in getting us another quote for another option at yet another agreeable price. They (Carlos, Jacob, and Nick on the first day) have spent 3 days with my home and dogs so far and they have been such hard workers and nothing short of amazing. We have one more day until our projects are completed, and our family is totally looking forward to the end result. Thank you to everyone!

    Cody did a great job. He was on time, and explained what he was doing. He also had talked with your electrical department about installing a new disconnect box on the side of my house, for my heat pump. Everything went smoothly. He also re-labeled my circuit-breaker box, so that it was easy to read which individual breakers did what.I was very pleased with Cody, and will request him in the future to provide HVAC service for me.

    I cannot say enough good things about the service from Wolcott. First of all, I was so happy to have service on the day I called. Anthony V. Was our technician, and he was timely and very professional. He explained everything that he was doing to clear our badly clogged kitchen drain. To show me what the problem was, he let me look as he ran the camera scope down the line. It was easy to see the problem, it was full of grease! No wonder the sink was backing up! I will ask for Anthony any time we need a plumber, and I will recommend Wolcott to all of my family and friends! Thank you for the great service!

    Bryant was excellent, arrived on time with a heads up message when he was on the way. Once here he knew immediately what the issue was and fixed it super fast.     We just had a new Lennox heat pump, air handler, and all new ducting put in and Wolcott did a fantastic job from start to finish. Our initial contact was with Corey who is extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough in the assessment and explanations (much more so than any of the other companies that gave us quotes). The price was also considerably better than some of the other quotes by more than 30%.The crew showed up on time each day and they were very friendly and constantly checked to see if we had any questions throughout the process. Definite shout out to Hayden, Taylor and Tanner for doing such excellent and very clean looking work.During the process, we discovered a leaking pipe and they had Mike out on site to get it taken care of right away. Everyone we dealt with at Wolcott from sales, scheduling, and installation was great and weve already recommended their services to friends.

    Quick Service but Very ExpensiveI have a water-based pipe heating system in the floor of my home. Wolcott is the only local service organization that services this system. They are also the company that installed the system in 2002 but under another name.A one-hour service call was $289. The service call resolved the immediate issue and they showed up as promised. I confirmed the appt knowing the high cost for service but they are the only company that services my system. I have no other options.In July 2020 the cost for a similar service call was $105.15. I understand that times have changed but I think the current charge was a bit much. Wolcott does not offer military discounts either as other service providers do for plumbing and HVAC.Nice work, on time, professional ... but expensive IMO

    Our gutter drain pipe was clogged from tree roots and part of the pipe was damaged during a fence install. Wolcott came out and gave an estimate that was lower than other companies and with more details. Troy and Josh came out to do the work. They were professional, respectful, and made sure all the work was done to my specifications. Would use again and have recommended to friends

    Changed appointment time just like every other HVAC company I have contacted, but once they showed up, it was much better. Ken found 3 errors by previous HVAC service on my AC, one that caused a leak on my garage floor, another that melted a wire and blew a fuse. He corrected the problems, did all he could, but unit is old, and I dont think Wolcott wants to replace it, because I am dealing with a warranty company. I cannot blame them for that-it is very complicated to get reimbursed. All in all, Wolcott is the best I have used so far. (Now to find someone who is competent that is willing to replace the unit.) Id say the rating is 4.5 because they dont keep appointments, but other companies dont either. If you need AC service, call Wolcott, but expect that they might postpone your appointment.Addendum. I was able to find someone else for installation, but Wolcott came out for servicing.     This company does great work and has excellent customer service. I recently needed a new air conditioner. A competing company gave a significantly higher quote and tried to oversell us on a bunch of lies. Corey was honest and did not try to sell us things we didnt need. He took the time to educate me on why and gave me peace of mind that I was picking the right company. On installation day, the workers were on time, efficient, did beautiful work, and walked me through everything for my approval. They didnt leave a mess behind. A few weeks after installation, a city inspector came by and gave his approval. While opening the furnace, he tripped something and we lost heat. Unable to get ahold of the inspector, we called Wolcott. Corey stopped by minutes later on his way home after clocking out of work. He quickly took time to be thorough and diagnose the issue and fixed it for us free of charge. We bought a new A/C, not a furnace, so this was definitely above and beyond. Bless you, Corey! I highly recommend this company.Update: Called Wolcott to troubleshoot a problem with my new A/C and Ken S. came out the next day right on time.     Perfect Climate did the original installation of a complex geothermal system at a house we recently purchased. The house had been empty for some time before we moved in. After getting our first electric bill, which was very high, I had PC come to the house to check the system. Glad we opened the wall, as it was a disaster waiting to happen. Previous work done had screwed into the valve and the PVC pipe. Screw rusting, ready to blow. Cant imagine what would have happed if wed been gone for a weekend. That is one of many lets check it out and make it right moments with this company!     Couldnt be happier! I have used a couple other services in town, which never fixed the issue and spent a small fortune on drain openers. This time, I decided to bring in the pros. Grant Fournier came out to my house to do a main line flush. But after a little over an hour of very thorough investigating, and getting a second opinion, found the problem to be more localized to a small area, and not requiring a main line flush, SAVING ME $$$$$! The icing on the cake, got to see a camera scope of the whole pipe. I would like to say squeaky clean, but we are talking about a sewer line here. Gotta say, Wolcott Plumbing is a winner. Grant is awesome, Joe is awesome, and even though he didnt have anything to do with my job, Charlie Chrisman is an awesome fella as well! THANKS WOLCOTT PLUMBING!
