    My new home needed its old septic tank decommissioned and the house hooked up to the city sewer. José and Tony did a FANTASTIC job with both! They were both extremely nice, professional, and efficient. I was concerned there would be a ton of lingering landscape damage after this project, but they cleaned up everything better than I could have possibly imagined. 10/10 would use Apollo again!

    I called Apollo Plumbing and Heating, cooling first thing Monday morning in a mess! No hot water for 3 days. At Christmas time, this is not a good situation to be in. Raquel answered the phone. She was calm, supportive and a good problem Solver, got me an appointment that day.Zane was Our technician, he came out walked through all the information, We had to balance longevity of the 14-year-old water heater costs versus installing a new one, we chose a new one . Within four hours, we had heat for our radiant floors and were able to take showers and wash dishes. Thank you, Zane and Raquel For saving the day, It was a pleasure working with you! I would highly recommend Apollo plumbing heating and cooling for any of those important aspects of Maintance.

    Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning & plumbing came to my home the same day I called them with my problem of a clogged sewer line. Eric B, the technician sent was remarkable. He never gave up and tried different things to try and get this problem fixed. My wife and I are so appreciative of his efforts. The Company in general, was very nice and professional. And to get me scheduled on the same day was icing on their cake. Normally it seems like you have to wait for days to get service to come out to your home. I give them 5 stars and will use them again.     Brenden called ahead of time. The problem required a unique fix. After discussing all the options available he performed the repairs flawlessly. I liked how he checked everything and cleaned up the work site before leaving. He kept me informed of his progress and kept the water shutoff to a minimum.     Apollo Plumbing is the best. I had long-term damage from a leaking water heater. The process was very slow due to insurance issues. Everyone in the office was professional and courteous. I had the same plumber, Zane, from start to finish. He was great, very patient, and explained everything he did. His work was neat, clean, and professional.     We used Apollo for a large complicated drain project, replacing cast iron pipes in a 110 year old home. They did an excellent job with all services provided, it was very nice to have a one stop shop for everything we needed. From the drain pipes, to concrete removal and installation, wall demo and repair, and electrical work, they made us feel at ease during a stressful time.     We used Apollo to upgrade our old natural gas heater to a combined central air and heat system. They did a great job with that. Part of the service is a free annual check of the house plumbing system. Raquel called to set up that service and Andrew was the technician sent to do the inspection. Both were friendly, personable, and professional. There was no attempt to find problems. We are glad to recommend Apollo Plumbing, Heating and Air.

    We have a monthly maintenance agreement with Apollo and they also installed a new furnace for us. Its great knowing we can call them for all of our heating and plumbing needs and they will respond quickly. All of the techs are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.     I highly recommend Apollo plumbing, I just had my whole home re-piped. Evan and Gavin did an amazing job. They treated my home as if it was their own. The job took three days. They were always on time and answered any questions that I had along the way. The whole experience with this company has been top-notch from the initial contact, having Selong Come out and provide an estimate to working with the office staff Evan, Gavin, and Joey completing the job on time. I would highly recommend them.

    We had William and Christian put in a new furnace and air conditioner and they were excellent in customer service in knowledge and efficiency. They worked overtime to finish the job and I never heard one complaint all day. They were always cheerful and courteous to us, I would highly recommend either one of them for work. we also had Kyle come today to check out all of our plumbing, and I would highly recommend him as he was very knowledgeable and pointed out some of the mistakes that we had that needed to be corrected

    Our hot water heater died late last week. On Monday we made an appointment to have it inspected - on Tuesday morning, the technician (Brenden) was here on time as promised, assessed the situation and we had a new water heater and an installation of a new kitchen faucet by early afternoon. Brenden was friendly and efficient. He explained our options, listened to our concerns, and followed through as promised. He even took time to pet our barky little dog.We will definitely come back for any future issues and look forward to nice, warm showers.

    I had a clogged toilet Sunday night and called Apollo Plumbing. They came out the next morning at 8am and fixed me up. Eli Paz walked me through the process every step of the way. I appreciate their quick response. I used them one other time for a replacement water heater and they have exceeded my expectation on both occasions. I highly recommend.

    Tristan was amazing! Scheduled a regular maintenance check for our mini split units, and also wanted to address an issue we were having with one of them.     I previously signed up for Apollos annual preventive maintenance for my furnace, HVAC, and plumbing. Apollo recently messaged me to schedule my furnace inspection. The serviceman arrived on time and spent about 35 minutes THOROUGHLY checking my equipment- I watched the whole procedure. He even tested for carbon monoxide in the warm air going into my home. Once again, I am confident that I got my moneys worthwith Apollo.

    As a result of getting an extremely high water bill, I reached out to Apollo to research/fix a possible leak and arranged an appointment for the next day. Michael Johnston showed up after making an advanced call and immediately started working. He not only found the leak, but explained his process and promptly fixed it. Because Michael was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient, I would recommend Apollo without hesitation - we will contact them with any future plumbing needs!

    Our 18-year-old furnace started pumping out carbon monoxide so it was imperative that we replace it as soon as possible. Apollo gave us a very reasonable quote on a new furnace the day before Thanksgiving and committed to installing it the day after Thanksgiving. The installers, William and Christian, were knowledgeable, efficient and very personable, finishing the job quickly and leaving the garage cleaner than before.

    Im updating my review from one star to four stars. Apollo has now contacted us and has worked on our house for the last two days to make everything right. Everything works great now and they assured me the workmanship is covered under warranty and to call if we have even the smallest issue with our water pressure. We are happy that they made things right.*************************DO NOT USE APOLLO! Our hot water pressure dropped significantly in early October. Apollo came out to take a look and provide options. I was emailed 3 quotes - 1) Re-pipe hot water lines; 2) Re-pipe hot and cold water lines 3) Full re-pipe of all water lines including behind drywall. I was told the most significant improvement would be for the full re-pipe, of course. We agreed to the estimate and we scheduled a start date of October 28th. I was told the project would take three days (ending on October 30th) and then a city inspector would come out since permits had to be pulled.A team of two people came out the first day and cut a bunch of drywall and left by 3pm. On day two, I got a call saying due to illness a job had to be moved around and they did not have anyone who could work on our house that day so that the job would not be wrapped up until October 31st. Workers came and worked on the 30th. On the 31st, some workers came for a while, and then all left in the mid afternoon with the exception of one plumber. I had to cancel my Halloween plans because he was doing work at our house until 10:30pm. The next day he came back and worked in our crawl space until 12:30am (!!!). So they had a plumber (who lived an hour drive away) working at our house for 14 hours one day, and 15-16 hours the following day. In our crawl space, by himself - how is that safe or normal? The project was not finished until the following Tuesday (Nov 5th), after 7:30pm (again requiring me to cancel election night plans that I had).The city inspector came on November 19th - the plumbing job failed the inspection. I asked the inspector if the drywall repair could get started - he said absolutely it could be repaired, and that the needed fixes could be made from the crawl space. That was good because I had agreed to Apollo’s drywall quote and he was on the schedule for November 20th. Knowing of the scheduling issues we had been having, I called on the 19th to make sure he was still scheduled to come out on the 20th and the person who answered checked the schedule and said yes he was. I waited and waited on the 20th (I had changed some of my own appointments around to be home) and he never showed up. So I finally called and the scheduler told me that she had called the day before to leave a message that he wouldn’t be coming out (there was no phone call from Apollo regarding this). She then explained that he would come out Thursday and Friday and into the following week. I explained I couldn’t be home on Friday and that I didn’t like workers there because nobody had been paying close attention to doors, and that we have a sick cat that cannot be let outside. I had taken Friday off work to take care of a bunch of appointments and definitely could not be home. She assured me that I didn’t need to worry and that nobody would let our cat out. I came home Friday afternoon after being gone all day, to find our sick cat outside, in our backyard. Apparently, they didn’t relay the “don’t let the cat out” message to the electrician (the election had to come by because that was part of the failed inspection).And now, after all this, our water pressure is not where it was before the initial “issue” in early October which prompted me to contact Apollo in the first place. Don’t you think after spending $15K on a re-pipe the water pressure should be at least where it was before? Nobody will get back to me, nobody will explain what is under warranty . . . and I felt compelled to write this so people can hopefully avoid issues similar to what we have dealt with for the past month and a half.

    I had my entire plumbing system replaced from the meter. Nick came out and did a stellar job. He put in long hours to get me back up and running. The quality of his work was really great. He took the time to educate me on the differences of my new PEX pipe system and I felt that he was very knowledgeable. We ran into a few problems along the way and he maintained a very positive can do attitude. I could not be more pleased. On the final day of installation Tom And Kyle came out to finish up. Tom was also very knowledgeable and great to work with. Tom and Kyle worked in the crawl space all day connecting pipes and insulating the lines with no complaints.     I have had 2 other plumbing companies out to fix my shower drain in the last year because my drain always seems to slow down. Eric B with Apollo came out and took the time to really look deep into the drain and found a pretty good size object that was down there well before I came to the house.     So I had a problem with our furnace.I called Apollo, mainly because I have listened to their radio advertising and I liked the way they presented themselves.The folks at Apollo sent a technician the next day. Their tech rep was a delightful young man named Ty. Ty located the problem and got it sorted in short order. While he was here he gave my heat pump a look at also. I did take the opportunity to sign on to their monthly fee program which is just plain good sense for all the services they offer. Now I am confident that I have a reputable and reliable source to take care of any heating/cooling/plumbing needs that may arise in the future.     This is a review for Kyle B. and Peter Z. The water heater had suddenly stopped working. I contacted Apollo Plumbing, and Kyle B.came the next day to assess the situation and prepare an estimate for a new water heater and also for a water filtration system to be installed beneath the kitchen sink. The next day, Peter Z installed the new water heater. The kitchen filtration system will be installed when the product arrives. Both representatives arrived on time, were professional and a pleasure to work with. Kyle actually adjusted the upper tray on the dishwasher that had come off the track. We mentioned it was a problem, and he said he knew exactly what was going on and fixed it in one second. Amazing. Peter was extremely proficient in draining and removing the current water heater and installing the new one. He worked quickly and carefully each step of the way. We will be very happy to have him install the filtration system whem it arrives.

    Keith came today with a project manager to fix my plumbing problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything.     I found this company when another plumbing company completely screwed my water service up. Let me tell you this company has customer service mastered. They follow up on all of their service with emails, calls and texts. I was never left wondering what the next step was. They have a service plan that is very reasonably priced and it actually provides routine service that I would spend anyway. I know it’s just a way to ensure I always come back to them for service but based on the service I have received I have no problem calling them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.     After getting my appointment in, everything went pretty fast about a week for someone to come out. They called through out the day to let me know around when to expect them since they were running late, but also called 30 mins prior. Once everything was looked over I got a quote, even added a couple of extra things that day he came out the next morning and had everything running smoothly again. Was given membership price and non membership price so I could decide if I wanted to get it or not. Over all, for my first time calling in a plumber it was much easier and less stressful than I thought it was going to be.

    Hire this EXCELLENT company- you will be glad you did! I had a slow running bathroom drain that I could not easily clear. After reading other Plumbing Co. reviews with hourly charges up to $639, I reluctantly called Apollo Plumbing- what a pleasant surprise! An experienced, well-equipped technician arrived promptly and spent an hour scoping my pipes then he gave me 3 repair options - THERE WAS NO CHARGE AT ALL FOR THIS DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE! Can you believe that no charge at all at this point. I was so favorably impressed that I joined the Apollo friends and family program for ~$150 a year in which they check my HVAC 2 times a year and water system once a year plus a 10% discount on everything in the future plus priority appointment scheduling and many other benefits. The company that installed my furnace & AC wants to charge $371 annually to check just once a year without testing my plumbing! I elected to try to clear the drain myself with my manual auger, but it failed. I called Apollo back the next day and two technicians arrived. They power augured the blockage out then scoped the drain to ensure it was clear. The charge for all this service which included two very friendly and professional technicians for about an hour and a half was $472 just as quoted the day before. They took extra time to thoroughly check and test my plumbing system and they left the work area clean and neat. I feel good that I have found a Plumbing company to rely on for the rest of my life and I have already recommended them to my 4 children and some friends. What a refreshing difference in the plumbing industry! Try Apollo Plumbing- you will be glad you did.

    We have been having a particularly tricky issue with the drain in one of our showers, and had not figured out the problem despite having plumbers from 3 different companies come out to evaluate. Apollo sent 2 drain specialists, Eric and Dan, and they were by far the most helpful people we have had come to evaluate the problem. Both were professional and very personable. Several of the diagnostic techniques they attempted they didnt even charge me for because they were unsuccessful. After chatting about some unrelated issues with our gutters, they offered to clear the downspouts at the same visit. I would highly recommend Apollo, and will be using there services in the future for any plumbing needs.

    Had a leak coming out of both sides of the kitchen sink. I knew this was something I couldn’t fix on my own and I dreaded calling a plumber because last time I used another company (that shall remain nameless) they catastrophized my situation and tried to get me to spend $35k. The technician, Eric B, was super friendly never made me feel like I needed to purchase a service if I didn’t want to, which goes a long way in customer service. He was super friendly he was super quick fixing my sink just in time for the holiday weekend. He used booties inside my house and cleaned up his area when he was done. I highly recommend these guys. Especially Eric! This man deserved a nice all expenses paid vacation…. And a raise! Drains are gross yet he was kind and courteous and had a smile on his face the entire time.

    Eric B was super amazing he did his job very good and i dont think any other employee could do as good a job as he did. The way he unclogged the pipes was just fascinating.     Apollo is one of the best companies that I have dealt with in many years! From Kailey scheduling the appointment to Katelany and Kay who helped me get the names of the people who helped solve our plumbing problem. Zane was the journeyman plumber. He called ahead of time to let us know when he was coming, and arrived on time. He started by asking what our issue was, then told us how he was going to find and evaluate the problem. He explained what he needed to do to fix the problem (our shower was leaking into the garage) and then went and got the needed materials and a helper (Uriah). They came back shortly and repaired the leak in a very reasonable amount of time. Zane then went over what we needed to do in the future to prevent it happening ever again.. Savana called to follow up on how everything had gone. I would like to end by saying Apollo and all the people made us feel like we were working with close friends! Thank You again for having a GREAT company.Update: we found that there was a second leak, but it didnt show up until we took a shower. So they sent Mike out, and he found that the second leak was behind the on/off control. When he got the parts he came back to make the repairs. We no longer have a leak! Mike did a great job!     Woke up thinking it was the end of the world and a pipe had burst or the very least was clogged! Called Apollo and they sent someone right out! That someone was Jim Vang! This man came in ready to work! He assessed the situation ran a few practice loads of laundry after I had already agreed to the amount of pay… after reviewing it was actually the washing machine and not the drain at all. Jim had not done more than diagnose the situation but still I agreed to the work and he came all the way out to Battle Ground. He let me off very cheap and was so friendly! Did not try to take advantage of the situation or that I had already signed! In addition to the drain cleaning, we had a list of plumbing issues that needed addressing. Tristan came out and was also professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He very helpfully spelled out our options. We had toilets that had aging parts that caused leaks and our kitchen sink also had multiple leaks. Tristan got the toilets working great and installed a new faucet and garbage disposer in the kitchen. Everything was done professionally and we are very pleased with the results. Tristan was terrific to work with. We will definitely call Apollo first for any future plumbing needs, and would be happy to have Tristan back in our home to help us.     I called Apollo Plumbing because of a previous positive history working with them in the property management business. I needed to check on the function of our private sewer line, because the City was in the process of upgrading the public line.Stacey took my call, and answered a number of questions for me. She was able to expedite an appointment because the sewer work was going to start soon. She was polite and patient with my questions.Cameron was the technician who performed the camera scope work on our drain line. He showed up on time, and was also patient with a long list of questions I had. We went through the entire scope video, and he was able to point out trouble areas, including a large root ball in the middle of our line. He explained several solutions, and he arranged for quotes to be developed for repairs. While it was unfortunate that our system was not in better condition, the sewer line was approximately 75 years old, and we assumed the scope report would reveal a less than perfect system.We appreciated the thoroughness of their work, and now must decide which way to go on further repairs.     I detected a leak in my home and called Apollo and they scheduled a next day appointment which was great! To my surprise they called and were able to send Taylor over the same day! Amazing! Taylor was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He checked all possible issues and came to a conclusion of what and where the leak was coming from. He offered several options, including preventive options for the future. He did a great job and took care of the issue.     5 star service. My technician Jonathan Rowlett has serviced our home previously but this time was due to a pipe burst from the ice storm. Initially coming in to repair the pipe, he helped turn a crappy situation into a good one. We ended up replacing our hot water heater and got the repair done at the same time as we were in need of a new tank. He made sure that everything went smoothly with the work being done and made sure we were set financially, as we were given plenty of options that helped us with our situation. We had an unexpected issue with our HVAC during the install and Jonathan made sure he got someone out to take a look and make any adjustments needed in order to ensure everything was completed for us that day. Jonathan was very determined and one of the friendliest technicians I’ve ever worked with. I’d recommend Apollo/Jonathan to anyone that needs work done.

    My 20 year old home has a drainage system that might have been cutting edge 500 years ago but is sadly lacking in today’s environment.All was revealed when Apollo Plumbing showed up with their water jet to clear a malfunctioning gutter drain.     I love Apollo! They have really worked hard to perfect the end-to-end customer experience. From the the easy scheduling process, pre arrival notifications, and all the way through well-trained, professional service people.Ive had two plumbers come out for different reasons, and they were both great. Nick Simon fixed a leaky kitchen faucet, but also did an entire walkthrough of our home to make sure there were no other problems. He even told us about potential issues that we should watch out for. He also let us know of an amazing Costco deal on a new sink which we purchased.Taylor Aguilar was going to install the sink for us, but I didnt check the estimate ahead of time so we didnt end up doing that job. Nonetheless he was super friendly and even gave me some tips for any problems to avoid if Im going to do it myself. Clearly, he didnt have to do that, but it just goes to show that Apollo really cares about happy customersMy wife and I are considering signing up for the membership because the experience so far has been so great.

He listened and responded to what I had already done (an experience that as a woman I have not always had) and was VERY respectful!     I had a massive emergency situation and this company came to our rescue. After dealing with insurance and another company for over 9 days and having no hot water, 3 disabled people and no patience left i contacted Apollo. The Receptionist who took my call, listened to my tears, fears and neurosis, and she acted quickly to get me help. After days of beating my head against a wall and nearly giving up, Apollo came out and got my Hot water up and running within 3 hours. As a mom of 2 severely disabled kids whose also caring for a vulnerable elderly woman, I appreciate the speed. The technicians were incredibly friendly and quick, work was done well and fast. I could not ask for more. Thank you Apollo for ending a nearly half month nightmare. The warranty offered with the service is better than the one my home warranty offered. Its worth going through Apollo. Every penny was a penny spent to end a nightmare and it was WELL spent.
