This was our third visit from Perfect Flush. The tech arrived within 2 minutes of the stated arrival time. He was friendly, professional and informative. He kept me informed of what he was looking for, what he had found and how he was going to fix it. He installed a new section of copper pipe and the repair was complete in a little over an hour. Perfect Flush will be the only company I call for plumbing repairs.

Nov 4th 2024Toilet was leaking from the old seal gasket, had a tech come out to put a new gasket in. Arrived within the time line, friendly and pleasant. A simple job, resealed around the toilet . I like this company because they are stable and solid and we have used them over the years. For us , if we are treated well and good for service , Then we have them in our back pocket. Trust and honesty , feeling safe in your home, and getting that good fair service . . A company that delivers without disappointment, or let down. Who take pride in what they do and represent . Isnt that what we all are looking for . Finding a company like this is becoming more of a search than a rescue.Updated April 30th 2024Noticed a pipe was spraying slightly in the laundry room. A pin hole in the pipe, puddle of water on the floor, called Perfect Flush to replace the pipe. He replaced the PVC and flex pipe, said it was probably due to age why the pin hole happened. And was told the pipe was old , they dont use them anymore. I looked over to my husband and he says Yes, age was why he didnt want to mess with it. Typical comment from him. The guy was pleasant, arrived within the time frame mentioned the day before 11:00-1:00. Maybe a 40 minute stay, And was quoted day before approx $240. came to $320. , But it helps to get an idea of what cost could be ahead of time. Just glad we got this taken care of before it becomes a bigger problem. Husband says hes tired now, I just shake my head ....Sept 17th 2020We noticed one of our farm hydrants were loose and leaking, told my husband we need to get this fixed now before the ground freezes. And since they were going to fix one of them , might as well put a anti freeze hydrant on the other water outlet in the field too. A bit $$ but gives us peace of mind instead of panic in December. With ice and snow and cold temperatures. Maybe really dry and muddy and smokey with covid19 and a wildfire going on , But these guys make a great team together, friendly, polite and they work well and hard. We love the feeling of this home town company, Trust and honesty is a big deal to us. Like Dad use to say if your treated right , why look anywhere else. We definitely recommend this Company to everyone especially family, friends and co- workers. Weve used them over the years, no regrets...*And they will go under the house to check out the plumbing. Something other companies will not do. Which is odd , because the pipes are under the house

We hired Perfect Flush for jetting our sewer pipe after all the drains in the house stopped at the same time. James came out first and then realized that due to the distance from the access area to the street, he would need a second person, so Nick came after about half an hour. The jetting and taking a video of the pipes only took about another hour after that. James said that it appeared the problem was a hole in the City side of the pipe, and told us that we needed to contact the City, send a copy of the video and also submit Perfect Flushs invoice for reimbursement by the City! We were very happy with the service.

I cant give enough praise to Perfect Flush, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Weve now needed their assistance twice with some plumbing issues in our home and the customer service we received has been phenomenal. Not only are all of their staff professional, but they are ontime (even a little early!), talk you through the issues you may be experiencing (if its not obvious) and then troubleshoot the problem in a timely manner. This is a Class Operation!I had a drain clog problem and I live in a Manufactured Home. A lot of other Plumbers wont work on these homes. These people didnt even blink.I first dealt with Crystal. She explained how everything would work, including a Great Rate and a rapid response!A very nice friendly man named Pat arrived on time. He told me that his priority was to be thorough. Judging by his work ethic and actions, he lived up to that promise.Now we can do laundry again! Yea!!!Would I use this company again and recommend them? Hell yes!

I’m in the middle of a remodel and I tried a few plumbers and had no luck. I just don’t have the time right now to wait around for nothing. I called PerfectFlush Monday afternoon and they had me scheduled for Tuesday morning. The girl in the office said they would be sometime between 9:30 and 11. I got a call 15 minutes before the window saying they would be there by 9:30. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Both Taylor and Steven where amazing and super professional. They were willing to work with me even though I had already done some of the work myself. I had a leak in the crawl space they fixed in under an hour. That included the run to the parts store. No nonsense, straight to business, and amazing workmanship. I also had some questions about my project and they spent the extra time to answer and go over my work without hesitation. A very enjoyable experience. I will gladly be referring family and friends and will use them in the future if needed. Thanks again PerfectFlush!!

Had a CPVC water line break inside my wall - absolute nightmare. I called a few different places but Perfect Flush seemed like the most professional and knowledgable by far, so I scheduled with them (same day which was AWESOME). The plumber they sent out was named Brenton (spelling?) and he was incredible. Extremely professional, was courteous about not wearing shoes on carpet and cleaning up his mess as he worked, took the time to show me and explain to me what had happened and why it cracked. He replaced it with a better quality pipe and engineered it at a better angle to avoid the issue happening again. He definitely went above and beyond. I cant say enough good things about my experience. Thank you!!!

We had initially spent days going back-and-forth with another highly-rated plumber, waiting for call-backs and eventually being told that they were booked out for more than a month.Couldnt be happier that we ended up going with the folks at Perfect Flush! We are so grateful for Perfect Flush! We had already spent two days and 100s of dollars with other plumbers and septic technicians trying to figure out what was wrong with our plumbing and septic system. The technicians, Nicholas and Jimmy, were relentless and determined, and what they uncovered blew my mind--there are two septic tanks on our property, and the one that had been inspected and drained when we moved in was never actually functional and was full of only rain water. Our actual septic tank was buried under our porch stairs. Mind you, three other professionals had already examined our false septic tank without realizing this. Perfect Flush actually removed a piece of our stairs and dug out the real tank. Wow. I know this was an unusual (and stressful) job, but thanks for not giving up on us, guys! You prevented a real catastrophe and are absolute heroes in our eyes. Also, thank you for a extremely fair and reasonable bill. Crystal, the office manager, was awesome too. We appreciate you all so much! If I could give you ten stars, I would!

Plumbers arrived on time, found the issue and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. They didn’t walk on my rugs, that’s very important to me and they cleaned up any water/mess. Really nice people. Also, my dog barked and was awful the whole time. They were really nice about it and we were able to get the dog out. She’s little so it’s not a really big deal, but her barking is annoying. I would definitely use them again.

Stephen was fantastic. He showed up on time and explained the work to me clearly. He was understanding when I said I had another company coming for a quote. Luckily Stephen locked me in at a reasonable rate because the other company wanted 5x more for the same work. On the day the work was being completed the guy showed up at the time agree upon and was done quickly. All together I wish I could give them 6 stars.

This time I didnt get 100% of my desired results and immediate satisfaction but a valiant effort was made to do everything possible to avoid the extra cost of replacing the valve. This place was SUPER fast! On top of that the man was very professional, straight forward, and HONEST. There was one project he told me straight up that it might take 10 minutes, or 2 hours, and he would not be 100% until he started. He went with simple fixes, and my bill was very reasonable. Cheap by comparison. I will use them again for sure.

Stephen and his colleague delivered an impressive combination of S.W.A.T. team precision and Knights of Chivalry values . . . arrived early with an entourage of clean and ordered equipment, swooped in and determined the nature of our plumbing mystery (which turned out to be a refrigerator issue), connected us with an expert on the spot, generously answered our unrelated plumbing questions, and were on their way. Ive used these guys twice. The first time they came and installed a new vanity in our bathroom. I wanted it tucked in the corner and didnt think it would be possible due to the location of the plumbing but they were able to make some adjustments and get the vanity just where we wanted it.The second time they came on short notice. My wife and I were leaving town for the weekend and I heard a gush of water out the back of our house. A pipe had burst. When I called, they said to take off and enjoy our trip. They came that night, replaced the pipe and turned the water back on. Couple of good blokes that work hard and charge a fair rate.
