We had a shower knob come off and couldn’t stop the water coming out - had to shut off the water to the house. Jeremy from J&D was quickly able to come out, separate the pipes from the shower so we could turn the water to the house back on, and gave an estimate.Good pricing. The next day Jeremy and Tom came out and replaced some of the pipes and all the fixtures in the shower including the shower head, knob, and faucet. We were given a time frame they were going to be at the house at and they arrived within that time frame. Actually all the communication with the company was very simple. They did an excellent and quick job with the pipes and the install. My wife and I were very impressed with the job. Very professional. Would highly recommend and will use again if and when a problem arises.

Im glad I found J&D today.We had water leak from our kitchen ceiling so tried to find a plumber to come in today. Luckly, J&D had someone to help!After the call Devine came over in less than an hour. Took bit of the ceiling out to investigate and he found the cause and was able to fix immediately. He even connected us with the remediation team to assess the ceiling water damage. I called J&D after waking up with no running water due to a frozen pipe. First time ever I have dealt with this issue since I moved in 6 years ago. Joe came out. He was really nice and knowledgeable. It has been a great experience with John & Wayne and their team. They installed water softener, sumpump and tankless water heater at our house and their work was really great. They also installed our water filtration system and helped troubleshoot bunch of other issues at our house and also fixed a leaky valve pretty quickly. They are always responsive and courteous and I would highly recommend them. All their work is by code and prices are reasonable.

Highly recommend J&D plumbing & heating. My sewer line busted leaving us with no water on a Saturday night. J&D called back to assure me that they could respond in 15 minutes while 6 other plumbing companies that said that they handle urgent matters and are 24/7 did not respond to my messages for help. Not only did J&D arrive within 15 minutes they stayed until midnight in an attempt to resolve my emergency issues. After locating the problem area they responded first thing this Sunday morning with a team of professionals to address my sewer line issue. Within several hours of digging and replacing my sewer line I was all good with running water and a new sewer line. Thank goodness for J&D plumbing being diligent and professional with my emergent needed repair because since 24 hours have past since calling the other 24/7 plumbing companies I still have not received a single call back from either one of them. The faucet of my soaking bathtub was dripping. I searched Yelp and had a highly rated plumber/handyman to come repairing it. However he could not fix it, recommended to cut tiles and replace the faucet, then he left with the faucet tore apart. I called many contractors and no one was willing to even take a look at it. When I called J&D Plumbing and Heating, they responded rapidly. John scheduled an appointment for me right away. Wayne showed up pretty much on time. He found that previous handyman had stripped the thread on the plumbing, it took him extra 2 hours to replace cartridges and put everything back together. I did have to pay for extra time he spent but I am grateful that he saved my tiles and faucet. Wayne is very skillful and professional. They had customers needs in mind when they did work. I highly recommend J&D Plumbing and Heating and will not hesitate to call them again for future plumbing needs.

I needed a leaking water heater supply & main valve replaced. They replied quickly, let me know Andrew was on the way, as requested. Upon completion of the work, the water heater wouldnt relight and I needed to have the gas control replaced. Andrew called in the warranty part, had it expedited and returned as schedule to install it [again they let me know he was running a little late]. He didnt have to do that, but did and saved us the headache of having to deal with the manufacturer. He went above and beyond. I hate picking repairmen from a web search, but was in a bind and my referred plumber did not answer the phone until a day later, lol! Glad I found them and they will be my go-to from now on. Great communication via text. The only request I would make is to let customer know which payments are accepted. I saw after the fact that Zelle was accepted and I wouldve used it to avoid 3% charge.

Weve used J & D 2 1/2 times. Time #1, the guy fixed a persistent returning clog that hasnt come back since he worked on i! Time #2 was for installing new faucets & sinks. When the under-sink water filter didnt work the same afterward, I spoke with John (one of the owners) who came out to double check the work (which was good) and discovered the real problem was our clogged water filter. I recommend J&D for the good work theyve done and their willingness to back it up and answer my doubts. Great work, great customer service!

Amazing! I had my galvenised steel piping replaced for a great price. PEX was the best option for me and they did a wonderful job, the waterflow and taist is so much better. If I have to nitpick, they didnt sweep up afterwards, didnt not putting back a piece of insulation, as well as needed to be asked to reinstall an outgoing valve they didnt notice was on the old piping. They made up for it by being well responsive to feedback and amazing at answering questions. They even threw in a small line to my fridge which I needed. All in all I recommend their service to anyone in need of a Plumber. PS the HVAC guy was awesome too. 👌

***Update***I received a call from company owner John. He apologized for the bad service and offered a full refund.Buyer beware! I called J&d plumbing to clear a clogged toilet. The serviceman arrived as scheduled with extendable toilet auger from Home Depot and a bucket. After snaking the toilet 3 times at 3 feet the clog would not clear completely. The serviceman said he may need to clear the drain from the street, but never attempted to. He went outside to look at the access pipe and asked me to flush while he looked. He came back in and snaked again. He says he was using the full 6 feet. The flush was still slow with no power. He suggested I replace the whole toilet and charged $185 for his attempted to fix it. Of course as soon as someone used the toilet it clogged again. I had to call a second plumber who snaked the toilet and was able to clear the blockage. The new plumber said J&d couldnt have gone down 6 feet because that should have taken care of it. Im not sure what their plumbing specialty is or experience , but I Will NEVER call them again.

Best plumbers! I had to make an emergency call to J&D this morning and they came to the rescue. My 77 year old uncle has been having some plumbing issues and weve had another plumber come out 4 times in 2 weeks to fix the same issue. We called him again last Tuesday, then again that Thursday and was told he would be out Friday. Now its Monday and we need someone immediately. I called J&D and they came out within an hour and fixed the problem. Very easy to work with and fairly priced. Highly recommend J&D!!!

J & D Plumbing replaced a toilet in June 2023 at Floor 1 Bathroom at our home. The whole team was very efficient, courteous and professional. I detected some leak around the base of the toilet and called J & D Plumbing. J & D promptly sent a technician, Mr. Andrew England, on 16Apr24. Mr. England inspected the whole toilet system and replaced the wax ring inside the bottom of the toilet just to be on the safe side. After opening the base/bottom of the toilet, Mr. England stated that the previous wax might not have been the problem as the area around the wax ring inside the bottom of the toilet was dry. It could have been from urine spill from outside on the floor at the base of the toilet. Our toilet is fixed and working properly now. Mr. Englang did not charge me anything as the owner of J & D Plumbing (John) instructed him not to charge as it was under warranty. I called John and offered him to pay something. John gracefully declined and stated that customer satisfaction was the most important thing for him. I was impressed and touched. The guys stayed all day and got the installation and plumbing done, we had heat the same night. They came back a few weeks later to wrap up some finishing work. All an all it was a bit on the expensive side but I believe it to be fair for the amount of work and material that was needed. I cannot recommend J&D enough, they are fair, timely, and very knowledgeable. Their prices land pretty much in the middle but it is worth what they charge to have it done with such professionalism and skill.

Great Company to do business with. We had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. The owner and Alex showed up same day we called. They got right to work. Checked a few things and determined the location of the clog. After a slight mis hap, and a change of clothes. They removed the clog and repaired the line. They were quick, efficient, honest and professional. Left no mess behind. We will call them again and recommended them.

Our pipes froze late December and after getting ripped off by AJ Perri, I luckily found J & D through google search reviews. Took a chance and called , John (owner) picked up from vacation in Florida, was empathetic to our situation and directed a plumber within an hour to our home. It was New Years eve and John called me back to make sure job was done and ensured Rocky stayed until all the leaks were detected and fixed in our heating. The water meter was still ticking so he ensured next day Jeremy was dispatched , and he went through the whole house and finally found the leak and fixed it for good. The next day our zone valve started leaking and Joe the heating expert came in and fixed it like piece of cake. Finally with everything what happened i went with Jeremys recommendation of replacing the old prv and expansion tank (more than 20 years old). Also had the Moen flo installed so that I could get the usage and control of water from phone and never deal with a water damage hopefully again.Reasonable would be an understatement John actually beat every quote i got by a mile and for everything he did cost me a little over what i paid AJ Peri for a shower cartridge & 1 leak fix.John is a honest and his crew is 5* high recommend the team for any plumbing and heating needs. Thanks John for being there when we needed help and not taking advantage of our situation.

J&D are very responsive via WhatsApp or Test Message, so I didn’t have to leave phone messages and wait for call backs. J and D Plumbing did a fantastic job completing my oil-to-gas conversion and installing a new heating system. A large oil and gas company quoted me a Burnham X2 boiler and an indirect hot water tank. J and D ran gas lines, removed my oil tank, and installed the identical boiler unit for thousands of dollars less. My house has multiple zones, and everything is working great. J and D also installed a Moen Flo leak detection system. It was easy to work with the company (on time, great communication), and the work was excellent.

I called about a leaking valve for my washing machine. Jeremy came the next morning and fixed it with a wrench. He is very kind to not charge me with the service.I used J&D’s service a few months ago too to fix a leaking sink. It was also Jeremy that came in time and replaced the leaking part with a new one. The entire experience with J&D has been exceptional. Its so hard to find dependable and trustworthy plumbing and heating companies. I will be using J&D for all of my future needs.My toilet was very old and was running constantly so I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Jeremy gave me the options for repair versus replacement and it made more sense to replace. He picked up my toilet from the store and installed it. The trap on the main drain was clogged and when I called J&D they were very nice and considerate to the issue. I don’t know much about plumbing but the gentleman who performed the service was great and he didn’t mind all the questions I asked.
