If you want quality work like it used to be back in the day both Scott and Arron are professionals at what they do and they take pride in their work as well. I had an emergency this morning with my water heater and after calling 2 companies with no assistance whatsoever, they did the work diligently and quickly and they cleaned afterwards. They made my day today after having such a bad morning with water in my basement. I will definitely be calling again for other work and referring this company. The plumber that came was really nice, helpful, not pushy, allowing me time to make my own decisions based on his recommendations. He helped me order the toilet I wanted and then he installed very well. He did the job reasonably fast and left the bathroom clean. He adapted to my busy schedule without complaining about anything. I highly recommend Router Router. I have used them for over 30 years. This time Antonio did the work. He was so pleasant that when I need to change the other bathroom toilet I will ask for him. Ever since we needed our yard excavated a year ago to re-do the clean out pipe, Ive been nothing but impressed with roto-rooter. Someone was here at midnight when everything started overflowing, the problem was diagnosed, and they had an excavator in my yard by 9am the next morning. Its not a discount company, but you get what you pay for.Today was a clog in the laundry line. Kyle the technician quickly came in, fixed it, and was done in less than an hour.Id recommend these folks to anyone whos got plumbing issues. We thought that our tub in our main bathroom was clogged and after Juan inspected the drain fitting, he concluded the pipe was clear but the drain fitting was the fault. He then offered several options to fix the issue such as removing the fitting and replacing the fitting with a rubber stopper. My wife and i really appreciated Juans honesty and professionalism. There was no charge and should we have a plumbing clog in the future, we will definitely call Roto-Rooter. Thank you.

Got water backing up to our kitchen sink, booked online, got a call within half an hour, they came with another hour, tried to fix our problem, first guy did his work on the main line, but issue wasnt resolved. called again for a back job, came back in another hour with the A team, they fixed our problem within the day. quick service, good response, although our problem wasnt fixed on the first visit, i still appreciate the quick response and the commitment to solve our problem.

He was able to repair the problems with my kitchen sink plumbing without having to replace the actual sink, but only the faucet and the supply and drain lines to and from it, which resulted in a savings for me. He was also able to get our house’s main water supply shutoff valve working smoothly again because it had been difficult to operate.

Roto-Rooter understands the whole flow of remediation when having a plumbing anomaly that involves sewage in your basement. They had my main line cleared in no time and also made it clear that the clean-up afterwards is not something the resident should handle themselves; it is involved, labor intensive, and a race against the clock to prevent mold damage. They were on top of it in no time and promptly removed damaged goods and halted any potential mold growth. I did not expect any of this, however, in hindsight, I am glad I told them to initiate the cleanup. This job was done right.

Loved that the team was super thorough after my pipe broke in the laundry room and flooded that room, part of the TV room and the garage. Starting with Floyd who submitted the claim on my behalf with the my insurance, they paid attention to all the details, small and large. They removed the sheetrock that was water damagedThey gave excellent advice. Every day a team member would visit and check my hardwood floor, the walls and the garage floor and the floor of the laundry room to make sure the moisture level was less than the day before. They were all professionals.My only complaint is that there are a few scratches that the machines made to my hardwood floor, but it all worked out since I did not have to replace it.I have no reservations in recommending this company for all plumbing needs!

We have a kitchen drain that gets clogged every 6-8 months. Always called Roto-rooter for the past 5 years. It’s been 10 months since our last service. Leo was excellent. Came within a few hours of calling. I was shocked though when they almost doubled their price. The dispatcher that I called should’ve told me. You don’t just double your price on loyal customers. 5 stars for Leo but as for the value for money, I’m not sure. He said that this service warranty should last almost a year, even if it’s only officially 6 months. If they are going to double their price, they should double their warranty. I will update my review to let you know if this work is better than last time. Otherwise buyer beware.

Thought sewer was backed up. Shower would not drain and had gross backup. Turns out it was a clog at the kitchen sink pipe that caused the whole problem. Tech quickly diagnosed and cleared the blockage. Cleaned up very good afterwards. And the guy was local! Was getting confirmation calls from central hub but turns out the plumber who arrived lives less than 10 minutes away. Very friendly guy. Price almost worth it. Could have been a bit less expensive but in the end, I needed the service fast and they got the job done.

Visited my sister for Thanksgiving and she developed a major blockage in her kitchen sinks drain that was about 20 down the pipes since this was a 2 family home and she lived on the upper floor.I tried for six hours to get the blockage cleared and I couldnt. I called Roto Rooter and they sent one person who couldnt clear the blockage either.The dispatcher Toya, was amazing with her customer service and professional skills.
