Beyond that, they are quick to respond and understand the investment in your house you are making when you use their services.     We have been a customer of Parham for many years... close to 9 I think. Have always had a great experience. They have treated us as family each time a service tech has come out. Yesterday Garrett came out to fix a plumbing problem. He was professional, kind, courteous and explained every step he did and gave us options.Explained each one. From my frantic call to them, they made me at ease and they called or text me letting me know where they were as to getting to me. They were here within 1 hr of my call. I appreciate the kindness and the professionalism of all if them. Office staff, dispatchers, technicians and owners..they all treat you as you are their only priority. Thank you all!!!

    Garret did a very thorough job inspecting all my plumbing while he was here. He was able to diagnose my problem quickly and he went over my options and pricing very thoroughly. He fixed my problem and was very polite and helpful the whole time.Also, kudos to him for squeezing under my house in the very tight crawl space to find/fix the issue!

    The tech Brannon was thorough, he checked the unit and verified that the parts were still in warranty provided different options without making me feel pressured and I made a decision that was best for me. He did not try to fake that the unit could not be repaired and try and sale a new tankless unit. I was very satisfied with his service and the time he took to assure he had found the cause. I give him and Parham LLC Heating and Cooling 5 out 5 stars for their honesty with me.

    Good experience getting a new A/C but did seem high. Had to take their offer since my wife was just getting out of the hospital and house was hot! The problem I have is they use a “junky” no name finance company. Had problems with them saying they didn’t get my payments and they wouldn’t even take a debit or credit card. I would get my upstairs unit replaced but won’t if I have to use that same finance company. Parham needs to find a more reputable company in my opinion.

    I really appreciate this company, I had an issue with a new scheduling policy that they had had and they ended up calling and getting it taken care of - Ive never had any issues with any of their techs - they are in and out and get done what needs to get done. they give multiple options so you can choose how you want to go about things and never give you and grief if you have to wait or decide not to do any of the options.

    Thank you Thank you Thank you Im so blessed that my Lord lead me to call you guys when I first started having problems with my unit. You guys put a new unit in my home in August and when I called you a few days ago to have someone to come and check my vents, the day after Christmas your guys was scheduled to come, but I had to call and reschedule.     Absolutely THE best all around experience. AJ did our initial inspection and quote for a new heat pump system. He was knowledgeable, friendly and empathized with our need. The office staff was efficient and was able to get someone out to our home right away for the estimate. The install was done the next day. The technicians were efficient, quick, and cleaned up after the work was done. Very happy customers, and we are already recommending the company to our friends!

    Just needed an estimate on a small plumbing job, first of all the representative on the phone was very polite and patient. Second, they had their technician out very quickly, he was also professionally dressed and polite. Third, he explained that the issue I was having would require significant changes to my wall that I did not want, he then explained another option that worked perfectly. I have already contacted them to have another issue quoted for me and Im certain that any issues within their field that arise, I will be contacting them again.     We had been searching for a plumber on and off for the past year for some maintenance around the house and were having no luck with getting anyone to respond enough to come out. Then we started having a slow leak from the water heater and had to find someone ASAP. Again, the first few plumbers we tried were either completely unresponsive or said they would be out in a week. We finally saw Parham and the great reviews so called. They were out that same morning and, not only replaced our old water heater, but put in a new kitchen sink faucet, cleared some pipes, did a full inspection of the pipes under the house to check for leaks, and replaced our old toilets all that same day. They were friendly and professional and did excellent work. They did not push us on any services that we didnt need and provided multiple quotes for whatever route we wanted to take. We have had no issues from any of the work. Highly recommend! We have more projects that we want to get to eventually, and they are the only ones who we will call from now on.

    This is the second time using Parham and I am as impressed as I was the first time. First off we called this morning with a leaky outdoor pipe and they fit us in their schedule, our tech was here at 11, we called when they opened. Second, their communication is phenomenal.     Their technician was on time, courteous, professional and gave us a through report; with pictures, showing us the maintenance he would like to perform and then again gave us option for further work and upgrades that could be done and work that needs to be done but would cost extra. Nothing was done without our permission. Overall, a job well done.Update: We have called on their services multiple times and each time they were quick to evaluate the situation; explain what needed to be done and to do the repair/installation quickly and neatly. The only thing I wish they would change is to provide true24/7 emergency services. Our AC stopped functioning due to lightning on a Saturday evening at around 5:00pm and we couldnt get it repaired until 4pm Monday with 90°f temps. Will give them credit for fixing it Monday and doing a quick and thorough job!Update; The AC stopped working again the next weekend, since they do not have weekend service, had to find someone who did. That technician found the problem that should have been found by Parham. So...maybe not such a job well done..? Today Oct.19th 2023 had a routine check done on the Havoc unit. The technician arrived on time, was very personable and made sure I was briefed on what was done and what may need to be done in the future. This is why I like doing business with Parham; great customer care!

The only things that we are not satisfied with would be the price and the condensation line on the outside of the house.     Absolutely BEST experience I’ve ever had with a service call-especially an after hours call. Communication was excellent regarding ETA, expected charges, and what the technician would do for us and in what order: explain his plan of action, bring his findings to us via photos in his iPad with a detailed explanation of the problem and my choices for repair with costs. I get to choose wherever to fix the issue or simply pay for the service call and fix it myself. Christian was the perfect service technician.     During the very bad cold and snow storm, our well pipes froze. We had a leak at our hand pump of our well and of course could not get water to the house. Believe me, we were not the only ones. Our initial call was made on Monday morning the 26th of December. The scheduler was sympathetic but informed there would be a bit of a wait, possible more than a week. We received a call on the 30th asking if we still needed their services. We sure did and the plumber, Seth, was at our home within 1/2 hour. He worked from about 9am until 2pm. He methodically to address the problem and to ensure there weren’t any others. He did a great job. This is our 3rd time using Parham and they have been fantastic in all ways. Highly recommend them.

He answered all of my questions in terms that Iwas able to understand. He preformed a complete diagnostic check of my unit. Then gave me a a quote for the cost to get my unit up and running as well as a quote for the cost for issues that needed to be taken care of to maintenane my unit for better performance to extend the life of the unit. My unit is 17 years old. I was later told that Joey specializes in older units. That means that Parhams evaluates your issue and sends the best technician for the job.     I couldnt be more pleased with my familys experience with Parham! My only regret is I didnt call them sooner! The backstory: I had called another prominent repair business around during the hottest part of summer (I wasnt familiar with all of the options in town, I was trying to choose based off of reviews) for service to my elderly mother and stepfathers air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, I couldnt be there at the time of the appointment, but I called to follow up with the company because it didnt seem like it was fixed. I was told the air was blowing cool, all levels tested fine, and basically they charged them $150 to pretty much do nothing, he was in and out. They also told me that the house will only cool down to about 20 degrees cooler on any given day than it is outside, in which case would have been about 85 degrees on most days then. Mind you this house and unit is only 3 years old. We waited a few weeks to see if it would get better and it just didnt, so finally my mom suggested calling Parham after seeing a commercial on TV.I called Parham at 4:15 this past Friday afternoon. Taylor was super sweet and helpful, taking all the info and letting us know someone would call to let us know when they could come out. Well, my mom text me later at 6:30pm and let me know that they came out that same evening, which was such a nice surprise! The gentleman who came took his time, evaluated the entire house, took a page and half of notes, pictures and diagnosed the problem which ended up being the compressor, obviously quite different than what was originally said by the other company. They were upfront about the pricing and expectations. I stopped by my moms house this afternoon (the following Monday) and there were two gentleman there working dilligently on fixing the issue. (Im sorry I didnt catch their names! Ugh) We chatted for awhile and they were very kind and quite thorough, and also honest about letting us know what parts were under warranty. I know my family is in great hands!This is lengthy but I thought it was important to highlight all aspects of how much Parham has gone above and beyond to help us in a situation where someone else just took our money and ran with no solutions. Plus theyre all so very nice and down to earth if you live in or around Henry County I promise every single A/C, plumbing, and electric place is doing less and charging more.

    The tech, Joseph, was very informative in telling us what he saw that could cause the problem we called about. We were informed on choices that are available for repairs we need now, what problems could arise later compared to now. I was with little questions unanswered. He understood our concerns and was very thorough. Im looking forward to the work being complete and would definitely call again if anything else is needed!

    I have a maintence agreement with parham. Im so glad i do. My heater wasnt working and we decided it would be best to replace the unit. 24 hours after making that decision they were here with new equipment and replaced it by the end of the day. Techs are always friendly and helpful.,Debra

    This is an outstanding company. They were so accommodating to my emergency of no hot water due to a hot water heater going down. Both Brandon and Micheal were such great technicians and were very patient with us as we attempted the challenge of using a home warranty in the repair. They sat and waited for communication between the home warranty and myself and couldnt have been more accommodating. They eventually fixed my issue very promptly once work began. If you are looking for a caring, honest, and trustworthy HVAC/plumbing company, Parham is the way to go.

    Parham is the best! We had Michael M. come check out our plumbing issues, and he quickly discovered the issue wasnt ours, but the citys. He drove down to City Hall to get someone to take care of the problem and everything was resolved within two hours. He was very kind and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them!

    Your team, starting from the office staff to the technician were very friendly and professional. James was very kind and respectful from the moment he arrived. He gave me some insight to what he would be doing and even brought in pictures to show me a visual of the inside of the unit. He even offered to answer any questions that i may have concerning my ac unit if i would like to come and look at what he was looking at and the service he would be doing today. He also showed me some different options for future maintenance and filter packages (was not pushy)that may serve me well as time moves on.     Phenomenal service! I called because of a busted pipe under my house and they immediately scheduled me (a new customer) in. Brannon, my technician, was amazing. He had me stay with him while he did it all and explained everything about it as he was doing it. He then talked to me about the issue and laid out some options (by price) on what he saw needs fixing and what he was called out to evaluate. He even informed me about a service they have thats $24 a month and it gets me two HVAC servicings a year with coupons for friends and family (HOW COULD I NOT TAKE THAT DEAL?).5/5! Honest, upfront and respectable. Brennan will definitely be requested from here on out and I look forward to calling the office about my decision for one of the options given.

    Joey came in a timely manner and was very thorough in his inspection of our unit. He explained the different options available to us and was very professional. He will be cleaning our unit for us soon and we have now joined the Comfort Club so we can get the most life out of our unit and to have other things around the house inspected regularly.     Terry W. Was very punctual! Parham was wonderful to work! They were great about calling and updating me when they would be here, when the tech was on his way etc. Terry was great about explaining things! I don’t feel like this company tries to get you to spend unnecessary money and are extremely big on making sure you get a detailed inspection!

    A couple weeks ago, we had Parham come out to service our unit. After the initial inspection, we were given a couple options and were told that we could have someone come out and give us an estimate on a whole new system. AJ was great at explaining what are options were and telling us straight what it all meant. We decided on replacing everything, including the unit and all of our duct work under the house. We met Cody and his team that did all the installation work. They were great!! We were at work the majority of the time and my kids were home with sitters. Anytime, the guys had to come in, my boys said they would talk to them about various things. They loved that and so did we! When they were under the house, they noticed a leak while the shower was running and immediately called a plumber out to look at it. Everyone we have dealt with at Parham, has been nothing short of professional and helpful. Spending money on a job like this is never fun but they definitely made it a little easier to do!

    Had an electric board go out on furnace the tech came and found the issue the same day he was very professional and respectful and showed up on time.Gave me the estimate up front and told me what to expect as far as how long and the total process all in all it was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone and by the way if your looking for a great maintenance deal on your system they have an outstanding maintenance plan call and ask about it
