We highly recommend Litteken Plumbing.Our recent experience was extremely positive. Our issue was quickly identified and corrected. The plumber ( Spencer ) was very professional explaining the problem, worked very neatly and even offering advice on regular maintenance.

Fantastic and responsive service. Dec 23 2022, during some of the coldest weather we have had, I had an unexpected pipe burst. Littiken was on the ball. Called at 12 and had a plumber within the next few hours. Plumber was considerate and professional. They even came out a second time after a 2nd leak was discovered and the Plumber helped me thaw out some additional frozen lines. With the volume of calls Im sure all plumbing services were receiving due to the negative temperatures, they were fast and responsive.Customer service - 10/10Timely arrival - 10/10Down to earth and respectful Plumbers - 10/10Cool van - 10/10Could I have fixed the problem myself, 100%. but the reassurance of having a true professional on hand is reassuring.Needs more than 5 stars!

We had a sewer pump malfunction two days before closing on the sale of our dads house. These guys were responsive, professional, and fixed it right the first time, and that included troubleshooting to see what was actually causing the problem. They knew what equipment they needed, didnt waste time, and helped me get the issue resolved, knowing the short time frame in which we had to work. Id gladly recommend them to anyone in the STL Metro Area. The best part? It cost me about 3/4 of what I expected--and he gives a military discount to boot.

Highly Recommend Litteken Plumbing!!! We have used them four times in the past two years and they have always showed up on-time, on-budget and with first-class service and quality products. Recently, I contacted Chad late in the afternoon about our leaking water heater and at 7am the next morning Dale was there replacing it with a flawless install. They respect your time, your home and always clean up after themselves. Their customer service and employees are the best in the area hands-down. We were very pleased with this company. We had an underground gas leak and the owner called me personally to inquire about the problem asking for location and pictures. He then sent out Dale (who did an awesome job ) who inspected the situation, explained to us what he was going to do, and insured the problem/leak was completely fixed prior to leaving the property. Dale also showed us the pipe that he dug up, replaced, which was causing our problem. It was a big job and they had the specialty and expertise needed when dealing with a gas leak. Good people ~we will definitely use Littiken plumbing again!!
