    Jason and The Professor Gatsby Crew were the nicest and professional group of men. We bought them lunch and provided drinks and they couldnt have been more appreciative. We had this company before and were so pleased so naturally we called again. The construction Co was also very nice polite. Our experience was we were not nervous and Jason always kept us posted what was going on. My English Mastiff loved Jason. Thank You again guys it was like family after a few days.     Anthony was great, he came and installed 2 new toilets along with a garbage disposal. He was very professional neat and knowledgeable and personable he gave us some good to know tips on the items installed, a great guy. Later Bobby came to give him some assistance he too was professional neat and personable. After items were installed they were checked to make sure there weren’t any leaks and that everything worked properly. We are very satisfied with the work that was performed. We will use Professor Gatsby for our future fixes whatever that may be.

It began when Dominic and his teammate coming out on that Monday to check my parents’ boiler heating system, which had been installed incorrectly by someone else. They did a solid assessment but decided it would be best for the master plumber, Joseph, to stop by since he was in the area. Joseph arrived promptly, provided a clear explanation of the issues, and broke down the costs involved. Everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with.The real star of the experience, though, was Ricardo! I received a text the morning of the repair, letting me know he was on his way, along with some details about his 10+ years of experience and even a bit about his hobbies. That personal touch really made me feel confident before he even arrived. When Ricardo got there, he exceeded all expectations—he was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and reassuring.     Bob from Professor Gatsby was awesome!! It wasn’t an emergency situation, but they were here a couple hours after calling. Bob was very professional. He came in, got right to work and solved the problem promptly. He was very clean, covered his shoes and protected the floors. When he left, you’d never know he was here. Bob was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and was a great representative for Professor Gatsby! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

    Dom, the Professor Gatsby senior technician, and James, his junior partner, were outstanding this morning when they arrived to repair a problem with our air-conditioning unit. They worked for nearly three hours before they solved the problem we were having. Dom replaced our thermostat and made all the technical adjustments to it that allowed it to work properly! We are very grateful for his attention to detail and expertise. Our unit is again working perfectly. I could not recommend Gatsby’s more strongly!!!     The technicians are still working in my home and Im posting a review. They are professional (both the office and technicians), they are pleasant, respectful to us and our home, have superior communication and are knowledgeable.Dont hesitate to use Gatsby if comparing with other companies. Our tech Anthony took it upon himself to clean up a mess in the street made by a sanitation worker and brought the trash can back from the curb - AND asked if we wanted anything brought back when they left for lunch.     Not only did I receive a text message confirming appointment, their Plumbing Technician, Anthony called to confirm his arrival time. Anthony didnt hesitate to enter the crawl space to evaluate the sump pump in question. Two sump pumps in same hole, one plugged in didnt work, Anthony plugged in #2 and worked fine. Problem solved!Not only was Anthony very professional and explained everything, he was very upbeat and pleasant.Third time using Prof Gatsby and highly recommend. Im already on the schedule for Fall furnace maintenance.

    I have an older model Weil Mclain boiler that nobody wanted to work on and Professor Gatsby sent over Ricardo and he was able to trouble shoot the issue in minutes. He went over and beyond what most guys in the area do. Guys like Ricardo are very knowledgeable and are a great asset to companies. I highly recommend Professor Gatsby to everyone in the neighborhood and now my neighbor uses Professor Gatsby as well.

    Amazing service. We had to get a heating certification done for our house, and they were very easy to schedule and very prompt.     Great service ! They def go above and beyond for their customers. I had an issue last month and the tech came out and fixed it without charging me more than the diagnostic charge and provided some recommendations. My unit is up there in age so i started the process of getting quotes for a new unit and while one company pointed out I had a clogged line that was causing a leak and was desperately trying to sell me a new unit. But when gatsby sent out Brandon to give me a quote, he went above and beyond and unclogged the drain. Prices seemed relatively comparable. This company was a tad more but for the service you receive I would def choose them!

    Called Gatsbys about 9:00am this morning with a backed up kitchen sink. They had a tech out to my house within 2 hrs. Anthony, the tech, had everything fixed and working properly within a1/2 hr.     Professor Gatsby’s is simply outstanding! I’ve had a maintenance contract for the last year and a half and they continue to impress me. Iggy came out for my routine maintenance check, found a crack in my flue pipe and discovered I was in need of a whole new system. He had the pipe fixed and Steve was on-site to give me an estimate within the hour. Steve had me scheduled a week later for a full system replacement. Chris, Dominic and Lee were an exceptional install crew. They were timely, pleasant and professional. The installation was organized and efficient. Chris was very proficient and helped me understand how to best take care of the equipment. They even cleaned up my utility closet, it looks better than it ever has! I’m so glad I chose them to do my replacement. These guys are surely experts and are always a pleasure!

    Needed plumber ASAP, , had issue with bath water spigot. Had tried to fix earlier in day, but the unit was 50 plus years old. Anthony was able to come out right away, ( called at 5 pm, was there by 6 pm) and even though he was going to have to get a new unit, he was able to at least put shut off valves in, so the main could be turned on again. Anthony came back early the next morning with everything and in a few hours everything was working right again, . Anthony knows his stuff, plus he was polite, funny, and quite a character. After getting to know him, I not only will call him in the future for any other problems but would highly recommend him to all my friends.

    Professor Gatsby’s were extremely helpful in resolving our plumbing issue. Sal came out to our house for an emergency evaluation and stayed there until he had a good understanding of what the issue was.     We started using using Professor Gatsby when our four-year-old air conditioner started leaking last summer. They came and assessed the situation, provided professional service, cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything in great detail.     Dom was very professional and efficient… he dug deep to diagnose the issue. He came out on a Sunday night to diagnose and came back and remounted the humidifier ( and replaced) , rewired, replace switch and finally changed out our thermostat.. I found the entire experience to have been done excellence. Was not as costly as I anticipated… the company cut us a break/ and didn’t overcharge. Tremendous job by Dom and the Professor Gatsby team. Signed up for the $99 annual maintenance plan.
