Called Tom Donnally Plumbing on Friday about a clogged sink. Dale was here Monday morning. He worked hard for 3 hours to clear the clog and replace my kitchen sink. Outstanding job and he cleaned up all his mess. Such a pleasure to hire a true professional. I would highly recommend Tom Donnally Plumbing and be sure to ask for Dale!

Hurricane Helene broke the main water pipe to home. On a Monday morning Amy listened to my story for assistance and directed Dave to go to Chiefland. Dave arrived just after 8am with house debris still close to his work area. His upbeat demeanor and positive reassurance was badly needed. He was finished quickly and the charge was low. Both Amy and Dave were very much appreciated in light of this disaster and I would Highly recommend!

I came home to the whole bottom of my house flooded last night. It was a Sunday of course. I emailed Donnelly Plumbing and got an instant response. They were here first thing this morning and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable people. First time using them but I won’t ever use anyone else from now on.

Great service! Prompt, affordable, professional and knowledgeable. Our service techs, Dale and Jason, were excellent!Our water heater went out the evening of 3/18. The next day (3/19) we called Tom Donnelly Plumbing and were given a quote over the phone. We found that not all companies are willing to provide a quote for water heater replacement/install over the phone. Their pricing was on par if not lower than other places. They were able to get us on the schedule for the following date (3/20).Dale and Jason gave me a call when they were roughly 15 minutes away and showed up during the window provided. They were very efficient, and even snaked our laundry drain for us. The whole job was done in about an hour.I am almost always skeptical of professional service people and expect upsells or other issues but they proved me wrong!We will definitely be customers in the future!

I called about a hot water leak. First the woman on the phone asked if had shut the water off and the hot water heater off to prevent any further damage. She told me a guy was finishing up a job and would contact me shortly. 10 minutes later they were and repairs were completed quickly and professionally. The price was much less than I expected so I was very pleased to hear that. Great company. I will. Intact them if I ever need a plumber again.

Tom Donnelly Plumbing is the best! They always put their customers first in emergencies and after Idalia. They are an extremely hardworking family run business who are fast, professional and do an excellent job. We have used them for everything from a broken main to installing new fixtures and everything in between. When Dale shows up its like the cavalry has arrived, you can relax knowing your problem is about to be solved. They put incredible care into their work, like it was their own home. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a quality plumber.

They installed a clean out fitting in the septic tank line and fixed a drain problem at the kitchen sink. They explained what was done and answered all my questions. Dale came to our house on Monday, September 13th, as promised to identify the drainage problemThat we had with our washing machine. He solved the problem and also determined that our septic tank was in desperate need of being pumped out. Dale is very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the problem to me as well as my husband which I found refreshing.I would not hesitate to recommend Tom Donnelly Plumbing to anyone who might need plumbing services. We awoke to a gurgling toilet on1/2/2021 and not knowing a reliable plumber in the area, I remember the name of Toms business so after myself using an Auger tool in the toilet with no good results I called Tom and he was busy but said he would stop by shortly, about 20-30 minutes was at our home and himself and Dale worked quickly, professionally to clear the main drain in the concrete floor and it took 2 different types of auger tools and around 100 ft of cable they were able to clear the blockage. They respected not only us but our home as well. They left no mess and explained to me everything they were going to do and why. The price was excellent and shall we ever need another Plumber , Tom will be our first call ! Do yourself a favor and call him first. Thank you Tom and Dale.

We unfortunately had a pvc pipe inside our laundry room wall suffer a hole. A complete wash cycle of water ended up in two rooms and a hallway. I called Donnelly Plumbing to schedule an appointment. I spoke to Amy who immediately called Dale, their expert plumber who came to our rescue within 10 minutes. No exaggeration!! He was spot on knowledgeable, very professional but personable in an effort to lighten the atmosphere of our catastrophe, which I needed! I highly recommend Donnelly Plumbling and will never call anyone else. Thank you for making a bad day lots better.

They were very flexible with my crazy schedule and made sure they were there when I needed them. They did a great job fixing the leak and installing the new faucet, I thought I needed a new disposal, but it turns out they were able to correct what was wrong for me. They went out of their way to help me and save me some money on the items they were able. Would totally recommend them to anyone!
