It appears possible that the new/originally is originating from my neighboring townhome side.update September 2021: Unfortunately, I had another water leak in the exact same area that they had tried to fix. I tried contacting the owner Eric a few times by email and voicemail and he did not respond.I rely heavily on reviews myself. Based on the reviews for this provider, I chose them. My experience was entirely consistent with the others. This is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future. I used them three years ago to repair significant water damage from the leak. The total cost for this damage was approximately $13,000. They did a very good job and I was very happy with their work. A few months ago I had another leak from a faulty appliance installation. I also had some additional water damage in the corner of the basement which it was unclear where the water was coming from. They were able to diagnose and reproduce the leak. John did a fair amount of the work. Im hoping he gets a nice raise in the future. He is an amazing worker. Everyone we worked with was great. I hope I do not have to work with them again for a water leak. If I do have any future issues I will definitely call them up. For the most recent work, the total charge was approximately $13,000. While this is a lot of money, I do think they are fairly priced and provide great quality.

    We were hesitant going in - we had bad experiences with contractors in the past. Even shopping for a contractor for our project, we felt that most companies didnt value our time, or our job.Not so with D&R!Our project was not a major renovation, but we were never treated like the job was too small. We had some flooring re-done in our basement, some custom shelving and a closet installed, and some minor touch up repairs done on the exterior of our house.From the day Eric was scheduled to come out for the estimate, we knew these guys were different. Not only did Eric show up on time for the estimate (when does THAT happen?), but he called about 5 minutes beforehand concerned that he might be late.We felt that after the meeting, the quote and pricing he offered were fair and put down a deposit. We never felt pressured to proceed, and we were provided all information we requested: evidence of proper licensing, insurance, a fully complete legal contract, etc.When the job began, the workers were as punctual as Eric was on day one, and were courteous. We also found the crew to be careful and detailed to do the job right. We never felt uncomfortable with them working in our home, and they were flexible on timing and agreed to some minor tweaks and changes to the project as the need arose.Thanks for doing a nice job!
