    Great fence company to work with. The sales guy was very thorough and helpful with suggestions for what I was wanting. The installation crew did a great job installing my fence & very respectful of the property.... I had vinyl fence installed around my backyard and black chain link fence around the front.... quality of the materials are really good and the price is very reasonable...I got a quote from another big fence outlet place and Vilo was at the same price point, so I decided to go with the family owned business....very glad I did!

    Most people in Florida know how difficult it is to find good contractors to work on your property. Well your search for a fench supplier is over. Vilo was great two years ago when they put up our white vinyl fench and gates. They were all you can ask for: a competitive price, on-time service, and quality installation. During the last hurricane we lost a few sections of the fence and Vilo was able to get us repaired quickly so our dog Piper could run around the back yard! Thank you Vilo Fence.

    I recently contacted Vilo Fence for a quote to repair damage to my fence/gate due to Hurricane Milton. They were one of the few vendors who even got back to me. While it took a while for the estimator to meet with me, Yunior showed up on time for the scheduled appointment and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish the work could be completed sooner than they are estimating but I am just grateful that the company is professional enough to get back to potential customers and keep their appointments. I will update the review once the job is completed but I feel confident, that based on their reviews, it will be done well.

    We had vilo fence install our fence. They did a great job. Recently thanks to 2 hurricanes, we needed some fixing on the fence. They were very pleasant and did a great job of fixing it. I do recommend them for your fencing needs.

    Vilo Fence did an excellent job installing my beautiful white PVC fence! They definitely gave the best price by far and I had gotten quite a few quotes before going with them. My salesman Yunior was very professional and responded quickly, which I very much appreciated. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and so was the rest of the crew. Would definitely use them again for future projects!

    From start to finish, the entire staff at Vilo Fence performed exceptionally well. We had our 30 year old wooden shadow box fence replaced in a large yard with difficult access due to pool cage, vegetation and tight boundaries. They listened to what we wanted to do, made a plan and have been able to execute it with artistry, meticulous attention to detail, and enviable skill. Their communication, professionalism, and trustworthiness are incomparable. Would highly recommend them!

    Overall, our vinyl fence looks fantastic. The installers checked every piece to insure it was vertically and horizontally level. We appreciated their level of detail in that regard. They worked around our sprinklers which we also appreciated. We would use Vilo again but supervise more closely and be more demanding of our expectations.Cannot give 5 stars because they covered up a broken piece with sod. This should have been replaced. When no one was watching, they did not do the right thing. They also did not haul away the post hole dirt they removed from the ground. They left it on our newly laid sod. This dirt should have been put into buckets and hauled away. Now we’re left with the painstaking task of manually picking up the dirt with our hands after the fact. Such a pain and very frustrating!!! It’s the little things that make a good company, a great company.

Every time my parents pull into their driveway they smile and say, We should have done this years ago, referring to the replacement of their eyesore wooden (and falling apart) fence.     Our experience with Vilo Fence has been five star from our call to inquire to the installation date and enjoying our new fence today and in the future. Guillermo our Sales Representative from Vilo Fence is honest, considerate and a good listener. He answered all our questions (there were many) professionally and showed us pictures of what everything would look like. The installation was scheduled in under 30 days of signing the contract. The installers showed up at 7:30 AM and worked until 6:15 PM. The installers were professional, nice and polite. We are so pleased with the workmanship, quality and looks of our new fence. This has been the best and easiest fence installation of our lives. We had several fences installed in the past. We can only recommend Vilo Fence company and Guillermo.

    My house was being built when i reached out to them. They knew i was shopping around, they stayed in touch with me (no other company followed up cause the job was not right away) we stayed in touch, very professional, and everything was done very easily.     We just had a 4 black aluminum fence installed yesterday and couldnt be happier. For starters, we spoke with 5 different companies and Vilo was the only one who was willing to price match (without me asking). They were very easy to communicate with as far as return calls and questions, unlike other places we looked at.They arrived early that morning and were done by 1pm. As I watched them work, it was easy to recognize how meticulous the crew was in their details. Not a hint of trash, leftover materials, or anything when they were gone. If I were to ever move and need another fence project done, I wont even waste time calling other companies. HIGHLY recommend them.

    This is my second fence installation using Vilo Fence. They fisrt installed a 16 automated rolling gate at another property. I was so pleased with the competitive pricing, customer service and skilled install professionals, that I used them on a complete property fence installation. Denis, the salesman was fantastic and an excellent communicator. His written estimate conveyed precisely what was discussed verbally. The quotes are sent via text and/or email and can be reviewed and approved by phone or PC. Once I reviewed and approved the quote, the home office assigned an installation date. As the date approached, I was kept informed of the progress and received reminders. On the day of the installation, the install team arrived on time and began the work immediately. Their knowledge and skill was impressive. This install involved PVC fencing, custom bronze aluminum fencing, spring loaded, and rolling gates on a sloped property. When they encountered an issue/concern, we meet and quickly determined the best course of action to overcome the barrier. I will be using them again soon for a supplemental fence installation. Thanks to the entire Vilo Fence Team!

    We were initially upset with our fence as it was high off the ground and would not contain our dogs. Vilo Fence made sure that we were happy. They were able to lower the fence and even add some pieces to the bottom to make sure that we have a safe place for our small dogs to play outside. We are very happy with our fence now.     I recently had a larger white vinyl fence gate installed by Vilo fence. The entire process went smoothly with Alex giving me an estimate for the work and with the installation team coming 10 days later to remove my 48ft x 72ft white vinyl gate and installing a 84ft x 72ft white vinyl gate.     I first discovered Vilo Fence due to a neighbor behind our house installing a beautiful Mocha Vinyl fence (That we also get to enjoy!). Later, I saw some of their other work in our neighborhood and decided to give them a call to quote a job to replace our old wood fenceline on one side. We landed on Cypress Vinyl (my wife prefers a wood grain finish to white) that was in our price range, even expanding the job to both fencelines and added gates. Alex and Maria were consistently available for any coordination throughout the project, and accommodating to our needs and requests. Really happy with the result and the experience along the way! They will continue to have work in our area as a result.

    I called to get an estimate and I was assisted right away. He came out the next day and gave me a full break down of everything. They removed an old fence and had the new one installed in 1 day 1/2. Great experience all around. I even had one panel with a small dent, they fixed it within 48-72 hours.     Had their vinyl fence and two 3 foot gates since 2019 and everything is great. One of the gate latches broke and I contacted them for service. Customer service was prompt and a new latch installed. The fence was out of warranty but the price for the repair was reasonable. If you need a fence, I’d recommend them.

    I received 3 quote from fencing companies, Vilo Fence came in as the middle with a $7000 estimate, this was a large job. Orlando was my sales guy despite the broken English he was a pleasure to work with and had lots of knowledge. During the project I did get the owner involved over some changes to the original plan, I am not the easiest customer specially when spending this kind of money, he was extremely knowledgeable and made everything basically perfect. I am very impressed with the teams professionalism, work ethic, and attitude during the process and would defiantly recommend Vilo Fence for your fencing needs.

    I got estimates for a big fence project from several local fence groups. Vilo Fence (Santiago) was by far the most responsive and informative. I am still saving for my project, but they did a chain link repair for my father after an appliance delivery company backed into the corner pole at his lot. Vilo Fence dug out the new pole, installed the new one and re-stretched and attached the chain link. They tightened the entire fence and replaced many connectors while they there. They left the fence in a much better state than it was before the accident. Very thorough and reasonably priced. Very impressed with this company and look forward to hiring them to complete my larger project soon.

    I was replacing my wood fence with a vinyl fence and requested a few companies quotes. Vilo Fence was the most reasonable. Santiago was my sales rep and he explained the process, materials, warranties, etc. The job was a 3 day job and the installers (Roberto and Jose) arrived on time every day. I met with them on the first day and they explained the process for removal of the old fence and the process for installation of the new fence and gates. I had a flower bed in front of one of the old gates and the guys told me it needed to be moved or removed as it would interfere with the gate opening. I told them I was removing the plants and they helped as they had a hole digger that even removed the roots. I had an issue because one of my neighbors installed a fence incorrectly and it was encroaching upon my property line and where my post would have to be. We worked around it and the results were fantastic. I am very happy with my new fence and the work that the installers did. I recommend Vilo Fence for price and warranty and I recommend Roberto and Jose as fantastic installers who are also meticulous workers and they were in constant communication with me during the removal and installation. Disclaimer: I was home during the entire removal and installation of the fence. I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and was able to communicate with the installers perfectly. They speak Spanish and some broken English so there is a language barrier but if the owners are home, they will show you exactly what they encounter as the job progresses so that you can decide how you want them to proceed. My next door neighbor (English speaking only) was able to communicate with them and ask them questions about my install as he is also thinking of replacing his fence and he was very pleased with their explanation.
