I have been here for for a bit now, yes there has been alot of changes but thats to be expected with any business. I feel that we are building a very strong team. Management is easy to reach out to and I feel that they truly care about the employees. This is a 24/7 business that takes pride in the work we put out for our clients.Contractor in Charge has been great to me and I would highly recommend giving them a chance!

I have had the privilege of working with Lynns team for both dispatch and accounting. Honestly top notch. Her team does a great job of handling our calls and dispatching them and even moving calls around as needed. They also do our accounting and I must say after working with over 4 accountants that her team is by far the most organized and the most reachable. Their numbers are always spot on and the feedback they provide is wonderful. I am so thankful that I am a customer of hers.

I have worked for the company for 9 months now, and I have had a blast working for them. There have been major improvements to the workflow and the strive for being better is ever-present. CIC is a great company to work for. They taught me everything I needed to know and then some. I will always cherish my time with CIC, but I project several more years spent with this company.

I very rarely take time to write reviews but I had to for Contractor in Charge. We initially hired them to help us with overflow and after hour calls and that made a huge improvement for our company in itself. At the end of 2023, we found ourselves without a dispatcher or call taker so CIC took over full-time.I was a little nervous about this at first but as the leader of the company, I was not able to handle taking calls so I had to take a chance. Fast forward to two months later and the CSRs (and Lynn and Danielle) have been rockstars!!!It turns out that CIC is actually the reason that we are able to grow and run our business the way we want to today and better than ever before. Lynn has thought of everything! We are now lifelong clients :)I highly recommend any home services company that is needing help on the admin side to reach out to CIC. They have been a Godsend for us.

Lynn and her team have been great partner as an extension of our plumbing & hvac business. Like to give a huge shout out to Danielle for taking care of our after hours call center. Lastly one of their agents Rianna provided excellent customer service to one of our customers.

I have worked for Contractor in Charge for 3 years and Im still with them. I love coming to work every day! We have definitely gone through a lot of changes in the last year. But that comes with growth. We currently have an amazing team of agents that genuinely care about our clients. As a member of leadership, I genuinely respect our agents, and love our clients. I look forward to being with CIC for many years to come!

Lynn and her crew have been the fractional CFO on several high end transactions that we sold. These owners got the highest end of the valuation range because she had their financial house in order!
