This company was awesome. They really explained everything, had alot of patience with me. They answered all my questions and worked around my schedule. Trey Cochran was awesome, this company has to know what a jewelry they have. Trey was very understanding, professional and always came with a smile. Trey will be around for a long time with that great personally of his. If you ever have damage to your home ATI is the company of choice.

We recently experienced the recovery services provided by ATI. Words cannot express how pleased we have been by the service provided and the service providers. Josh Reed was our first face to face contact. He could not have made us feel more at ease. We were totally amazed at all the work that was done to insure the best results. Later we were contacted by Dan Littrell, project manager, who likewise extended the utmost respect and compassion. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done and the support that was given. We cannot Thank You enough.

We had an unfortunate leak. Citizens was very helpful and helped us get life back to normal. ATI was the company we used. We had a bump in the road, but Trey and Brian helped us thru it all and we are happy campers!!

An absolutely stellar experience. Professional staff and workers got us through an awfully stressful period. Went the extra mile, including sending special piano movers to take care of our Yamaha followed by a wonderful tuner. We were able to match the damaged flooring exactly, which made such a difference. ATI has been fantastic to work with, namely the technician Josh, who has very kindly gone well above and beyond to help support my and my dogs safety in the face of a mold issue. He was under no obligation to do any further work, but he understood the seriousness of the situation and found a temporary workaround while we were in a holding pattern with logistical approvals. Repairs are still ongoing, but this has been a great first step. Please continue to hire and encourage staff who are compassionate, get the job done, and see people as more than customers. Thank you Josh and ATI!

We were pleased with our experience with ATI Restoration, after a pipe burst in the bathroom and caused water damage in the house. I was very impressed with Ryan Bliss (project manager) eagerness to get the work done to restore my house back to its original state. I found him to be trustworthy and professional and would recommend Ryan Bliss/ ATI Restoration to anyone with restoration needs!

The company did not restore our contents properly after the fire we had in the apartment. We were left with soot to clean ourselves. This included our personal contents, cabinets, countertops, and air vents.EDIT: The Restoration Director and Management came immediately and remedied the mistakes. The workers claimed the previous workers did not take their time with the job. The apartment has now been appropriately remedied. While we were initially disappointed it was not done initially, ATI Restoration did an excellent job following up and providing solutions to this.

First and foremost, we would like to thank Chelsea Morris for her quick response to helping our Green Tree team with a COVID-19 building cleanse. Chelsea worked late into the night to get us the best quote possible. The following day she had her team out at 9AM, no other company could guaranteeus such a fast response! Marco, the project manager, did a wonderful job sanitizing the building and working with the Green Tree team by showing us proper cleaning and sanitizing skills. We definitely recommend ATI Restoration to anyone looking for a responsive, professional, and great value sanitizing.A huge thank you from Green Senior Care!
