I cannot express how much we appreciated Steven and his team. We had two major, unrelated plumbing emergencies within a week of each other and they came out for both emergencies and were so reassuring and kind. They fixed everything really quickly and cleaned up the cinder block they had to chisel out. 10/10 would recommend, we will definitely call them again!

I wrote and rewrote this several times. I wanted to tell everyone how Great ,Northeast Plumbing Service was. Well here goes. My husband, just recently bought a small Family home from my Husbands Aunt. We are new to the area, We needed a plumber, something to do with the well pump. We researched many different companies and we chose Northeast Plumbing Service. I want to say they were very friendly and wanted to help. They told us what the problem was. Our Water pressure is unbelievably great and we no longer have that noise or the dripping . If you need a great company for plumbing Call Northeast Plumbing Service I believe you wont be disappointed

I just happen to find this company on the internet and I must say not only did they take the time to come late night to make sure the water heater was shut of and no water was still pouring out, but he came back the next morning and replaced it in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased with this company and the professionalism they have shown. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know.

Forget calling those companies that claim they are 24hrs. They will push to send someone the next day. This is a true 24hr business ready to come and get the job done. This isn’t just any business, it’s a family business! I must have called 5 other places before finally finding this gem. I had a situation a bath ceiling was leaking and it created a belly. It was a nightmare and I did not know any plumbers in the area. I found Northeast Plumbing Service through Google and read all their reviews before making a call. Stephen listened to me patiently for the issues I had. The repair was performed in the next two days as scheduled. When Stephen and his son worked as a team, the repair was done in a hour!What a relief! Both of them were professional, courteous and very friendly! Stephen does not gouge pricing. It was reasonable and he was very honest.I wish to give 100 stars if I could.It is a challenge to find great services and pricings in this recession. Most likely, others will charge you for a diagnostic fee upon issues are addressed and find ways to gouge the customers.Pleade do yourself a favor. Please do not look elsewhere. The quality of the service was great and affordable! They were able to locate the leak that traveled from the first floor to the basement very quickly and did an amazing job fixing the PVC pipe. I needed help with several complicated plumbing issues at the home we just purchased. We had lots of questions because we bought the house from the executor of an estate. Nobody knew anything about the house so we were really in need of help. These guys showed up on time, did great work, cleaned up after themselves, and charged a fair price. I have had them back three times and they have been amazing every time. They took the time to explain things to us, It was a great experience and I will b referring them t friends and family as well as calling them if we encounter any other plumbing mysteries.

The brothers did a great job installing our new water heater and softener system. Always responded quickly within 10 minutes and our original faucet we had them install was faulty from the factory, they came out and fixed it up for FREE after doing that job, and installed the new one. Northeast plumbing service came to my home late during the night because my hot water heater was leaking. The technician shut it off to prevent water damage. He said he would come back the next day , and he did! Early the next morning Stephen and Louis were at my house and installed a new hot water heater. These guys are fantastic! We had a leak from our second- floor bathroom, causing a moldy stain on the ceiling below. While other companies had no clue what to do and suggested replacing the entire shower unit, the two brothers from Northeast plumbing fixed the leak! It was not an easy job but they handled it with expertise, saving us from unnecessary expenses and hassle. Highly recommend their services!

I would highly recommend Northeast Plumbing Service to anybody looking for reliable and quick. We made an emergency call the night before (after hours) and it was responded to immediately. We determined that service could be performed the following morning and we were advised not to use the water until they could come and assess. Stephen and Lou were very prompt the next morning and were thorough when they serviced our main blockage on 1/25/24. They took the time to explain to us what the problem was and the cause of the problem. When they completed the job, they came into the house and double checked to ensure there was no additional leakage. Very informative, professional!

Stephen and Lou (Northeast Plumbing Service) are knowledgeable, efficient, professional and kind.They have provided a variety of services for our family, such as ---replacing our water softening unit,upgrading internal cast iron pipes (that were corroding) to PVC pipes,providing service to our well (shocking the well for sterilization of the water, andreplacing our kitchen sink faucet.Finally, just a few days ago, they returned to our home with a sink strainer for our bathtub. I had mentioned on their last visit to our home that we needed one. Stephen and Lou dropped a sink strainer off and would not take any money for the item. They always go above and beyond what is asked of them. We are grateful for their services and would HIGHLY recommend them to others.They are always available to help us in our times of need.

I came home after a long day of work only to find my hot water heater leaking and called Northeast Waterworks Plumbing frantically. They walked me through the process of shutting down the valves and The very next day they were there with 2 new tanks. They calmed my fears and came to my rescue. They not only replaced my tanks but informed me that the septic tank alarm was on. Sure enough my septic pump was burnt by lightning and they fixed it before the debris backed up into the house. I’m truly grateful for their attentiveness, professionalism and efficiency!! I highly recommend this company without hesitation!

Wow, Steven and his son Steven were amazing, I called in a panic as we had an exploded pipe with water flooding my entire house. Both gentlemen showed up within an hour and quickly found the root cause of the problem and got right to work immediately. They were true professionals, very kind, and walked me through the entire issue and resolution. They stay late into the night on a Saturday to ensure that the job was completed correctly and that there were no more problems. I even had the chance to ask Steven questions about other issues in my house which he gladly answered. We reached out to have some plumbing issues at our new house looked at. We had reached out to four different companies prior and didnt receive any responses. Northeast Plumbing answered the phone right away and came out just a few hours later. They fixed our issues, gave us numerous tips to address other minor plumbing things, talked us through maintaining our water softener (neither my wife nor I have ever had a softener before). When they were finished we mentioned septic issues that we were waiting on an appointment later this week for. Northeast Plumbing offered to take a look and then completed repairs on the spot. We will reach out to Northeast for any problems moving forward and will refer them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Knowledgeable, kind, extremely helpful. 5 stars all day long!

Called for a same day service for a terrible sulfur smell coming from our house thinking it was a clogged pipe. As soon as they came over they were able to tell us it was just a skunk that sprayed into our vents 🤦🏼‍♀️ as rookie homeowners, we really appreciate them not charging us for this as most plumbing companies were requiring at least a $200 weekend fee. It’s hard to come across nice and honest companies who dont try to just take your money. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!
