I have had the best experiences with ETG plumbing from Eric and team. They respond immediately whenever I have had an issue, schedule a visit promptly and always correct the issue. They explain everything to me and have even showed me their manuals to correct jobs that were done incorrectly by someone else in the past so I know it is now being fixed. Eric and Luis are very kind, patient in explaining the repair and what may be needed in the future, and have come at all hours to correct emergency situations in my home. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I won’t ever use another plumber as long as they are in business.

I called ETG plumbing early morning to schedule a service call for an existing water heater in our new home. Reede scheduled Luis for later that same day. Luis was prompt and professional. He was immediately able to diagnose the issue, explained in thoroughly to my husband and I, and gave us all our options for repair. We needed to completely replace the unit, as well as our well tank. ETG scheduled me for the next day, and Eric and another tech were quick and did great work. Reede kept me posted on when they should arrive, and even gave me options regarding financing if needed. I highly recommend ETG Plumbing & Heating! Had my hot water heater fail on a Saturday night, called them Sunday morning and they responded right away. They arrived Monday morning when they said they would. Had everything they needed to install a new one that is better quality than what I had in there before. Took them roughly an hour to do the install and their work was great quality! Eric and Louis are great, really friendly, honest and do quality work! AGAIN, I would recommend ETG for any of your plumbing or heating projects!

I contacted ETG through their website on Saturday regarding a non-emergency water heater repair and received a prompt response from Reede. They were able to assess the issue and provide me with a few options. On Sunday, we scheduled a water heater replacement for Monday. Eric and Luis arrived promptly at 9:15am on Monday. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the entire process. The old water heater was removed and a new one installed with an expansion tank in an hour and a half. Would definitely recommend ETG and would use them again.

Last night I discovered that water was leaking out of my water heater. This morning I called ETG, and by noon Eric and Luis had taken care of everything. New water heater and expansion tank were installed, the old one was taken out (even though it wouldnt drain and must have weighed a ton) and the price was very reasonable! I needed a plumber to fix a leak in my crawl space which was detected by another company performing other work in the same area. I looked online for a plumbing service in the area and saw ETG. After reading such positive reviews, I called them and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Luis came to my home. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable about my issue and highly efficient. No lingering or creating other issues! So happy I called ETG and am now another satisfied customer! Eric was unbelievable. I called this morning with an emergency since our hot water tank failed last night. He gave me a quote within literally 5 minutes and was able to fit us in that day. He and his helper Brandon were very professional, polite, and had everything done in a couple of hours. Fair pricing and service that exceeded our expectations. I called him because of his customer rating that averaged 5 stars from almost 50 reviews. You will not be disappointed.

I had Eric come out because the water heater wasnt working well after I purchased my home. He came, got the work done very quickly. Several months later I had an emergency. My water heater pipes burst. We had Niagra falls in my dinning room. It was late, I was so scared. He got to my home in less then half hour. Poor guy was soaked and wet. That didnt deter him from doing his job removing all the insulation. He came back the next day and finished the job. Great guy and prices are fair. Now my septic needs work. Thank you Eric youre the best. I recommend him to everyone.

Woke up at 4pm to get ready for work (night shift) and discovered we had no hot water. Went down to check the water heater, pressed Reset, and smoke and flames shot out of the control board. Called ETG, texted some pictures to give them some details they needed, and in less than 4 hours we were back up and running with a new water heater. I cant recommend these guys highly enough, great experience, extremely professional, and a terrific price!

They were very fast to return my call when the power when out and get me hooked up generator to heat and well while power was out so my family wouldnt freeze. I had an old copper pipe that sprung a bunch of pinhole leaks. I used the instant messenger app and I received a return call right away. They set me up with an appointment for the following afternoon. The plumber showed up as expected in the afternoon. He talked to me about what needed to be done and gave me a price up front so there were no surprises. He took about 1/2 hour to fix everything and cleaned up the area when completed. I would highly recommend them!!

Eric and his team recently removed our old HVAC system and replaced it with a new Bosch dual HVAC system, and repaired some duct work. They finished the job in one day (which was amazing in and of itself), were on time, super efficient, extremely knowledgeable and did impeccable work. Used them to install a new AC unit 2 years ago. I went to sell my condo and at the inspection at the day of closing the buyer said the AC unit was making noises and wanted it addressed before closing. I called them and they immediately came right up to the place and walked the new buyer through the entire system and verified that the noise she was hearing was from the wrong unit. I have to say this was by far the best company I have ever used from the start to finish , setting up appointment was easy the woman I believe her name was Reede was patient prompt with getting back to me answered all my questions which I had alot and worked with me when I cancelled at last minute then rescheduled for following week . Pricing was fair, they showed up ten minutes early yes early not late they did the job perfectly with no issues , explained everything to me every step of the way what they were doing why my hot water heater needed to be replaced and how they would do it the correct way since old one had the expansion tank hanging from ropes , they were polite removed old appliance did not leave a mess and were in and out , On a scale from 1-10 I give them an 11 .
