Great experience! The folks in the office were awesome. They even tried to trouble shoot over the phone to avoid having a tech come out. In the end we needed a service visit. Our tech, Mike I. was awesome. Very knowledgeable and polite. You can tell he loves what he does.

Twas the day before Christmas Eve and all through the house, not a drip of water was flowing, not even an ounce!I called several local plumbers, but none were available, until I dialed Nauman and Gary and his crew came out towards the end of their day. We have 5 houses on one community well that gave out. That meant no water for anyone just before a holiday. Our pressure tank was rusted and rotted and flipped on its side in the pit. The pump had continued to run until it finally burned out. They needed to remove and dispose of the old units, connect and install the new ones, all in 10 degrees weather with the sunlight quickly fading. Given the emergency and depth of the damage, the price was more than expected, but well worth the result. It was a Christmas miracle!Gary and his team were professional, trustworthy, and responsive to all of our water troubles. They were able to quickly assess the situation, source the needed parts, and worked well into the evening to finish the job, and did it right. They even returned about 10 minutes after leaving to remedy one pipe that unexpectedly frozen during the job. All 5 homes had water restored and all thanks to these guys!Thank you Nauman, Gary, and the team for your knowledge, skills, and professionalism.Merry Christmas to all, and to all....call Nauman...they will not disappoint!

Nauman has been taking care if our heating/cooling and plumbing for years. Always reliable service for the biggest or smallest jobs. Tankless water heater installed and a new mixing value, Gary is a pro and does the work while respecting the property, does a full clean up and makes sure everything is set. He and Gerard are always right on time and we appreciate a job well done.

Garys team came in and installed the water softener as planned. He provided a good training on what to do and how to maintain the system. He also let me ask as many questions as I needed to. The system is laid out nicely in the basement.

Gary did an excellent job by listening and trying to diagnose the potential problems why the sewer was backing up.The first was the motor/pump had been jammed/disabled by non-biodegradable materials which he removed and reinstalled the motor pump. The second was tracing a leak from a cracked/broken pvc pipe. Overall, Gary explained the problem to me in simple terms, was personable, and scheduled another visit to replace the broken pipe. His assistant Dino was also excellent cleaning up the mess and both had an excellent work ethic

Mark Peppe did great work for us. He showed up quickly, did his work quickly and it seems to have been well done. He was obviously being worked to the bone as apparently the company’s only emergency service tech on duty fixing furnaces and boilers during the recent cold snap, but he seemed upbeat, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a difficult repair for us and did it well as far as I can tell.

Jeff was fantastic! He arrived with his toolbox and booties in hand. Gotta love a guy whos willing to wear booties. He took his time looking at his system that was completely unfamiliar to him because it had been installed by another provider. He explained to me as he went along what he was looking at and what his findings were. He made some suggestions and I am going to continue to work with Nauman to resolve any problems I might experience in the future.

Tom Sullivan came out to my property to reattach a piece of vinyl siding and a section of roof shingles that were detached during a storm. He was friendly and professional. He even apologized for forgetting to add the dispatch fee in his original quote. I thought the visit might take a while but he was done with both jobs in less than an hour. I would 100% work with Naumans handyman services again!

Even took into consideration of wearing booties while walking in my house. Kris fixed the issues and rate Kris & Numan mechanical 5stars. Installed a fabulous unit, working perfectly. Very courteous, knowledgeable, clean...etc. They also just came to check our heater which stopped working yesterday, Mark a great technician came, inspected the heating unit, he knew what was wrong, cleaned out a clogged part, and got our heat up and running....! I appreciated first and foremost that was very considerate of my new floors, he wore boot covers without my asking. Rak was very thorough when servicing my system, he answered all of my questions in layman’s terms so that I have a better understanding of how my system works. He said he enjoys educating his clients because if there ever are any issues, the client can more thoroughly explain what part of the system is malfunctioning. From the onset, which was meeting with their Specialist Dave for options and quotes, to installation by Shane and Zach the process was amazing. They were far and away the most cost competitive providing financing if needed, or a percentage off if not. The installation took two days and the technicians made sure I still had heat and hot water between those two days. The unit itself and the workmanship look like a work of art. They brought me through how it would operate including a new smart thermostat that can be operated from anywhere. Bottom line - I would highly recommend them for your home needs. I would contact them again for projects I have planned for next year.

We are very happy with Nauman. Nick who came to service our mini splits was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He was also very personable and friendly. We are on the comfort plan which is amazing for the price, to have someone come two times a year for the mini splits, and an additional time for a plumbing inspection. The prices for additional services are very fair and affordable, plus Nauman can work with you on a payment plan which is very convenient. We chose to work with Nauman for our kitchen project, and are so glad we did! We had a lot of back-and-forth with Chris as we were figuring out the specifications of our project, and he/the team were very patient & understanding in the process. The only hiccup came about when the project was delayed in starting, which made us a bit nervous, as we had a hard deadline to keep. We spoke with both Chris and John about our needs, and they were able to make and keep a firm commitment to an adjusted timeline that worked for us all.The work itself was so smooth - different teams came by for different aspects of the project on most days for a 3 week period. This project involved taking down a wall, replacing countertops and tile backsplash, and installing a new sink. Not the biggest project, but we were floored by the attention-to-detail and craftsmanship of the finished product. There is truly no evidence that the now-absent wall was ever there, and were so happy with the new kitchen elements that Nauman/their teams installed.We have loved working with Nauman over the last few years, not only because of the consistent, high-quality results, but also because of the interpersonal skills of all of the team members who have come to our house. We have never experienced any of their team members saying or acting in a way that made either of us feel uncomfortable, which is really noteable, based on our experiences with other service providers in the area. Shane and his crew installed a central AC system which included cutting through plaster and lathe ceilings (of our almost 100-year-old house). To our surprise the plaster dust was minimal as they took great care by having one guy on a ladder holding a box under the area being cut. These guys are top notch. Had a furnace fail on a weekend. The on call tech, JR, got back to me in less than 10minutes and walked me through some troubleshooting techniques. The furnace did indeed fail and needed to be replaced. Service manager, Blaine was friendly, really easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. Gave me a very honest quote and had two techs, Jeff and Ralph, come out the next day and replace my furnace with a new Carrier unit. The techs were amazing. Ive used Naumans service for Hvac maintenance and ER plumbing situations and they never disappoint. The guys are on time, respectful and down to earth. You never feel like you are being pushed by aggressive sales tactics. They let you know if they find any issues as well as upfront costs to repair. The new maintenance plans being offered are another value add from this company. They are not the cheapest company out there but as the old adage says you get what you pay for. Their service and the guarantees offered are worth it!

Bobby was on punctual, used his time efficiently and evaluated the issues with our AC unit with care. The repair is in progress as Naumanns continues to troubleshoot our problems with our older central AC unit. I like that they are willing to repair and not replace, while the process continues to hopefully, complete the fix.

My experience with Nauman was terrific. Mistah was my assigned technician. He was knowledgeable, honest and answered any questions I had. I had a few minor leaks in my boiler unit and he resolved all the issues. Naumans was not only quality work, but affordable as well. I will use Naumans in any future work I have.

Brian went out of his way to find the replacement part for my HVAC during a time where availability was almost impossible because of factory closings and a limited number of workers nationwide. I was kept updated by phone with every step of the search. I am thankful for each thoughtful and articulate manner of communication that, to me, was so responsible on everyone’s part. Even the ladies who answered the phone where very professional. Chris was so kind, good-natured, and personable. He truly loves his work and boy! did he do a great job at getting my ac back to work. He was readily accommodating with my inquiries and thorough with his explanations. This wasn’t the first time I called on Nauman Mechanical. I was satisfied the first time I received their service and again this time, I was not disappointed either. Having said that, Nauman is the company that works for me. One I can rely and trust on. We were extremely happy with the entire experience. We started looking into getting a minisplit system and we werent sure we could afford it. I let Dave know that and he fully understood and worked with us to come up with a plan. He was able to build out at least 3 full quotes giving us plenty of options to work with our budget. We started this whole process early during the covid pandemic and we were initially concerned with letting people into our house however, from the first time that Dave came he made us feel comfortable that the proper safety precautions were being taken and we never had any issues. We have been extremely happy with the service as well as the system that we had installed. We are going to need a roof in the coming years and the first place we go to get a quote will definitely be Nauman.
