I called on a Saturday at 7am because my water pressure was completely gone. Dennis responded to me right away and was at my house by 7:30am. He was extremely helpful and diagnosed the problem instantly. Not only did he get my water pressure back but it is at a better pressure than it has ever been in the past. Dennis was so informative, explained to me the problem and how to prevent it in the future. He is extremely friendly and makes you feel like family trying to help out family. I highly recommend Dennis and his company. -

Wonderful company. Quick response. Showed up exact when they said they would. Meticulous work and the technicians were the nicest young men I’ve ever met. Respectful, responsible, honest and wouldn’t leave until they knew everything they repaired was working as it should. Rates were reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company. I hope to not need them again anytime soon but if I do I will definitely be calling them again. -

When I called at 5:30 a.m. on Sunday morning due an alarm from my grinder pump, I was thrilled to speak to a wonderfully kind dispatcher named Denise after just two rings. She immediately contacted an equally outstanding service technician (Mr. Dennis Little) who promptly and expertly resolved my issue in the most cost efficient way possible. In a world of automation, hold-times, and out-sourced call centers, it was such a pleasure to work with a company so responsive to their customers. Thank you! -

If you have a septic issue call Eco American asap !!!! My husband and I bought a house from a family who did not tell us the depth of the defects of the float, but they gave us a number to a plumber and told us to call whenever we would like to fix the defective float. This previous plumber most likely just did a touch up job before we moved in, and when we called to have him come to do the job he completely avoided me. 2 weeks into living here we encountered a problem. So we called Eco American. They were so responsive and knowledgeable. I spoke to Dennis on the phone and explained what I was experiencing, and he knew exactly what was needed. He sent Donell and Trey and they were the absolute best !!! They got everything working in no time . Donell explained everything as he did it so my husband and I knew what was happening. They were really good !! I will definitely call them for all of my septic issues and maintenance!! -

I had an issue and woke up to a very bad smell in the house. I called Eco American Pump & Plumbing and they sent 2 specialist that arrived by Noon. They accessed the issue by doing multiple trips into the crawl space and investigating what has was causing the issue. They were incredibly helpful and took care of everything that needed to be done. My grinder pump would not work and, of course, it was after normal business hours. They responded to my call within minutes and were at my home within the time they said they would. They did excellent work and at a very fair price. I will only use Eco American Pump in the future. -

Amazing amazing amazing experience showed up at 9pm on a Saturday to work as hard as they could to fix the problem. Realized they couldn’t do it and showed up the next morning and fixed it within the hour. My basement was completely flooded and by the time they left it was spotless. Great company amazing people. The first time, they came for a septic pump out. They came on time, had difficulty with the lid, but completed the job by coming back with a different truck equipped with needed tools. Very professional and responsible. They even bought grass seed and hay to cover sections of the lawn they drove on with the second truck. I was very impressed. Denise, who sets up scheduling, and Dennis, who is the expert, were both great - very friendly and professional. The second time, they came back to repair the lid that caused the problem the first time. Denise worked to meet my scheduling demands and completed the job the very next day. They dug through over 100 feet of backyard covered with 2 feet of snow to repair the septic lid. Not a word of complaint, smiling the whole time, very courteous, and finished the job in under 2 hours. Very, very happy with the entire team. Thank you! -

I had a major issue at my home. Water started flooding from the ceiling in my basement. i didnt know where the leak was coming from or what was causing it. i called Dennis at Eco American Pump & Plumbing and in a matter of minutes he identified the problem from what I told him and video sent to him of the leak. One of the most skilled and professional plumbers i have ever spoken to. I must say I will be using their services again and asking for Dennis. Good service, great company! -
