I called KMB for my sewer problems that was caused by another plumbing company (American Rooter).American Rooter came to repair my sewer line and when they were filling back the dirt, they broke the pipes at multiple places, so my waste line started backing up. When I called KMB, the CEO came to check the problem, he was frank, professional and trustworthy. The team that came to work on my problem were absolutely fantastic, they were professionals with empathy.It took them couple of days to clean the mess the other plumbing company had caused and then fixed the problem. The work was professionally done and I am very grateful that I have my sewer back.I am grateful to Kelvin and his team of professional plumbers.I highly recommend KMB to anyone who is looking for plumbing, electrical and HAVC contractor to hire, please dont hesitate to get in touch with KMB, they do a very good professional work.Thank you KMB

KMB plumbing is like family and your treated as such. We have had them help us fix our well pump our septic pump, our hot water heaters, and several odds and end jobs to maintain a home. They were right all the time. They were on target and stayed till the work was finished. No halfway work done with them.All professionals love this team. Especially Ed, he came in and saw our problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently.

All the ladies in the office were very helpful all the gentlemen that they sent out to our house to get our heat back on was also helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone no matter what time of day you called they get back to you within 5 to 10 minutes, answered all my questions and they were at my door the next morning. I would use this company over and over again thank you guys.

All work was done when promised and the price was better than the estimate. They found the source of the problem, fixed it and all is as it should be. Great telephone support. Technicians were friendly, informative, explained everything and took care of the problem. 1 day. In. Out. And left the place clean and neat. Five stars. Highly recommended.

Had an old, decrepit radiator shut-off valve start leaking badly. It was not a part they stock, so the owner (or whomever it was who answered) took the time on the phone at 10 p.m. to examine pictures of my furnace I sent him and was able to instruct me to close the right valves to isolate and stop the leak. Come morning, they had gotten the part, showed up punctually and all was well in a couple of hours time. Peter, the employee who came and did the work, was polite and professional. Good company.

I’m leaving 5 stars. Let me first just say that to run a business which some of you don’t or obviously don’t complain when you pay 20$ for a steak at the store that they spent less for.When you look up an item on google and it tells you a price of a grinder or a tank or even hvac equipment or fitting pieces it will show you a lesser price then you will pay. If you want kmb to install their own equipment it’s going to be better quality and last longer. It’s going to cost more than the product you see because that is how a business runs and makes a profit. (Do research) kmb is a great company with great people and employees. You don’t want to pay for good quality and good work for your home then don’t come here. But if you love good quality men and women that will be happy to help you improve your home and solve your issues please give them a call

Had problem with electric after recent storm. After another vendor found the issue but couldnt address timely, we reached out to KMB because of previous work they performed. They did not disappoint - parts were available and they scheduled repair for the next day. Diligent, communicative every step of the way and asked what was needed for insurance claim processing. We highly recommend this company!

So we were having some unusual issues with water moving into and out of our grinder pump. Called KMB, they sent out a technician, RYAN, who was very patient and thoughtful, and helped to sleuth out ,what was, a complicated the problem. This was Friday. He needed a part, so the plan was to schedule another visit the following week. On Monday morning at 9:30 he was at the door with the part, installed and all good by 11am. Great service! Kudos also to the office staff. They were also responsive, courteous and professional.All-in-all they did a great job, and I recommend them to anyone. I honestly cannot say enough good thingsabout KMB P and E. They just installed my house generator and they made the experience smooth and easy. They are professional and courteous starting from the beginning when I first spoke to Korey who is the sweetest (love her) about my interest in getting a generator all the way to the guys who installed it Jake and David, i think of Jake as a Gentle Giant he is why they say never judge a book by its cover because he is the sweetest and his work says it all the way he puts interest into every detail. I didnt have the pleasure in meeting Kevin which Im sure is just as great as his workers. So I definitely will call them again and i recommend this company if you want a carefree experience.

I cant say enough about KMB Plumbing. I called Kevin about a problem I had Tuesday afternoon and he came out within an hour to assess it. Early the next morning David came out and dug a 20 foot trench for removing and replacing the drain line to the septic tank. That afternoon he and Chris put in the new pipe and backfilled the trench. This was a job very professionally done at a reasonable rate. I will continue to use KMB for all my plumbing needs.
