Good management. Follows through. Spot issues yourself.Competitive pricing. Manager is good at resolving any issues you have. Their install team could be better. I had to call out several cabling issues (which were fixed); cables need to be kept off the shingles. Panels were installed where I asked without deviation. I did have to ask them to paint the mounts when they showed up with non-black mounts (which were a different type than the set expectations).Electrical work was done well.They were willing to come drop off the roof wiring boxes early so they could be installed with the new roof rather than after and they marked the locations for the roofers.Monitoring software is a no subscription fee model. Some difficulty getting it setup due to a data entry error but no issues since.Solar has been on the roof for over a year now. No issues. Production is per the expectations they set with me during sales, for my location and sun exposure. No issues with Avista credits.

The team at PCI Renewables was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all our detailed questions about installing solar panels on our home. Their bid was competitive and they customized our system to meet our criteria for future expansion. The installation crew was efficient, professional and courteous. We were kept up to date with changes due to COVID and found communication to be excellent. We highly recommend RCI for those considering installing a solar system.
