VPC has done a couple of jobs for us during the last year. Installation of interior lighting systems, as well as exterior dedicated outlets and motion lights. We had an electrical outage after business hours around 11pm at night and we were really desperate and called VPC. Tim answered right away and was extremely helpful with troubleshooting some ideas that may have caused the outage and how we could fix it. We couldnt figure it out right way and he was actually about to head out to us when we tried a couple more things and was luckily able to get the issue resolved without needing him to come out. Thank you Tim for all your help over the phone and in the future if we ever need anything electrical done, Tim and VPC will be the first call we make.

Robert and VPC were amazing. I reached out through Home Advisor and they called almost immediately, and were able to schedule time the very upcoming week. The dispatcher gave me a 20 minute heads up about Roberts arrival, but he was there right at the beginning of the time window they gave me (I was not sitting around wondering for 2 hours). He was friendly and knowledgeable, gave me a quote (very reasonable) on-site, and then did the work the same day. Fast and friendly. My lights look great! Super easy experience. I would definitely recommend Bob and VPC.

From the start these guys were awesome. Deja answered the phone after hours and was able to get an electrician to fix an emergency in my home. Cut to around 2100 hours, Eddie arrived and provided top tier service. He respected the privacy of my wife, child, & mother-in-law (very difficult considering they were all sleeping) while finding & solving the problem quickly. He diagnosed the issue & fixed the emergency while also educating me on how my home was wired & other safety tips I had no clue about. Information invaluable to a dope like me! I’ve used VPC on a few projects now and they are definitely the best in the business!My experience with Bob (about 18 months ago) is the reason I first decided to hire VPC and it has only gotten better since. The office (Victoria and Amanda) is always quick to answer the phone, answer questions and get me on the schedule. Tim is also great at communicating arrival times and moving me up on the schedule when he can.Lastly, a big thanks to Andrew & Sergio who showed up on time and got straight to work today, even making an extra trip to exchange parts with a local distributor so the heater and thermostats matched the existing. They are a great example of why I choose to work with VPC!Kudos to the entire VPC team for truly making it enjoyable to do business!

VPC is absolutely incredible! 5 stars is not enough to describe the way they took care of me and my family! I lost power at 9pm on a Saturday night when my breaker overheated and tripped. I was left without power and I was scared because I had a burnt smell near my electrical panel. Being late at night on the weekend, I knew I would need an emergency electrician to help me. After dialing several 24 hour emergency electricians without anybody picking up, I called VPC and owner Tim Symons answered. Not only did he kindly take the time late into the evening to talk to me about what happened, he sacrificed his Sunday plans to come out and install a new electrical panel in my home, ensuring that I could safely move my family back home. After that, his technicians Zach, Eddie and apprentice Jake came back and completed their top notch install of the new roof mast and an exterior emergency shut off panel to get everything up to code. Tim and his team have incredible customer dedication and I am a customer for life!

Everybody at VPC was great to work with. The people who answered phones, the scheduler and the electricians were great. I had 2 separate issues, so they came out on 2 different days. The first day was Austin who provided the quote for the 2 issues and fixed one issue the day of the quote. He was great answering my questions and did a great job explaining what he did.The other job completed was installing a new outlet in our kitchen island the following week. It required them taking down a large piece of sheetrock in the basement for them to run the wire. Logan and Rocco did a great job explaining what they had to do and how they were going to do it. They made sure to always ask me if their plan was OK. Not only did they do a great job with the installation, but they also did great with the cleanup. So much so, that you cant even see any dust from the sheetrock they took down.The office staff, Austin, Logan and Rocco were top notch. They gave the type of customer service that is expected, but unfortunately not always provided by some companies. I would highly, highly recommend VPC Electric.

VPC got me an appointment quickly when I needed it and the tech that came out was very knowledgeable. Turned out my problem was on the Avista side of the line. I was so impressed I scheduled additional work I needed done to be completed the following week. I was able to apply my house call charge from the first call to the work I ended up getting done. Andrew came out to perform the work and we are very pleased with the results. We had our house wired for a generator hook up. We will definitely be using VPC for all our electric needs (which hopefully won’t be too many!)

After calling VPC Electric about our smoke detectors, Austin came out to check into our problem and very quickly came up with the problem, the solution, and an estimate. He is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing. He was a pleasure to work with.Then a few days later Nate came out to install the smoke detectors. He was so quick and efficient, and as a bonus, he was so kind and understanding when our cat got loose. I highly recommend this company and love their staff from the first phone call to the last contact we had. From now on any electrical problems we have, VPC Electric will be on speed dial.

Its not fun when you push the outlet thing & it wont pop back. I called VPC Electric & Amber was able to get me on the schedule for an estimate. Corey came to the rescue to see what the problem was. When he removed the first problem outlet cover, he showed me how badly my electrical outlets, smoke detectors, and switches needed refurbishing. Mike & Austin came a day later to do the work. This team is awesome, very nice, great to work with. They were also able to help me with financing, which was a huge help with this unexpected & costly issue. We hired VPC to install an electric vehicle charger. We had ordered a tesla that wouldnt be coming for a while so I waited to review until after we were able to test it properly- it works great!We initially had some quotes from other electricians but we had a difficult problem of getting 220 volts from the basement to our garage. Some electricians wanted to rip up a lot of our drywall in rooms that we use to accomplish this, but when VPC came out they went up into our attics and found the best route possible to accomplish this and very little drywall had top be cut and we were able to easily repair it ourselves. Job was done in a day and were very happy with it. Very professional and excellent quality job.

With 9 day old puppies, my wife and I overloaded our breaker, and it became too hot to touch. I called VPC, after having them do great work on our rental in Spokane Valley. I was really concerned, and I talked to the call center manager Danielle. She immediately called an electrician in my area to ask if this is an emergency situation. It was. She called me back and told me to try to turn off the breaker. I did, but my puppies started to loose heat as the 22 degree outside temperature started lowering the needed 90 degree temperature for their welping bed. Danielle, bent over backwards to get a technician to our house. In 38 minutes. This company literally dropped everything to help me and my family when they heard two 9 day old puppies were getting cold. I will always call VPC electric first. Incredible service in the office, and incredible service in the field.

Kendra was proactive in apprising me of scheduling and who to expect from VPC.Jesse came out to bid our project and was a good listener, understanding the options I wanted him to bid, then providing pricing that made our choice an easy one. When I had questions on the preliminary invoice, Kendra and Tim responded with explanations and solutions.Lead technician Sherman arrived on the timeline expected. He was very personable and ready to work. Three hours later, Sherman knocked on the door to announce that our project was complete. He walked me through the finished project and answered a couple of final questions. Tremendous job done!!We couldnt have been more pleased with the finished product delivered by VPC Electric! To say our expectations were exceeded would certainly be an understatement! VPC Electric will be our first choice for all future electrical projects and I would give them my highest recommendation!!

In addition to tracking down the source of our outage, I appreciate the time VPC took to review our electrical panel and to help me understand what was in place. It put my mind at ease. During the course of troubleshooting they also found a wire that had been exposed due to a faulty install, which I also appreciated. The staff were responsive and from the moment I spoke with the onsite tech I had the sense I was working with a professional who had seen much more complicated issues than ours and that I was in good hands, which put my mind at ease.

Miguel and Zach were great. Miguel bid the job, was super thorough, going over all options. This was a pretty big job that took the guys a whole day. But they did a great job with fit and finish, cleaned up well, and the city Inspector had no issues with the work that they had done. I asked the inspector if he’s had any trouble with their work in the past, and he said no. That to me, speaks volumes. I will use them again for future jobs, as I don’t play with electricity at all. Not only was everyone nice, the servicemen went above and beyond what I had originally needed fixed. I had really old wired in smoke alarms, and he put in brand new ones for me. The cost was very reasonable also.

He even moved our freezer away from in front of that plug in so we can see if if it goes off again. Installed and set up a whole house generator. They moved the meter and installed a new 200 amp. panel to a more convenient location to handle my new generator. It was all done in a day, we were thinking it may take two days. Very excellent work and everyone was so plesent to work with. Thank you to VPC electric for helping finish a project that got severely out of hand. Our project was not an easy one. It was started by a different company and not completed by them. We were fortunate to get VPC to talk with us, as no one else would even attempt it. VPC came in like heroes, repaired the prior work and finished the job. I wish I could remember the 2 gentlemans names who did the work, they were so accommodating to the children in our school. They worked efficiently and were very concerned with safety around the teachers and children. I appreciate VPCs professionalism and willingness to help in our greatest time of need!

Two team members, Alysha and Tim, at VPC were extremely supportive and responsive to my needs. What I thought was an emergency proved to be something I could address with a simple phone call and a recommendation for future service. Knowing a little bit about electricity proved valuable as Tim was able to easily give me directions. He was patient and professional; he wanted to help me in any way possible taking his time with me on the phone. I am from out of town, the East Coast, visiting my daughter; I wanted to resolve the problem so she would not have to come home to it after a long day at the hospital. What is amazing is while I was waiting for Winter tires to be put on my car today I was talking to another lady and mentioned VPC to her when we were discussing electrical services. He provided me with 4 separate job estimates for my house.VPC kept in contact with me while the job was scheduled and permits acquired. I was notified in advance each day they performed the work.The installation in both the two car garage and the house electrical panel was done carefully and both Mike and Austin did a superb job. I was informed of their progress and they answered all my questions as the job proceeded.At the conclusion of the work, they both did a thorough walk thru and demonstrated the panel markings, as well as the wi-fi fire and carbon dioxide alarm system components.My expectations were exceeded! Afterwards we went to turn on our outdoor spigots for the season, and realized that a board behind the panel had been shifted a couple of inches during the install, and was blocking access to the valve. We called them, and they had someone come out that day to fix it, no charge.

Great service, after initially installing our panel in our house, we had a new outlet put in a few years later. While they were doing this they noticed that some aspects of the panel were not quiet up to code. After initially charging us for these upgrades and once we pointed out they had installed the panel they reimbursed us for this charge. A great company with good operating morals. Very approachable about issues. Want customers safe and happy.

We had just moved into a shop building which would be our new home while our house was being built. It was Thanksgiving Day and we were going to have Thanksgiving dinner with the family in the shop. As soon as we turned on the second oven, the power went out. Flipping the circuit breakers did nothing so I spent a considerable amount of time calling electric companies, trying to find someone who could help us on a holiday. Meanwhile, the shop was getting colder and colder.I was pleasantly surprised when VPC Electric actually answered the phone!
