I decided to go with Infinite Electric after reading most of their reviews on google, and I was not disappointed! Mike texted me with an ETA and he arrived right on time. He was exceptionally polite and had an awesome “can do attitude”. We discussed what I wanted to have done and then he went right to work. What really impressed me most of all, was that he kept me informed the whole time of what he was doing. That rarely happens these days. Mike finished all of the tasks that I wanted complete and I was pleased beyond words. In fact, I was so impressed with his work, that I’ve asked him to come back next month to install a garage heater. Infinite Electric is my first choice for any electrical work needing to be done, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Stellar job and professional service. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He put on shoe covers any time he entered the house. He was able to complete a small job the same day as quoting the work, to my pleasant surprise.Got a quote previously for a much larger job from Infinite and also had very professional service from another employee there. All if my questions were answered and multiple options were given and explained thoroughly. We decided not to move forward with this work for reasons completely unrelated to the amazing service provided by Infinite Electric. Highly recommended for any electrical work!

Needed to have old shop lights and hard wire replaced. Called around and Infinite Electric was only one to respond. Other companies, to small of a job as if I was wasting their time attitude! Rob was sent out within 2 days to give me an estimate. Rob had excellent cost-effective ideas when I mentioned newer LED lights. Had the old fashion bulb shop lights. Rob showed me his suggestion at Home Depot, excellent! I ordered what I needed and called to schedule an appt to install. From start to finish, what wonderful Company and people that took care of my needs! Rachelle, Rob & Sierra were excellent all the way thru. Josh was the installer, and man on man, talk about a professional. Knew his stuff, was friendly, efficient and did an excellent install. Went the extra mile to do things right. Infinite Electric will be the Company we will use in the future. Fair priced, professional and Gold Star Customer Service. I even received a friendly follow-up call from Rachelle after the job! Much appreciated. Here are photos of the clean install of the newer LED lights that Rob suggested for our garage. Rob knows his stuff and we are extremely pleased. We were removing our pantry and had to move some light switches. Like an idiot, I tried to do it myself. And it actually worked! Well… accept that the outlets in my kitchen mysteriously stopped working 😬. Mike from Infinite Electric came out, fixed the issue (a bad breaker), AND advised me on how to do some additional work myself. The work cost is just over $300, but it was well worth it. He was upfront about the cost and he was more than helpful with his time explaining everything to me. If I have a problem in the future, I know who I will call and I will advise my friends to do the same! Great company, great employees.

I had a BMW branded Wall Mount EV charger installed in my garage. The came out the day after I called to give a quote. They had the install done the next day. I got 6 quotes for this job. They didn’t come in the lowest or the highest. BUT based on all the other quotes I got I felt they gave a fair price for the services they were providing. They dealt with the needed permit(s). Then had the work inspected virtually by the (City/County) so we didn’t have to wait for the (City/County) to come out and inspect. Which allowed us to use the charger the same day. I would use them again.

Infinite Electric did an excellent job on a 1.5-week electrical upgrade to my mid-90s home. Work included replacing the service panel, sub-panel, and all outlets and switches in the house, as well as running new circuits to fix an overloaded kitchen (bad renovation by previous owners), installing new circuits/outlets in the garage, extending several other circuits, and installing two ceiling fans.Nick P. and Kevin were friendly, professional, and took great care to leave a clean job site and to not damage the new hardwood floors. As a mechanical engineer who helped my family wire a house in my teens, I thought Nick and Kevins work looked excellent and I havent had any nuisance trips or issues in the 4-weeks since they finished. Attached is a photo to show the neatness of the wiring in the service panel.Communication regarding the estimate and billing were outstanding. While Infinite was the most expensive of 3 bids, theirs was the only one that clearly listed *all* the work I specified, along with a locked-in price. That said, communication faltered when arranging the final inspection (work finished on a holiday, so L&I wasnt available to inspect at that time). The office told me Nick would stop by and get an inspection first thing Wednesday, but he didnt show. This was only a minor inconvenience to me since I already planned to be home, but others may lack such flexibility.All that said, I am overall very happy with the work performed and would hire Infinite Electric again.

I knew when I bought my house a few years ago that an electrical update was in my future. When the time came to get it done, I had several companies come out and bid the job. Ive remodeled every house Ive owned over the years, so Im pretty confident in my ability to weed out the best from the rest. The entire team at Infinite Electric do quality work with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. From Sierra, Rachelle, and Rob in the front office , to Nick M., Nick P, and Colton the electricians, as well as the guys who did the drywall repairs ( sorry, didnt get their names), everyone was able to answer any questions I had and didnt try to upsell me anything. From the scheduling, to the work being done, they worked with me around my scheduling needs, as I was having plumbing work done at the same time. I cant say enough what a pleasure it was to have this team handle my job. I know moving forward, that these are the guys Ill be calling for any additional projects down the road.

The guys from Infinte were awesome! We had a mess of old wiring that was nonsense and total spaghetti and they were able to get it pulled and new modern wiring installed super quick. We work nights and have a difficult schedule to work with for things like this and they did an amazing job working with us and getting everything done. 100% would reccomend for any electrical work you need done.

Infinite Electric sent us Don. He was quick, efficient and courteous. I chose them because they noted that they do small jobs along with big jobs. I’m very glad I did. This is the first time I have called an electrician to help me out in years. The last time was to wire new construction. My dad always did electrical for me. So I suffered mild sticker shock. Infinite Electric should be your #1 pick if you want quality work done. I had to have extensive repairs and a new panel installed. The work took 4 days and was not cheap, but they were willing to work with me on the price. Most importantly, their people do immaculate work and are willing to warranty that work in writing. Rob was very knowledgeable and responsive when getting quotes done. Mike was incredibly patient and walked me through all the details, does great work. Mark was very considerate of my office setup and worked around it to get the work done perfectly. Sierra took the time to make sure I got the right financing and the best deal. Rachelle stayed on top of all the scheduling and work that needed to be done, a great coordinator.

To start, the employees are truly professional. They were respectful during the duration of our project, kept me informed, and did the job correctly without cutting corners (and by this I mean crawling through my attic which is tight and awkward and running multiple wires through it). Nick was one of the gentlemen who worked at my house and his years of experience show. He knew exactly how to get the job done and was a pleasure to have around while doing it. I dont remember the names of the other gentlemen that helped him but their work ethic and professionalism was off the charts. If you want a job done at the professional level and in a fast time frame, call these guys. Called on a Monday, project started on a Tuesday and done on a Wednesday. They will be my sole electricians moving forward. Job included 20+ recessed lighting fixtures, new wiring, new switches and new outlets.

I cant say enough great things about Infinite Electric! My 84 yr old mother needed an installation done. Scheduling was easy, and they were super accommodating to include me in the process. I called Infinite Electric after a light switch failed and melted. I knew I had some aluminum wiring in my 1970s house and wanted to ensure this didn’t happen again.Rob came out to provide a free quote and was very knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. He noted the age of my original panel and that the outside meter/connection to the grid wasn’t up to code. We also discussed the possibility of doing circuit restorations. He explained everything with patience and detail. It was clear to me that he enjoyed and took pride in his work.I wanted to get this all fixed to ensure my own safety and because I wanted everything up to par before selling my home in the near future. The job was done exactly as stated. Infinite handled the permit process and the scheduling with Avista. Josh and Patti who did the work were great and I hardly knew they were there. Sierra and Rachelle in the office were helpful and friendly. Everyone was wonderful to work with. The price tag was high but I feel that it was fair. It was much more reasonable than another company who came out to quote the work and even charged me for the quote. I would use Infinite again.

We used Infinite Electric to replace our old smoke detectors and install new new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. They gave us an in person written quote for three different options on their first visit, and performed the work at a later date. Rachelle and Sierra helped us schedule the work and electricians Justin and his partner (dont know his name) did an excellent job installing all six devices, testing them out, and cleaning up after they were done. They all were professional and very pleasant. We would use them again in the future.

We highly recommend Infinite Electric! Rob came out and went over details and our questions with us multiple times before we got work done, and he is extremely knowledgeable and kind! Sierra and Rachelle did a fantastic job keeping in touch with us and working with us for scheduling and financing steps (we had a fairly big job done).Mike and Jessen were the two who came out and actually did the work for us, and they were extremely kind, hardworking, professional, and fast! It was definitely a pleasure to work with them.All of that said, Infinite is definitely on the pricier side, but you absolutely get what you pay for. The new wires in our shop are clean and tidy, and they cleaned up after themselves replacing the main panel in our garage all the way down to replacing and repairing the drywall. I trust the work these guys do! We got quotes from two other companies before choosing Infinite, and although they were cheaper, it’s because they missed a ton of things in their quotes that we asked for and were superficial rather than thorough in looking over the work asked to be done. Infinite will bulletproof the work done and you know they will do it right! Will be using them for our future jobs! Thank you all!

We had a consultation from Rob to begin with, then Don also came out. The actual service was performed by Mike and Jessyn who did a really good job with a somewhat complicated situation. They worked together well, Found creative solutions particularly for ground rod placement, and besides were really nice guys. We were very happy with everything about Infinite Electric and we told them so. Would use them again if we had to. Don came out to perform the inspection virtually with an inspector and finish the job. Everyone we met including the office staff we spoke with Sierra and Rochelle were easy to work with and quite competent. Can recommend without hesitation.

We had a great experience with Infinite Electric. We initially just wanted a second opinion on another bid to upgrade our panel and put in a hook up for a hot tub. Nick came out and explained everything and was so down to earth, so we switched to Infinite for the job. I was very impressed with Nick who came to my home to talk about the projects I had in mind. I had one that could be done immediate without complications. As the other 3 would add new loads, my circuit breaker would need to be updated.He could have, but he did Not try to upsell me by convincing me I needed a new breaker.Instead he gave me 4 separate proposals, with 3 including the cost of a new breaker boxAs for installation, another Nick 😁came out to do the work. I recently had an outlet burn up and cause a small electrical fire in my house that was built in 1970 with Aluminum wire. Infinity Electric was the only company I could get ahold of to come and take a look and give me a quote to replace the circuit in my living room and bedroom. Josh came out to look at my burned up outlet and gave me a quote and recommendation to separate the outlet and lighting circuits. Also, I asked if it was possible to add a 3 way switch in my living room and bedroom for the ceiling fan. They said they could. Josh and another apprentice came out on a Thursday and by the time I got home they were done with the outlet circuit. On the second day Nick C along with another apprentice came out and finished the lighting circuit. Hands down this company and employees deserves a 10 star review. They are very professional, personable, respectful of my home and didn’t leave a mess when they left. Josh answered all my questions and gave me recommendations on what the best way to do the job was. I was happy and grateful for everyone from Sierra, to Josh, to Nick C and the apprentices. The owner of Infinite Electric put together a great team of employees that actually care about customer service, workmanship and pride in what they do. Infinite Electric has gained a customer for life.

I was not home but I understand from my husband that it was efficient and timely. We had overhead light fixtures in our bathrooms relocated to accommodate sun tunnels. We also had overhead light fixtures in our kitchen and living room removed to accommodate sky lights. It was the window company who contracted the job to Infinite Electric but I spoke with the office about scheduling, etc. They were very professional and helpful. The two different electricians who I met were both very professional and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business.

Our basement flooded because of a water heater pipe burst, and our repair contractor recommended Infinite Electric to us to replace the line from our water heater to our electrical panel. Rachelle was very friendly over the phone, and Nick M. and Patti came out to assess the situation. They were both friendly and professional, and able to fix the issue the same day after a quick supply run. They were straightforward about necessary repairs, payment, and next steps moving forward. Infinite Electric has thankfully been one of the simpler parts of a long and often frustrating process of fixing our flooded basement!

They showed us that 3 of the fan boxes in the ceiling had to be replaced to bring us up to code, when another company quoted all the boxes would need to be replace -- honest in not overcharging. Easy to communicate with in person and on the phone from estimate to completion.

Infinite did a complete circuit restoration in our home, ran new wire for our new ovens and cooktop, and added a generator interlock to our panel. From the initial inquiry Rachelle and Sierra were easy to work with, and Rob was a great resource during the estimate and very knowledgeable. Mike and Mark did the majority of the work, and they couldnt have been more pleasant to have in our home for the multiple days they were here. Nick P. and Colton were installing lights for my neighbors. I asked them if they could take a look at two electrical jobs at my house. They did, and then said they had time RIGHT THEN to fit my jobs into their schedule. Their workmanship was first rate, affordable and quick. I love how my overhead fans now work and the new light inside my closet. Sierra and Rachelle were helpful as well with telephone & computer support. This review is long overdue, so I am hoping the employee names I am giving here from my invoice, are given the credit they deserve! I first saw the name Infinite Electric, on a service van in Coeur d Alene a year ago, and called, as I was looking for a new, higher quality electric co. Nick C., Nick P., Sierra, and Rachelle, were all involved in my work order. I had an upgrade to a 4 wire receptacle for my new dryer, an old wall heater was replaced with a new one that I provided, an old light fixture was replaced with a new one that I also provided. The 2 Nicks performed excellent workmanship, and were professional, I am extremely happy with this company, they are tops and will be contacting again soon for more work at my home!

Sierra, Rachelle and Don were all awesome to work with- provided excellent service from start to finish. We had two other businesses out that could not diagnose our problem but Don came out to our home, listened to what problem we had and immediately found a bad breaker which was preventing us from having hot water. I had an old service panel swapped out with a new updated one and infinite electric did a great job. Don, Mike, Mark, and Sierra made the experience stress free and actually kind of fun. All of them were great to work with.They were able to give me an immediate quote (not an estimate) that was reasonable and allowed me to pay for the entire bill up front. There were no hidden or extra costs. Infinite electric also handled all of the permits and inspections. And they back everything up with a 10 year warranty.They were scheduled to come on Tuesday morning to start the work but were able to get here Monday afternoon instead. Ive never had a service contractor show up early before! I cant recommend them enough.The communication with infinite eclectic was also amazing. The called and texted letting me know the crew was on the way and checked up with me afterwards to be sure everything went smoothly.I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who need an electrician.

Infinite Electric was the only company out of 5 that I called to actually call me back and send Don out who did the estimate, and then after I accepted, they got me on the schedule in a only about a week. They replaced my entire 1967 electrical panel which had no cover and they upgraded and added some circuits as well as added surge protection and updated grounding/bonding wires. They showed up EXACTLY when they said and didn’t stop working until they were finished. They also added an outdoor 50 amp receptacle for my generator and they installed a regular 120 volt outdoor receptacle beside that. They scheduled the main power company and inspector in an efficient manner so there was no lag or delays in the work. Needles to say it passed inspection easily. Oh, and they updated my water heater wiring. If I could give them a higher rating I would. They deserve the 5 star ratings because they’re that good and reliable.

These folks are absolutely amazing! I called the service that has 5 stars on Google and I give them 6 stars. My 125 amp breaker box literally fried and they had to upgrade to code and replace all service to 200 amp and other things that go along with a house built in 1952. My house is now back with electricity after 3 weeks with only 2 working plugs . EVERYTHING is grounded and surge protected. I recommend them highly! Infinite Electric ran new 220v and 110v lines for our new laundry room I was putting into a 1970s house I just moved into. Others that I got bids from opened the door to the electrical panel, saw it was maxed out with breakers, and quoted me to replace the entire panel. The Infinite Electric technician took the time to remove the panel cover and discovered breakers that were installed, but were not being used. This allowed them to quote a much lower price as replacing the panel was unnecessary. It also told me they take the time to think things through and do the right thing upfront. The technician who came to do the work listened carefully to how I wanted the new outlets placed where the washer/dryer were going and proceeded to do a top notch job in remarkably short time all by himself. I have plans for this house that will eventually require a new panel. When that time comes, I wont hesitate to call Infinite Electric again.

We live in an older home. A handyman working for us observed a crew from Infinite Electric doing a major job replacing the electrical supply to the house across the street. He remarked about how they were both efficient and competent and later asked them to give him some business cards. That same afternoon, we had an electrical problem at our house - the outlet where our handyman had plugged in his saw lost power, and there was no explanation, no tripped breaker, no tripped GFI circuit. We asked the crew working across the street if they could lend us a hand, and within a few minutes they had corrected a potentially dangerous wiring problem an electrical box. I developed a list and called Infinite Electric about several other electrical issues, lights with missing electrical boxes, circuits that didnt work for some unknown reason, and new fixtures that needed to be installed. They sent an inspector who provided a detailed estimate within a couple days. They sent an electrician to complete the work the following week. Everything was completed on schedule, and the workmanship was excellent. It was an unexpected pleasure to deal with a company that is so professional and competent. Everyone involved with our work did a superb job. I will definitely use them for our future electrical needs.

Literally the BEST in Spokane!Weve used other electricians and I was well aware of the issues in our home.For this job we had four quotes, and in addition to being the cheapest they were also the most reasonable - in what they said would be involved. Its one of those things - right - you never know which one to pick and go with your gut.Of all of the electricians we saw - just for the quote - Nick was a stand out! He was compassionate and listened to all of my stories about how we came to be where we are (electricity wise) and he truly understood our needs. We actually have LOTS of projects and he spent a lot of time truly understanding all of them. He provided the quotes before he even left the property. They were all clear and exactly what we needed. The other guys gave vague and sometimes confusing quotes. Some spent little time and some definitely werent paying attention to the little lady asking for the work.Sierra at the office was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to schedule our job way faster than I anticipated.Nick and Jessen were with us for part of the job and Nick (different Nick - guy who quoted Nick) and Mark were with us for the second part. All four were wonderful guys. Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable. They didnt mind the kids or animals or the mess (ugh the laundry).We have more that needs to be done and I will ABSOLUTELY use Infinite Electric. My review is ONLY on quoting experience and pricing. I did not end up going with Infinite so I can’t speak to their quality of work. There are tons of great reviews so take them into account.I saw all the excellent reviews for IE so when our breaker box had an arcing wire they were the first place I called. They made it out the next day although slightly later than expected. I was told something like between 8 and 12 and was called around 11:20 saying they would arrive in 20 min, ultimately they showed up around 12:15 or, so not a ton later, but nonetheless. I was informed that due to the age and old AMP rating of our box the whole thing would need replacing. I was the told I would need to hire a plumber to move our utility sink because it was within six feed of the box, and possibly have to hire someone to move and/or rewire our AC unit because of its proximity to the meter and main shut off outside. These speculations were fine, they were presented in a matter of fact way though which was off putting. We were then given our quote.I called our insurance to double check if they would help at all (nope), and gave them the whole run down. They said they could help but they highly recommended getting a second opinion as the price seemed quite high. They recommend a couple places that I decided not to call. Instead I called a place we haves used at my work in the past. Also licensed bonded and insured, also 4+ stars, also had a long history in the PNW so it wasn’t a contractor or family or anything. It was another big player in the area.They came and took a look and confirmed the box needed replacing state all the same work Infinite stated. I asked about the sink and AC unit. They admitted the AC unit may need moved, but it would depend on the inspector. As for the sink they said they were pretty sure it would be fine because the six foot rule is only above and below the box. Not “within six feet.”Anyway, they wrote up their quote and came in at nearly 35% cheaper. They gave me a second quote which included checking and replacing all the plugs in the room that led to the bad breaker. That quote was still nearly 25% less than the original Infinite quote. Ultimately we went with the other company.The work has since been finished and signed off by the inspector with out a single word said about the AC unit, and when I asked about the sink he said it wasn’t an issue at all because it wasn’t under or over the box.Ultimately I chose 4 stars because of the high price and incorrect info given confidently.I wouldn’t “not” recommend Infinite. In fact next time I need multiple quotes they will remain on my list of places to call. If that day comes and they come in best choice I’ll happily change this review to reflect work done as well! They were still able to come same day, gave plenty of information, did a thorough check, AND they do offer 24 hour work in emergencies. I would definitely recommend them over general contractors or your “electrician” uncle. Just make sure you get multiple quotes from reputable sources. Infinite may come in best they may not, that’s the nature of the business I’m sure.

This was a good experience from the start. Nick C , Nick P , Jessen, Sierra and Rachelle all work at the speed of light to get some one out to provide an estimate and then to schedule the appointment. They explained everything thoroughly and when it was all done you could barely tell they had been there. They were they were professional and friendly. They were respectful of my mom and the house.
