Mark and John came to our house in Spokane Valley to do an electrical upgrade. They did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable and efficient and just a lot of fun to have around! They did the entire job in just one day and their price beat the competition. I have already recommended them to several people. These guys are great!

HES was prompt, professional and transparent about pricing. That was my phone experience. Let me tell you about my experience with Mark. He walked in, wanted to know not just about what was wrong, but about the history of our house and our wish list for our home. We live in a house built in 1911, so the wish list is long! He assessed whats going on with our house listened to our concerns and issues were having and went to work! He solved our current issue and was willing to educate us on how to fix problems that might pop up in the future! Thank you Mark for your hard work and being so kind to my children. Best service EVER! They have been here twice now - once to fix my kitchen light, and once to fix my dishwasher. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable. They even came back after hours to make sure my thermostat was working right. Ten stars!!!! They go beyond the call of duty!

Mark and his team were great. Mark came in to work on my bathroom electrical and ended up helping us with an additional problem that was small but affected a lot of outlets. He replaced the broken GFI outlet with a regular one and all the outlets on the circuit started working again. The company even reimbursed us for the food we lost over the weekend when the GFI outlet tripped. Our freezers were not plugged into the GFI but unbeknownst to us, it was on the same circuit. Thank you so much to HES Electrical for being kind, caring, understanding and helpful to our family.

Mark is awesome! He gave me an honest bid for a panel upgrade and asked lots of questions to make sure he was doing what I needed (even looking down the future) and nothing more. I ended up going with him for my ductless installs as well and he was fantastic. His work was clean and right on target with what I expected. He’s always on time to the job, friendly and has great communication. I have found my go-to electrician!

I highly recommend H.E.S electrical services. I live in an apartment and they were contracted to do electrical work. Not only was the staff, extremely respectful and friendly, but they were very knowledgeable with any questions and concerns that I had. They even came to my apartment and asked if I had any further questions or concerns before they finish the job. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism, and I would recommend them for your next electrical needs.

Mark Ryker fixed our dryer outlet problem. We live in Odessa, WA so its kinda far from anywhere really. He was even able to show up a day earlier than originally scheduled. Very quick and efficient! We are now able to use our dryer after almost 2 months of it being out of commission

Mark from H.E.S. assisted us with our electrical needs and provided professional, customer focused service. Mark listened to our list of concerns in our newly aquired older home. He was very helpful with our need to balance budget with needed upgrades (safety concerns) vs. aesthetic upgrades. Mark spent time above and beyond to address all of our questions and concerns in helping us make our decision, and was very reasonable and within our price (we got quotes from 5 different electricians). Needless to say, we will be repeat customers of Mark for our electrical needs.

Absolutely fantastic! These guys were able to get me on their schedule in TWO business days unlike everyone else who is booked out 3-4 weeks and their price was more than fair. The technician was very professional and knocked out the job in no time. The best part was, upon completion, he had it virtually inspected on the spot...So convenient!!! Ive had some work done on my house in the last couple of months and Ive experienced everything from an inspector walking in my home like it was an open job site to waiting 3 weeks for the inspector to come and showed up 3 hours after the two hour window that he gave me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HES Electrical and will only use them in the future!

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Any questions or concerns I had they had the answers. We were looking at getting a sub panel installed but decided to replace the main panel instead. They gave me multiple options and explained all the pros and cons so I could choose the best option for me. I definitely recommend using them!

Mark with H.E.S went above and beyond with his services. We lost power late on Christmas day. He promptly returned my call and made it a top priority to restore our power. Quickly after his arrival he got the power back on. Instead of just leaving, he investigated what was causing it. After further examination he realized our oven was to blame for the power loss. He went out of his way to get the parts needed in order to make sure we had a working oven to save us an extra repair appointment. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a hot tub and needed someone to do the electrical work on it. HES responded to my email inquiry I sent through their website the Monday morning after I submitted the inquiry (Saturday). Scheduling an estimate was also easy - they were flexible and timely. They were able to complete the job within a week of deciding to go with them. We found everyone we worked with to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Im a general contractor and have used HES 4 times this year. Ive upgraded an office building from 400 amps to 600 amps service. Replace and upgrade outdated panels on remodels. Install wires, outlets and lights. These guys have a great relationship with LNI and PUD.They stay on the job until its done. HES spits out excellence at everything I throw at them.
