I rarely post public reviews with my name attached but sometimes service is so exceptional that it has to be done. My experience with MAC is one of those rare cases. I tried (quite painfully) for years to find someone that can service a pole barn heater until I finally found MAC services. They were super helpful with communication & scheduling and the service appointment was a huge success. I could not be happier with the experience and highly recommend MAC for any needs.

Austin dd a really great job inspecting my HVAC and plumbing. He really knew what he was doing, worked me in when I needed it done quickly, and was just the nicest! Jordan in their office was also super helpful in scheduling and giving recommendations for services that they didnt provide. Top notch all around and highly recommended!

I am very happy with the service I got from Austin . Amazing person and very accommodating. He was able to come on a holiday and fix my furnace and add the broken parts. He was able to source parts which no other company said would be able to source on a holiday. Let alone come and fix my problem. Service fees are fair. I couldn’t recommend him more for HVAC needs. I will keep using his service for yearly maintenance for foreseeable future. .

Austin did a great job with the minor repair that was needed. It was done quickly and under quote thanks to the parts costing less than expected. He always leaves the space clean and explains just what is going on with the situation. Not our first time using his help and wont be the last.

I turned on the AC and advised my husband over the phone (he was at work). He was not happy with me because he had not had time to do the annual cleaning and maintenance. I called Mac Services and the owner, Austin, was there promptly and did the cleaning and maintenance! He was very professional and informative about the entire process. Had it done before my husband even got home from work. I would highly recommend!

Please call MAC Services!! They do really excellent work.. I had been without my hot water heater for a week and just started a new job, so it was difficult to get time off work for this. He responded quickly and worked with me and offered to come out on a Sunday eve, my day off. They had my old water heater and new one in and installed in just under an hour. He knows what hes doing and is dependable and does Awesome work!! You will be glad you had him help you with such services!!!

Lost my AC unit this week, I was afraid with the wildfires and heat coming next week I was in big trouble. Luckily Austin over at mac services was able to help out in such a timely manner. He came right away and got it installed in no time, my kids will be able to sleep well with proper ventilation and cool blankets! Thank you Austin !

Mac was the greatest - I called very panicked about my steam boiler having problems and having no heat and not only did he accept my text messages photos of the problem, but kept me calm, came out almost immediately, and was so personable and friendly throughout the process. Amazing! I created a disaster trying to replace a faucet on a Friday afternoon. They showed up within an hour, fixed everything and charged me a fraction of what I thought was reasonable.While I hope I don’t have any plumbing emergencies, I will be calling them for ALL future plumbing needs.

Had a toilet that the bolt just kept spinning on and was mounted through my tile on the floor… to big of a job to do my self and that’s when I called MAC Services… got on there schedule, and when it came time for my appointment Thomas showed up and got right to work. In less then an hours tome Thomas was able to fix my toilet and set a new wax ring, and also let me know that the tank bolts needed to be replaced . He offered to replace them for a minimal fee. When you need a Job done right I would recommend MAC services.

Had an emergency situation that needed to be addressed quickly on a Thursday evening. Called this place around 7:00, had a guy out before 8:00, and the problem was fixed before 9:00. Had to pay a small premium for after-hours service but it was well worth it. Everything was explained well and handled in a professional manner. Will be the first call I make the next time I have a plumbing issue.
