The day before we went on vacation I noticed our Generator Light was red meaning it was shut down because of a problem. It was a Sunday so NWI was closed. I put in a call and left a message to have someone come to the house and let themself into the gate in the back yard where the generator is located and check it out. I didnt want to leave the generator down for 2 weeks while we were away because if we had a storm, my sump pump wouldnt be working and the freezers would be shut off also. Anyway on the next day Monday I called them again to see if they got my message and they did and had Earl come out on Wednesday and he found a loose battery connection and tightened it and the problem was fixed at no charge to me. As soon as it was fixed they e-mailed me to tell me everything was OK now. I didnt have to worry me whole vacation about the generator being down. Thats what I call good service. Thank you NWI Generator.. -
