We needed a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed to replace an old box store softener that died and a good friend of ours recommended Canney’s. We were impressed with the sales process and how we were treated….a major factor determining why we chose Canney’s. The installation was efficient and professional and everything was cleaned up when it was finished. The difference in salt usage has been absolutely incredible. We are using at least half the amount of salt as before which is great. The system has worked flawlessly the past two years. Their salt delivery service has been phenomenal. Water softeners aren’t exciting, but Canney’s made it a pleasant experience.

It was great working with Kevin and the team at Canneys.Kevin was helpful, informative and made sure we got squared away with our new water softener and filtration system in no time. We were able to ask all of our questions and he was great in explaining all the steps of setting us up.As for the quality of the water, 10 out of 10. Our water is so much better both the filtered drinking water and the soft water for everything else. After 3 years of hard water, Im delighted with our set-up and already see the feel the difference.

Canneys came in tested the water and let us know what a solution to our water hardness was. Kevin set up the install and everything went off with out a hitch. Now to get on their salt delivery schedule and make it even easier for them to manage it! Who likes to haul 40lb Salt bags to the basement anyways?!? Thanks Kevin and Canneys!

Kevin and Chris did a fantastic job replacing our homes outdated water softener system and adding a Reverse Osmosis system to our kitchen sink and refrigerator. I did not rush into any decision and had more than one quote. I chose Canneys and am so pleased I did! Kevin came out to our house to test our water (extremely hard!), answer questions, and explain the recommended system and installation process. He under promised and over delivered on customer service and the quality of equipment. On installation day, Chris took extra time to examine the absolute best way to run the new RO system line and make sure I was pleased with how it looked. I highly recommend this company!

Canneys is great. They came and installed a new water softener system quickly and had a nice promotion going. When there was a minor issue with the device a couple months later, they came within 2 hours of my phone call and fixed it free of charge

After terrible experiences with a couple other water service experts I finally went to Facebook for a personal referral- several local friends said no one was better than Kevin Canney and they were totally right. Kevin is one of the most knowledgeable and yet humble professionals Ive encountered- of any industry. His expertise led us to FINALLY fix our terrible Elkhart County well water situation (hardness, iron bacteria- if you know, you know!) and he did so without a hint of bamboozlement. He gave us the options based on his opinion and told us what to expect immediately- not hopefully that takes care of it and if not we can make adjustments like Id heard from the two other bigger name but here unmentioned water service companies. He was clear and more than fair with the costs he could control. He set everything up and we were taken care of in a matter of DAYS (not weeks as other companies had quoted for completion). The guys who installed our filter and softener were efficient, friendly, and not in the least bit frustrateable by surprises that came their way (weird fittings, supplier assembly). We had different water in minutes. Yes, MINUTES. We have had no more discoloration in laundry. No more sour smell in showers. No more half cleaned dishes from the dishwasher.We couldnt be happier and know we can trust Kevins word that we will be thrilled with our water for years and years to come thanks to their attention to detail, high regard for customer satisfaction, and quality product choices.

Outstanding customer service! Our water was extremely hard, had it tested, within a few days we had a new filtration system installed by the most pleasant technicians, and can already see a huge difference, even though we were told it could take a day for all of the old water to clear out. I highly recommend this company, great price, great service...wish we had called them years ago!
