I had an excellent experience with Justin when my AC broke down and my house was at 78 with this humid day. I was very concerned about the well-being of my dogs, and Justin was quick to respond. His expertise was immediately evident as he diagnosed the issue and found that my AC unit had a leak. To help cool down my house, he added freon and clearly explained the problem, providing me with practical recommendations for repair and maintenance moving forward. Thanks to his swift and knowledgeable service, my home is cool again, and my pets are comfortable. I highly recommend Justin for his professionalism and dedication!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Justin was quick and detailed oriented. This is the guy you will want to call. A friendly smile and good old fashioned, top notch service. Honest and fair priced. If you have anything that you need as far as plumbing, heating and air, I would recommend him. He came out and hooked up my new gas dryer because LOWES was afraid of a little corrosion. Tested everything and made sure it was working before he left and cleaned up after himself.

Justin and his team at JW Plumbing are seriously amazing. I dont leave many reviews, but I feel the need to share my full recommendation of them. I have called him for all kinds of plumbing issues - big and small - and he has always come through. I live in NM and have an older home in South Bend that my sister currently lives in. It is hard to find someone you can trust, especially when you live so far away. Justin and his crew have always responded to my calls very promptly, either same day or the following day. He has had to clean and cut up tree roots from my main line, clean out a clogged trap under my house, and capped off a hose that was leaking for months. When I called about the leaking hose, it was 9 at night and he still answered the phone and came out the next morning! He is very fair in pricing, honest, and extremely reliable. If you are looking for a great plumbing company, this is the one!!

Justin quickly identified the problem and guided me to the right people to determine who had installed the septic system.Throughout the entire process, Justin acted as my consultant, coordinating with the septic system installer to ensure the issue was resolved. Justins the absolute best! My furnace was not working properly and I thought I was going to have to replace it. 😩 He quickly found the problem (motherboard was out). He got the part quickly and replaced it instead of trying to convince me I needed a new furnace. 😊 He is honest and fair and and doesnt take advantage of people. Justin came to tune up our air conditioning system. He was upfront with fair pricing, professional, and took the time to show what he was doing and explain what he had already done. He was able to answer any questions I had quickly. I happened to be on a work call and could not meet with him at the end of his service, but he kindly let himself out, locked the door behind him, then messaged me to let me know he was finished and had locked the door in his way out. Everyone needs a guy for their plumbing and HVAC needs, why not choose someone who is knowledgeable and trustworthy?

We attempted to install a new thermostat on our water furnace turns out we had it hooked up wrong and we were good through the cool in months but once it started getting colder outside, we were only running on auxiliary heat which was really expensive. The a/c wasn’t working in our mini split system. We called and the technician said he could swing by he was in the area. He quickly identified the leak and refilled it, and my mini split was back to working perfectly. He also changed the element in my hot water heater a week and a half later. The element was very stuck but he worked his magic and got it out saving us ALOT of money. Quick service and honest prices. Will stay with this company for any future services!

Justin saved the day for us! We arrived into town after being gone for a few weeks to find our basement flooded. I called him at 7:30 pm on a Friday night and he was there helping us within the hour. He pumped out the water, found the source of the problem, and was back the following day to install a new water heater. He is a true professional. We hope to never need a plumber again, but if we do there’s no one else other than Justin that we would call.
