I’ve worked with Boston closets on two occasions and I absolutely recommend them! Dave is amazing and thorough and his team that came out to install was equally amazing! They took only 5 hours to do 9 (large) closets and were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I was very comfortable with them in my home and I highly recommend them! Their turnaround time for installation (even around the holidays) and pricing was the best around! Thank you!

Had a great experience with Boston Closet for our newly renovated home. Eddie and his team were great, listened to what we wanted, didnt try to up sell us on things we didnt need and got the closet installed two days after we approved the design. We got quotes from other competitors and Boston Closet crushed them on price, quality and time frame to install. Cant recommend them enough!!!

Couldn’t be happier with my two new closet systems and shelving unit. Kevin and Eric arrived on time and completed the job professionally and with minimum disruption to neighbors. They cleaned up when the work was done and were great to work with! I would use these folks again without hesitation. The cost was reasonable and well worth the investment.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Dave C. and Boston Closet! I needed a murphy bed installed for my parents guest room/office at their new apartment. I called Boston Closet on a Wednesday afternoon and Dave was there to measure the space the very next day.Dave was sensitive to my parents’ needs and my budget. We had a quote the very next day and the Murphy bed and shelves were installed within a week. The bed looks amazing in the room and is perfect for their needs. Thank you Dave and Boston Closet! Had a Murphy bed with drawers/shelving installed, along with a single closet system for a studio condo. They did a great job, clean install, everything was high end. You would not know they were even there as the clean up was spotless. Great sales/customer service, communication was excellent and pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

We bought a nice big home in NH but it was built in the 80’s and didn’t have great closet space. Boston Closets came in and reviewed our spaces and provided options. They updated 5 different closet spaces along with transforming a bedroom into a full blown walk-in closet. Absolutely spectacular!! I wasn’t sure to be more impressed with their work or the clean-up they did after. Once they left our house it was almost as if they never came in! And they got it all done in 1 day! I’d recommend this company to anyone trying to beef up their closet space or flat out build a new closet. Well done BC!

We had different a contractor ghost us and Boston Closet Co saved the day. They came, gave us a quote, and finished installation in the same week. They were also cheaper than the contractor who ghosted us. They put together a built in wardrobe for us and it looks amazing and high end. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Boston Closet Company was excellent to work with adding built-in storage to the closets in our new condo. We moved from far out of state, and they worked with us to see the condo and measure, and then go over designs remotely with us. Once we decided to choose their design, they were ready within days (they actually got us in a few days earlier than we originally scheduled!). On installation, a team of three showed up on time, with everything they needed for the installation, and got right to work. A few hours later, our new shelves and racks were installed and we could finally move in. The team was professional, respectful of our space and time, and seemed like they were having a good time doing the work, which is always nice to see. As for the quality of work, the closets are highly functional and are well-integrated into our condo, they look like they were always there. The space is useful, the materials are good quality (laminated MDF I think), everything is adjustable as our needs change in the future. If you want good quality work done in a timely fashion, Boston Closet Company is a great choice for you.

The tiny, narrow closet adjacent to the kitchen HAD to become a pantry. There is so little storage in the new condo! Dom was great on the phone, Ellen a gifted designer, and Anthony a wonderful craftsman. And the whole process was surprisingly quick. A couple vertical spaces hold trays and pans. Two pull-out drawers take the taller containers. Two more fixed shelves are for cans and the like. The space on top accommodates more flat pans and boxes of foil, plastic and whatnot fill the topmost space. I am just tickled. A space of utility and beauty, and a GREAT value!

SOOOO happy with our new closets and so truly impressed with this company. The on-site consultation and initial planning was straightforward and so helpful, we had a budget and final cost quickly, and we’re able to get out closets within a few weeks. The installation was done in less than a day and so beautiful. Such a good investment!!! Saves us on space and furniture and everything is so organized. Looking forward to recommending this company!!!

I have used Boston Closet multiple times on my own home and have referred them to clients as well. They are easy to communicate with, their prices are more than competitive and they always meet my (very) tight deadline/timelines. They are locally owned and I have worked with the same rep each time unlike other, large national chains. Bob is our rep and hes wonderful. All of their installers show up right on time, are hard workers and dont leave the site until everything is perfect. They always clean up properly as well. I cant recommend them enough.!

Great experience all around. Team built us high end closets quickly. Clearly knew what they were doing and designed us very usable spaces. I changed my mind on a couple of things and they were happy to accommodate. The installation crew was impressive and professional. They got the whole big job done one week from the time I initially reached out for a quote, and actually offered to have it done sooner but it didn’t work for my schedule. Highly recommend.

Boston Closet Co. has been a pleasure to work with from its outstanding customer service to the quality of their work to their timely delivery and reasonable cost. I had reached out to numerous contractors - some didn’t get back to me, others quoted me what I knew to be way too high and still others didn’t seem to be listening to what I wanted/needed. Boston Closet sent the most wonderful, professional, talented employee to my house within two days of my contact. Anthony listened to me, took measurements, and went back and forth with me on what wouid work best. He sent me a proposed design within a week and came back to my house to go over the design and to show me the different materials and colors as well as price points and delivery timeframes. Anthony then scheduled the dates/times to do the work based on delivery of the materials and he completed the work timely and skillfully. Because of this, I recently hired Boston closet to do some more work which was again completed expertly and timely. I will contour to use this company/Anthony for all of my indoor needs for built-in solutions. I am thankful that I came across this company.

I worked with Ellen when we wanted to design our master closet, all of the bedroom closets and one big project in the basement. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is so knowledgable with great design and style and most importantly was responding to all of my messages SO PROMPTLY. I was honestly so amazed at how professional, knowledgable and responsive she was. She helped me engineer the design and it turned out so beautiful and functional. She also recommended the color and style of the basement closet and I just trusted her. The design turned out to be SO beautiful and is matching with the theme of our house. She is such a true pleasure to work with.
