Cristiane and her team at LC Carpentry Masonry did a beautiful job on our new deck in Somerville! We needed a complete tear down of the existing triple decker and a rebuild of a brand new one. Cristiane came to our house to go over our project and offered her insights and ideas as well as informing us what the steps of the process would look like. The quote came quick and was a fair price. Communication was great. We had an idea for what we wanted the porch to look like and they were able to reproduce it exactly! Time and care was taken on the small details and the team was able to pivot quickly when needed. The whole process was professional and pleasant. We couldnt be happier with LC Carpentry Masonry!

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with LC Carpentry. We renovated the entire upper floor of our home (renovation in late winter-early spring 2023, home was built in 1886 and was practically a gut job), and the project remained on time and on budget. All the teams involved in the work were professional, personable, arrived when they said they would, and had prompt communication. Cristiane listened to our lists of must haves, helped optimize and make suggestions to our floor plan to make the best use of space, and considered the age and style of our home to ensure the renovation seamlessly fit in with the rest of the house. She cared for our home and project with an unparalleled attention to detail, making it feel like the project was her own home as well. I cant wait to hire LC Carpentry for future work on the house!

We are so happy with our project! We redid our loving room/dining room area with new paint and recessed lights and in the kitchen a new counter, backsplash and new paint. We also did the floors in all the rooms. The contractor took care of every detail and everyone was fantastic to work with. We’ve never had a project go so smoothly— or so fast. The entire thing was done in last than one month!

LC was tasked with updating the flooring of my front entryway to composite flooring. They were efficient, thorough and did a stellar job. They went above & beyond to provide us a good experience, driving to multiple locations to find the flooring we wanted and were able to pivot when our scope increased and they had to rebuild our front steps - all within the same timeline. We couldnt be more happy with how things turned out.

LC Carpentry did an amazing job fixing up our office building. We searched for General Contractors that would be able to do quality work within our allotted budget and Cristiane went above and beyond what we expected.They are highly qualified with extensive knowledge about general contracting. We had our entire building pressure cleaned and painted, re-placed pavers as well as had all of our decorative metal gates powder coated and everything was done one time and within budget. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks

Cristiane and crew were professional, honest, reliable and fair from beginning to end. We hired her and her team to replace our front door and entire front entryway. They did an outstanding job. The workis beautiful.Her prices are fair and affordable. We interviewed many contractors but we could tell that our concerns were her concerns. She and her team delivered outstanding customer service. We are so incredibly happy with the results and will definitely hire Cristiane and team for our future projects. Five stars!!

I talked to a number of well-reviewed deck builders before engaging Hayce & Cristiane . The difference with CDB was that in initial conversations, they had a much stronger handle on the design process and attention to detail I was looking for. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted, had made scale drawings and bookmarked photos; the suggestions they made were really on point and actually improved the outcome tremendously. Terrific creative partners to work with, combined with 100% reliability and fast, on-budget execution. Great experience and highly recommend.

I wasn’t sure if Cristiane from LC Carpentry would be able to help with a minor repair. I thought they would only handle renovations. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a part of my garage door where it looks like the wood was coming off from the house and this was supporting my garage door. I sent Cris a picture and he said no problem, we can fix that. Cris showed up on time Monday morning and went right to work. She was very professional but also very friendly. When he realized the quick fix was not going to be satisfactory, he explained what he would recommend fixing the problem. She explained what he was going to do and made sure I understood it. Within a couple of hours, everything was completed and cleaned up like they were not even there. I would highly recommend LC Carpentry. They took the time to make sure the job was done correctly, even a small job. They took the time to make sure they explained what needed to be done. They were very committed to doing the job correctly

Cris and her team are amazing. She gave me a quote and that’s what I paid. She was very patient with me in selecting the right kind of shades for the project, sending me selections. The project was done in 1 day and looks amazing. Hayce was on site and was very professional and time efficient. They are located in Boston, but came to Portsmouth,RI to do our project. What contractor does that without charging an arm and a leg for great work.Now I just have to raise the funding for her and her real to do my next project, a tractor shed.I LOVE supporting a woman owned business. Use her, it’s very worth it.

LC Carpentry Masonry went above and beyond our expectations! They were prompt and personable when requesting a quote. They gave us a fair quote and didnt pressure us one way or another at any point during our project. They pointed out improvements and additional work that could be done as the project went along but they were great about making sure we werent pressured to make the decisions. Chris and Hayce were very understanding and accommodating through the entire project. And the final product looks amazing they really did a great job and didnt cut any corners. I highly recommend this company for anyone doing any kind of construction on their house.

Very good. We had the house exterior stucco and woodwork including the eaves, garage door, and front yard fencing repaired, sanded and painted, a large gate replaced, an exterior entry door replaced and a bathroom painted. A big job. Even the windows got washed. This was best Contractor Ive dealt with. Everyone was honest, patient and worked hard to finish on time and get it right. Most importantly, to me, the project manager, Cristiane from the original meeting/estimate/contract wasnt pushy, had great suggestions, set a schedule that was followed, and kept me constantly in the loop with texts, pictures, and calls. Important because this was my Mothers house. The crews were great. If I spotted anything that needed changing they cheerfully adjusted so everything was right. The cleanup was great.They werent happy until we were happy. A Good experience. Ill use them again.
