    I hired River City to revise an existing floor plan to create another room on the second floor of our house. Kevin and his team were terrific to work with. Kevin is such a nice guy and extremely knowledgable and professional when it comes to his business. He came up with a plan, and all the work started and was completed on time. Kevin was responsive and kept me informed of everything going on. He troubleshooted a couple small issues that came up and worked with me to get the job completed on budget.His team of on site workers were great as well, starting with Edwin, who is kind, passionate and very skilled at what he does. I am thrilled to have found River City for this job and would hire them in a second for another project. You will not regret working with Kevin and River City Construction, they are the best.

The work they did was meticulous, and they made sure to cleanup any mess from the work. What stood out most was their friendly attitude and their willingness to answer any questions we had throughout the process. They truly put us at ease during a stressful time and made the entire experience as painless as possible. In the end, the job was completed to our satisfaction and we are extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service and workmanship provided by Kevin, Edwin and the entire team at River City Construction.     I truly cannot say enough great things about River City Construction- Kevin and his whole crew!!! We have a classic Medford four season front porch (uninsulated) and wanted it converted into an extension of the house / office and mud room.Kevin was super prompt and helped with the design ideas— I didn’t even talk to another company and chose them immediately.Here’s what I’m impressed with:1) Spot on timing estimate, the crew was here everyday at 9am2) Kept me informed and updated every step of the way3) Everyone was such a joy to work with. They’re all super talented and nice, my dog is obsessed with them all4)They’re all so talented and did super top notch work. We threw in a curve ball and wanted a stained glass piece installed and they figured it out and looks gorgeous5) They did a huge range of work— securing the porch, full insulation, closing up windows, new floors, walls, recessive lighting, added heating, painting etc. — everything looks perfectTwo of my neighbors took their number down. These guys are amazing and will absolutely work with them for anything else we need in the future

    Kevin and his team are fantastic. We wanted to expand a closet, install overhead lighting, paint, and add crown molding to our second bedroom. He was super responsive and fit us into his schedule while accommodating our own travel schedule.     It was a pleasure doing business with Kevin Cordova and his team at River City Construction. Of the various bathroom and shower contractors and companies we consulted, River City was the best fit for us. We appreciated that Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and informative but never pushy, and always made himself available to speak and answer questions for many weeks after his initial visit. His prices were fair, and his estimate was exactly what we paid. And we are really pleased with the results! Our two bathrooms had felt kind of institutional and unfinished before, and now they are much more attractive and in much better condition. Kevin and his team are all friendly, polite, and patient. They went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied, even attending to details that weren’t in our original agreement. And on the last day they brought in a three-person cleaning crew to clean the entire floor of our house, even though we had only done work in the bathrooms, for no extra charge!

    OUTSTANDING WORK! I got my Facia and Soffit fixed from my rear building which was very very high (4 story building 60+ FT) This project had to be done in literally 3-4 days max.From the moment I called River City Construction they put me at ease and let me know they could get the job done. I was able to meet with Kevin and Edwin prior the work as well and Was so grateful to have found them! They answered every question I had and had so much patience. They’re full of knowledge and want to educate their clients as well which is so important! They went above and beyond for me and met all my expectations including getting this done in 1.5 day. Boy did we find some surprises! All along the way, Kevin, Edwin, and the rest of the team kept us informed of progress and schedule. They worked with us on the design of the new bathroom, and also worked around a few issues caused by Lowes (late deliveries, defective products, wrong paint colors) with professionalism. Ill definitely be going with River City again if and when do our kitchen or other room renovation.

The thing that sets Kevin apart from other contractors is his trustworthiness, attention to detail, and drive to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.Kevin took our Master bedroom, and transformed it to have an on-suite master bathroom. He was always in communication with scheduling, and when things in the field popped up that required any changes to plan, He always kept us in the know. He provided his expertise but allowed us to make the final decision to make sure we ended up with our dream bathroom. In the end, we got a perfect bathroom that came in right on budget!Never once did I feel like Kevin was trying to take advantage or take short cuts which is always the first concern with any large projects like this. He was always available via phone, and still is even after completion! We cannot wait to get River City back in for the next project.

    This by far one of the best companies for any of your remodeling needs, they provide good quality service and great costumer service. They would clean your whole house after each project. I haven’t heard of any company that takes care of their employees and their clients as RCC does.
