    Obviously no one wants to deal with a plumber. But Mission handled my entire sewer replacement quickly and effectively. Joseph and his team were fast and efficient and provided quick service. They have been willing to be open with information to me, allowing me to better understand my home. I would recommend for any major sewer repairs for sure!

    In the past year or so I have used Mission PHC to replace a broken sump pump, a failing furnace and a rusting water heater. I found them to be responsive and very good at explaining the problem in each case. They offered all options of repair or replace (with quotes on the spot), and helped me think through those options vs. waiting until the appliance fully failed.The quotes checked out to be competitive, there was absolutely no pressure to make an immediate decision, and most importantly, everyone was professional, courteous, and did a good job.

    My A/C quit working and a friend recommended them as honest. I called on Thursday, August 1. They came on Friday, August 2. I felt really good about both Chris and Andrew. They answered all of my questions in a very straightforward way, and I never felt like they were trying to sell me on any one thing. My system was 17 years old and I opted to replace it. They fit me in on Monday. I am impressed with the price of their annual service package, which includes visits for A/C, Heating, and plumbing, for just under $200. I am very happy with the responsiveness and personalized service I received.

    My experience with Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling was most pleasant. The process from the online tool, making an appointment online, to texting the confirmation was extremely proficient. I made the online appointment on a Sunday, confirmed a Monday morning appointment, and was notified when the technician was en route. The technician (Collin) was on time, courteous, professional, and explained the faults, the fixes, and the charges up front. The issues were fixed and while I can say that I don’t enjoy the unexpected costs for leaky appliances - the experience with Mission Plumbing made the pain a lot less and I was most satisfied with the end result.     Mission Plumbing heating and cooling is an amazing company I highly recommend ! When my AC went out I was able to get a technician out same day. At the time I purchased an agreement to have my unit inspected each year to ensure it was working great ! Technician Jazper was amazing efficient and quick. All technicians and customer service agents I have spoken too are all equally amazing !

    Brooks showed up in the time agreed upon. He inspected main entrance valve and determined it just need to be tightened for now.He sent me an email estimate for replacing valve in the future if need be. He is very knowledgeable about all plumbing needs and asked if there was anything else he could help with.Friendly and knowledgeable is a good quality combination.

    We purchased a garbage disposal elsewhere and had it installed. Some pipes needed to be rearranged to accommodate the new set-up. Ended up costing close to $800. Sticker shock aside Nate was very kind and knowledgeable and we didn’t have to wait long at all for service. I called on a Sunday afternoon and Nate was at the house less than 24 hours later.

    We’ve needed a new AC and Furnace for years but what we had was always good enough. I’m also someone who has done most of the work on my house by myself. So trusting someone to come in and do such a huge project for a substantial amount of money was nerve-racking.I got three estimates and one of the reasons I went with Mission was due to the professionalism of their estimate process. A man name Craig came into my house took numerous pictures spent significant time in the crawlspace, drawing and measuring exactly what they would need to do. None of the other two companies did that they looked at it and then sent me an estimate.All three estimates were fairly comparable in amounts and what we would be getting. Mission did a little better and what they could offer in the mid range. Both Craig and the office manager were very responsive and set up our install in very short order.The day of the installation they arrived on time and worked constantly until they were done. It took the better part of 8 to 9 hours. Then the installer took the time to show me how everything works, what changes are necessary in the winter versus the summer, and even fixed a light fixture in the crawl space that had been busted for years! I believe his name was Steven.Everyone I interacted with at Mission was professional, courteous, honest, and seemed genuinely glad to be providing the service to me.I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done.

    Guy was really nice gave price & recommendations. Communication between their office and plumber was lacking though as I wasnt going to get estimate with a service fee so the woman on the phone waived the fee. However, when the plumber was leaving he said something like what I need from you is a check for $89. Not a quote but seemed a bit strong. Anyway, he called the office & they straightened out the waived fee. All good.Wanted estimate from them as my Mom used them for their plumbing work.

    Wynston is a new tech a did a great job. A very nice young man. So new he’s not on the list of technicians when starting this review. Home Depot had dropped off our new dishwasher but couldn’t complete the install because of the copper line. Called Mission and they were able to get with the next day (Sat.) Thanks Wynston!

    Mission Plumbing was here when they said, completed the job quickly. They were prompt, efficient, and didn’t waste my time or money. In and out, and gave great advice for the future. I have been a faithful customer for over four years, including some bigger jobs like replacing and upgrading my air conditioning system with a five inch filtration system, and air purifier and more. Will always call on them first. BTW, received an email from them advertising a $49.00 special on water heater tune up and they came out that same day. 5 GOLD STARS!!!

    Austin was very helpful & resolved problem with clogged drain line to furnace causing water build up. I called the office and they set my appointment between 2-4 PM. Austin actually was able to come earlier which was great.He was attentive and listened to my concerns. He performed the needed unclogging the drain hose and also cleaned the outside ac unit to be sure everything was working ok. Everything was covered by our Home Comfort Plan. Glad we purchased it. Would recommend to others to provide piece of mind.😊

    This is not the first time I’ve used Mission Plumbing but I will be calling them again if I have other plumbing issues. The plumber, Kenton Turpin, did an excellent job of replacing a leaking shut off valve for my washer. He quickly diagnosed the issue gave me a price and had all the necessary tools on his truck to effect the repair. It took longer to get the water shut off in my building than it did for Kenton to do his work. I’m very happy with the work, the price was reasonable and excellent service! I’ll use Mission Plumbing again in the future!

Today 5/21/2024, Michael was good to get A/C running. He was friendly, professional, informative and on time. John is helpful, friendly, professional, and gets the job done!     We called Mission after 3 or 4 other places given an AC emergency. They said they could come same day on a Sunday and even showed up earlier than projected. We had a very complex issue that previous companies either overlooked or ignored. Chris was thorough, patient, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.     A couple weeks ago, my AC unit quit working. I called Mission Heating and Cooling and they were able to send Chris out to inspect the issue. He explained everything and gave me an estimate for the repairs. He said he could send a rep out to give me an estimate for a new unit (as ours was on the older side). Patrick came out the next day, gave me an estimate on a new unit, and we decided to go through with it. A couple days later, David and his crew came out and got to work quickly. They did an amazing job and I will be using Mission heating and cooling with any issues I have!

    Had a leak with my humidifier on my furnace. I purchased this unit package with AC, furnace and humidifier with Mission 6 years ago. I had no trouble until today. Super Bowl Sunday.
