We recently used Jims Portable service for a property that was one owner from 1989 and we didnt even know if there was a septic tank and Jim found it! I cannot begin to tell you how relieved we were that he located it and was able to empty the very full tank that hadnt been emptied in like 30 years, eek! His prices were fair and we couldnt be happier with his service! If you need a septic guy, I highly recommend this service!

Absolutely amazing service. Did a very thorough maintenance and pumping of our aerobic septic system. They also took the time to educate me on what I needed to do to maintain the system. Very fair pricing and on time. Definitely my new go to guys!

I highly recommend these guys! We recently moved to a property with an existing septic system that had been dormant for at least 3 years. It was in serious need of pumping as well as a compressor rebuilds and pump replacement. They had everything needed to do all repairs immediately. They were very thorough and walked us through monthly maintenance. Save yourself a lot of time and money - call Jims!!

After using them for over 3 years I find them very professional. Prompt delivery and they keep toilets clean once a week. If you need more they are quick to deliver. Any time we had a minor problem when I called, I was met with professionalism. They have always been quick to respond to any issue. Its great because nobody wants to think about their porta jons each week. They are like the tooth fairy, you never see them but its all pixie dust after they are gone.

They came out. They cleared a blockage in the line coming from the house going to the septic tank, then pumped out the tank. All in about an hours time. Fast, friendly service. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

I called irwins after Jims couldnt get to me as quickly as I wanted. After Irwins came out and failed to disclose that when they couldnt find my tank itd be 325$ I called Jims back. Irwins charged me 325$ for nothing Jims charged me less than that, helped me find my tank and was amazing!

We were having problems with our aerobic system so I called Jim’s on a Wednesday afternoon and they were out first thing Thursday morning. They were very professional, honest, and helpful when it came to preventative maintenance and getting the septic clean. Outstanding service and fairly priced for the work. Would recommend without a doubt.
