Great experience all around! Jamie was an amazing help finding the system at the budget we needed! I really like how he approached as a practical homeowner and not another salesman trying to make the biggest commission. Brian and Mark were very professional installing the equipment very clean looking and well put together! I initially had a problem with space but they were able to still give me everything I wanted within the space constraints! 100% would recommend!

I had my AC, Furnace, Water Heater & Humidifier replaced the 1st week of January by Jason & his team and they did a WONDERFUL job!When they removed the legacy system they even cleaned up the concrete under it before they put in the new system! Talk about WHITE GLOVE SERVICE!These guys are PROs! All the way from Carol who calls to schedule the appointments (love her bird dog tenacity), to Phil who sold me the system and did the initial assessment, to Jasons team who installed the system! My favorite thing is the service plan! They come out twice a year so I dont have to worry & they ship my filters right to my front door! Phil even came out and followed up on the installation a couple of weeks after it was installed, very different from a lot of the Thanks for the money, now bye Felicia.... salesmen out there!If you need any HVAC or Plumbing, I highly recommend APW! They are a class act!

We had APW come out to take a look at our old water heater. They did a thorough inspection and made their recommendations for replacement. They also took the opportunity to review our other systems as we were looking to potentially replace older units. They were very professional and courteous. They explained what they were doing and gave us honest options. To boot they even came a day early due to a cancellation. Appreciated the opportunity to work with them and will look to work with them in the future.

I used this company to get a new furnace, AC and tankless water heater. Today, Doug came and did a complete humidifier service and blower cleaning w/duct cleaning. He did it quickly and made no mess at all. He also took care of some loose wires that were sitting on the furnace that I asked him about. I hadnt seen them before the last maintenance was done. Everyone I have had any dealings with at this company have been professional and courteous and they have done a great job at all times. I appreciate their professionalism .

Prior to calling APW, I had another Heating and Cooling company out to look at my AC which had been shutting off. Long story short, I was advised they could remove some refrigerant in order to limp it into the fall so we could replace it at a later date, or we could just replace it now. I chose to have the refrigerant removed, and hoped for the best.2 weeks later the house just couldnt stay below 80 degrees so I called APW to get a second opinion. They arrived at the early part of their window and got to work. Tyler Moore was the technician and he was very professional, explaining and showing me what the problems were and why they caused this issue. The next part is what won APW my business for life. Tyler explained the issue was misdiagnosed by my previous provider, meaning I was about 4lb light on refrigerant ($1300) and suggested I reach out to them to see if they would replace or reimburse me for it. Well I did, and they did agree to come do that. So Tyler saved me over $1000 and got the rest of his job done in a professional and efficient manner. Because of this, I signed up for their regular cleaning program.

We used this company through our home warranty and they went above and beyond. The spotted the leak in our system very quickly, and worked with our home warranty company to cover the issue. We only had to pay the initial service call fee. I was highly impressed with their service and even more so with their follow up call making sure I was satisfied. 10/10 APW! Would highly recommend.

They took really good care of me. They changed staff on answering phone calls 📞. They went over and beyond to reconcile the mistake of the person I first dealt with. I really appreciate them owning up to what that staff person did. I loved the service technician they sent out to us. He has been working with them over 10 years very professional and understanding of what the problem was. Again went beyond to help me. I would truly recommend this company. They took care of the situation and it didnt cost me more.

I got my system in 2017 and have kept my systems maintained with them and they have kept their word of the warranty which is rare in my opinion. They’ve always worked to be kind and understanding in their customer service. Henry has been to our home a few times and today and even though he had to order parts he was thorough in explaining what was wrong and is on top of getting it fixed ASAP and staying in communication. They are respectful of wearing booties to keep from tracking things in and are always nice to my kids who are so interested in knowing what they’re doing.

We had our hvac + furnace replaced by APW two years ago during the 18 heat wave. They were quick to solve our problem, professional, and overall amazing and have continued to be so since.This afternoon we had Henry out and 5/5 Stars doesnt cover the interaction I just had with him. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and informative. He ran through each step of his work thoroughly with me and was happy to answer all of my questions. What Im trying to say is that Henry is awesome and his customer service is top notch. APW is blessed to have a technician like him and many others on their staff and its a very large reason I recommend them to those I know.I greatly look forward to our next inspection.

APW sent a great technician to help us. His name is Brad. He came out to service our water purification system and did a very efficient job on that! He noticed there was a problem with a leak in our HVAC system and repaired the drain lines while he was here. He was very thorough in his work and in explaining what he was doing. We felt lucky to have him as our technician! Our water purification system is working great now, and he probably saved us a lot of money on a damaged HVAC system by repairing our drain lines!

Called APW yesterday about a possible gas leak another furnace company had detected during a tune up. We’re first time home owners and didn’t know APW had initially worked and installed our furnaces. The receptionist on the phone was so sweet and quick to put us on the schedule for the next day. Tyler with APW came out to our home in Basehor and fixed the problem quickly then also inspected our other second furnace to make sure there weren’t any gas leaks coming from that one either. Tyler was great, informative, very kind and professional. Highly recommend Tyler and APW. Definitely will be staying with them for all our cooling, plumbing and heating needs for our new home.

This is a woman owed business and I was connected with them through my 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. They were able to provide extremely quick service, my entirely new HVAC system was installed 2 days after I met them and they provided several upgrades, discounts, and promotions. They provide easy financing. After installation, they do a post installation walk through to answer any questions and double check their work. If you use their biannual service agreement (included for the first year at no cost) , they also provide a 12 year warranty! They even sent me a thank you gift of cookies and a vacuum insulated cup!

I am happy with the service APW provided. The service technicians were able to arrive earlier than scheduled (which was good for me). Dave Moreno and Josue were professional, polite, and efficient. They got in, did the work as explained, and finished up in a very reasonable time frame. When I asked for additional bids for other possible projects, they worked those up without hesitation. Instead of calling another vendor and wondering if you will hear back or when they might arrive and what they will do, give APW a try.

I was really impressed with this company. From start to finish, they were very professional. Every person we spoke with were helpful and super friendly. I really appreciated the fact that they would call you and kept you informed about when you could expect someone and a follow up if the person was running late. Whole company outstanding, they talk to each other! Easy and fast scheduling. Arrived on time and called to tell me on the way. I had called the office to tell them I was working in the front yard and may miss that phone call... which I did. They coordinated with Caleb for me. Caleb took care of checking and cleaning my A/C and then updated me on best practices to take care of both my A/C and heater. He reviewed everything he had done and made sure I knew where and how to change my filter. My units are very old and the filter was in the heater, actually the fan unit in the garage. I am so pleased I can count on them to return if I have problems. I have signed up for the service contract in the fall, very pleased with their pricing too.

The company did have to send a second person out, as my issue wasn’t initially resolved. However, when I called again, the representative was very professional and customer focused. They sent the master technician out and he was personable, took the time to diagnose the issue and validated the toilet was properly fixed. I appreciate working with a company like this. I was pleasantly please that my warranty company contracted APW for my plumbing repair. They communicated by Email once they accepted my warranty companys repair request, advised me when the technician was enroute to our home and Joshe and Steve arrived 5 minutes early. Upon arrival they ask If I preferred that they wear a mask before they entered my home and they were gracious in complying with my request to do so. They quickly diagnosed the problem, contacted my warranty company to determine coverage for the repair and was able to make the repair and inspect the water pressure within 50 minutes and they advised me the part my warranty did not cover was inexpensive and could be purchased at Menards or homr depot. I am very satisfied with the service they provided.

We recently had issues with our air conditioner. With the hot weather, we were really concerned and need a company to have a quick response. Not knowing very many air conditioner service companies, it was suggested to call APW. APW responded quickly and was able to come the next day. Spencer was our service technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very honest with the issues concerning the A/C. In the future, I will be calling APW when an issue with plumbing, heating or cooling come up. Before calling APW I called PoleStar and let’s just say that $400 and 3 techs later the problem was not solved but tried to sell me a new unit to replace my 2 year old unit that they installed.David was the tech that came out to my house, not only was was he on time but he was early. Within 10 minutes of David was able to fix the problem!! David was nice enough to walk me through the features on my thermostat. The office staff was very polite and had amazing customer service.I would hands down recommend APW to friends and family. When you call them ask for David.

I had a great experience. After a big rain, my sump pump had gone bad. The dispatcher got me on the list for the very next day when lots of basements were flooded. The job ended up requiring more than just a new sump pump, as some flow valve had rusted out too. The technician had to leave for parts but got the job done beautifully. They offered me a better quality sump pump as an up sell, which I didnt want--and they didnt make me feel bad about that.

The plumbing technician evaluated the issue and solved the problem of replacing two outside water faucets in 90 minutes. The cost was a bit over competitors. Given the situation and timing, I was happy with the service and urgency of resolving a minor catastrophe of a flooded basement.

I had a technician come out from APW through my home warranty insurance. When I called, the girl I spoke with was very kind, and they sent someone right away and he was at my house within an hour of my call. Masters was my technician. Unfortunately the issue I had with my furnace was something through the gas company and not through the actual furnace. But I was so impressed with how Masters stayed to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He also stayed and took the time to explain how the furnace and water heaters both work to me and the proper maintenance that should be preformed to have the maximum life for them. From my understanding, APW is a smaller company and that is something I like to support. I will be getting my annual HVAC Maintanence plan through them.

I met one their reps at Blue Springs Fall Fun Fest. I scheduled a meeting with one of their technicians, Steve E. and he came out to look at our system and took the time to over everything with us step by step. I initio was only wanting a fyrnace, but ended up with a furnace, new central air and water heater. Dixie, the owner, worked with our credit and was able to get us financed and scheduled our install 3 days later. The crew showed up early and stayed all day (12+ hours) removing our old system and installing the new. They were beyond professional and courteous to our home and even tolerated our dogs barking at them every time they entered their space. We ended up having a connection problem every time they tried to turn on furnace and I was given a call by their office to schedule for a tech to come back out and loo at. Steve, our original tech called me first thing next day and worked with my schedule to come out. He also told me what he was going to do during the install and then showed me what he did when the installation was complete. Everything was neat and clean when installer left.

My wife and I have recently had several concerns with our A/C in the home we just purchased. Thankfully we purchased a home warranty and repairs have been covered. When we first had a concern the warranty company sent out a competing repair company and they were unprofessional, dishonest and attempted to charge us for something we didnt need. I contacted the warranty company and demanded a different Company come out. They sent me to APW and it was a completely difference experience. They went above and beyond in every way. We were hosting a graduation party in two days and it was 90 degrees outside. Ashley and Yvonne worked with me to create a spot within their schedule the next day and the technician Jim stayed at our home until about 11pm working on the unit until it was fixed. I cant thank APW enough for providing such great service!

Today is January 162020. Jason from APW heating& cooling came to my house. I have been feeling dirt getting in my mouth, eyes and around my nose at night while trying too sleep. I was having that problem for a year. Jason did a through check from basement too attic. He found the problem, it was some work that was done that the covers were put back wrong the part that takes in air was at the bottom and taking air off basement floor.
