Steve was absolutely the best Saturday. He came out fixed my problem in no time at all. We do have AHS but me waiting forever for them to come out NO. He also mentioned to me that I can also pay him for our service and get reimbursed from AHS this was absolutely right . I know I will be putting Complete Plumbing in my phone under speed dail . Best plumbing business in Shawnee and the only plumbers Ill be calling. Ive used other plumbers only to be disappointed and overcharged. Although they were extremely busy this week due to the weather, they surprised me showing up and going beyond what was needed.They helped me with a busted pipe under our house and got my water running again and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the hard work you guys put in!

We had a clogged sink that was not responding to standard cleaners and simple solutions. We called on a Saturday morning, and they were responsive, arrived later that morning, and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes for a reasonable price. Very nice and pleasant people. Would highly recommend.

When we moved into our home 3 years ago, we had to have 4ft of plumbing replaced in our backyard by another company. Come to find out they didn’t not use the correct pipe so we started experiencing toilet blockages again. We called Complete and they were out within two days to scope our lines to identify the problem. They even showed us the video as they scoped the lines. They ended up replacing our cleanouts and installed the correct pipe. Everyone was very communicative, prompt, and kind. The work is well done and fairly priced.

This place was a huge relief after receiving a visit with a costly upfront fee and 7k estimate for a busted pipe. The plumber who came to visit explained for me to understand why he was doing what he was doing, and gave me the option of doing something to my property or not. There was no hassle like I was talking to a high pressure salesman, or a constantly climbing receipt price. The plumber gave me advice on future projects, prevention, and how the business could help me in the future. Next time, this will be my ONLY call. Thank you!
