We have had an issue for a long time with the plumbing in the master shower Ever since we did a remodel and it has caused damage. The remodel company would not come back to the house and subsequently went out of business. We have hired several certified plumbers to no avail. With a lot of money spent later and no resolution I thankfully got a referral to Matt at Fratzel Plumbing. Matt is top notch and very knowledgeable in his trade. Matt is very trustworthy, honest and is a master plumber. I can not recommend Matt and his company highly enough. You will be very pleased and satisfied with the service and attention he gives to the issue you have. Thanks again Matt. I am going to share your info far and wide because he diagnosed an issue no one else was able to!!!

Our guest bathroom drain was clogged. A repairman came over to clean it out but it was so old and corroded that the pipe crumbled. He replaced the broken parts but was still seeing some leakage where the pipe connected to the main drain. After consulting with his supervisor, they decided that they needed their boss to come and do the repair. He came in 24 hours later and was able to replace all the old worn-out pipe. Everyone left the work area clean, they explained each step of the process and the end price was very fair considering the amount of work that went into this.

I had an issue with the icemaker and water dispenser on my refrigerator and the repairman determined that it was the water line. So I called Fratzel Plumbing and they were able to send Hunter out the next day. He analyzed the problem, explained what it was, and fixed it immediately. I was very impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, friendliness, and treatment of me as a customer and as a person. I also had him check my garbage disposal as it was vibrating and making a lot of noise. I did have to replace it, but the process was so easy. We determined which one I wanted, scheduled an appointment for the next week. Hunter arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I am a senior citizen and I was very pleased with what was charged to do all of the work. They did not try to gauge me (as I have had a very well known plumbing company do previously). Fratzel Plumbing will be my ‘go to’ plumber from now on and I highly recommend their excellent service. Thankful for companies like Fratzel!

I saved $1,000 by using this company. I have a warranty with AB May and used it frequently. When I found out that I had a main sewer line that was broken, I freaked out and quickly called AB May to see if it was covered in my warranty. Unfortunately it was not covered in my warranty and AB May quoted me at their Valued Customer Rate of $4,000 to cut concrete. Since I was selling my home, I quickly let me real estate agent know about this and he called someone he knew that could help. It happens that Matt Fratzel showed up at the same time the AB May guy was there. He quoted me at $1,000 less than the competition. I was really close on using AB May before Matt showed up. Thanks for saving me $1,000 and for fixing the repair without cutting too much concrete. He also filled it back up with gravel saving me money not to pour concrete

Called them about my leaking water heater and they were out within a half hour. It was fine a few days. They came out and installed a new one within a few days, price was reasonable. Very nice, very respectful during Covid-19.

They pulled off a job i dont think anyone wanted to do, and for a cost no one could touch, they replumbed my kitchen grey line under my house to the regular drain in the worst crawl space (I havent dared to go in there), and converted my septic into the city about 100 feet away. I do think it turned out to be more than you guys expected but you still did it for what you said...highly recommend.
