ZingFix installed a new roof on our home in preparation for solar panel installation. I was impressed with their professionalism, effective communication and quality workmanship. They operated with integrity and I believe, truly wanted to do right by us.

Zingfix set us up with its roofer, Phil Ramsey. Our roof is big and complicated (gables, steep, etc.), so we knew we needed a well qualified roofer. We got proposals from several. Although Zingfixs was not the cheapest basic proposal, it was by far the most comprehensive. Phil saved us thousands of dollars over the others when the additional work and complications to our project were factored in.We have all heard the horror stories about roofers. Our project, however, could not have gone better. On time, and under budget. Great customer relations; excellent, polite, considerate crew; a superb final result. Many great compliments in our neighborhood (Meridian Valley Country Club in Kent). We recommend Zingfix without reservation.

ZingFix is the best. After calling several contractors with no reply they got a quality contactor to our door THE DAY AFTER we called ZingFix. Not only did we have a competitive bid within two days they made themselves available to work around our schedules. We now have an amazing deck and new fencing and are completely happy. There were start to finish check-ins and in-person quality checks. We are super satisfied with the work and the process. They alleviated the stress and saved us so much time.

As a Realtor, it’s important we have recommendations for any and all projects a property may need. ZingFix provided this and more for my seller.My client contacted me to help sell her condo that was previously a long term rental. The renter left her 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in a dreadful condition. If she sold it as-is, the most she could sell for was 210k and no lender would finance a buyer with it in that state. I scheduled a meeting with ZingFix and my seller to discuss her options. ZingFix was a sigh of relief to my seller from the start. They listened to her concerns and more importantly, they gave her hope! ZingFix was very responsive during the remodel and kept both of us updated. Once the remodel was complete, my seller was literally in tears with the transformation. The total cost for the remodel was 35k and she sold it for $350,000.
