Mark (owner) and Kyle (install tech) were both super professional and helpful through the process of procuring and installing my new system. They were knowledgeable, and I appreciated that when I dropped in to see how work was progressing, Kyle always took time to show me the details of the progress and make sure I approved of everything as it was done. Mark was helpful in all the coordination, quickly getting his crew out to repair any drywall after the install and address inspector feedback to seal the external conduit housing to prevent rodent access to the attic (something I typically don’t see on most heat pump systems). Go green is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable - recommend them to anyone looking to replace or improve their system in Seattle.

Incredible service at a great price! I was so impressed by how attentive Loren was when he came by our home for a complimentary quote. He took the time to walk me through our options, laying out different quotes as we explored not just replacing our furnace but getting a higher efficiency system.We were able to schedule a service within a week of putting a down payment. Andrey did such a great job with the installation. He also made sure to walk us through the set up of the thermostat and proper maintenance of the equipment, as well as answer all of our questions.

We hired Go-Green to install a Mitsubishi system consisting of a wall-mounted outdoor compressor, attic heat exchanger, and ducting and vents throughout our house. During the project Mark, Kelli, Jeremy, and Abel from Go-Green were communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. Jeremy in particular was excellent and helped us narrow down on the right system type, system sizing, and several other aspects of the project.Once the project started the Go-Green employees were very nice. There were some issues during the install: the wrong hardware showed up originally, a worker slipped and put their hand through the ceiling, and originally the coolant lines werent routed where we had asked for. But every single issue was corrected quickly and to our satisfaction. Their installation foreman Abel was excellent, he truly cared about the quality of the work and paid attention to the details once he arrived at our job.Mark Strok is the owner and we chatted several times on the phone throughout the install. He really impressed us with his responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to make sure things were correct and we were happy. We ended up with a system we love and a warm house!

What can I say, I’m throughly impressed by the great service Jeremy and the Go Green Heating & Air Conditioning team has provided. And would recommend their services to any family and friend, with no hesitation.With the crazy heat waves in Seattle these last few summers we decided to hire Go Green to help with installing a Mini-Split system to provide A/C in our living room and master bed room on a positive recommendation from our neighborsJeremy initially came out last year to help us with assessing our needs and provided a detailed quote with clear breakdown on parts, labor, permits, electrical install, and warranties. They were also able to pass down rebates from the city and manufacture which made us feel great about the pricing.After booking the install in early Jun it took Go Green about 1.5 months to get installers out in mid Jul. Gavin was the onsite team lead, he was professional, clearly walked us through the install process and expectations, while following up on a few tweaks we had asked for throughout the install process. One first day they installed all the interior units, and on the second day they connected up all the electrical wiring and got the units working.One hiccup that ended up being the highlight of our experience with Go Green was their ownership around a mistake the electrical subcontractors made. On the second day the electrical subcontractors drilled six larger 6” whole around our main electrical breaker. We had not expected this level of work on our home, and was disappointed to find out that the electrician wouldn’t cover the drywall repairs. However Jeremy stepped up and offer to fix the drywall issues at no cost to us. Over 6 days they came out and got our home fixed back its original state with texturing, primer and paint matching, all with clear communications throughout.If there was an option to give 6-star review I would totally have provided.

We really appreciated that Go Green Heating was transparent about the bidding process. Other HVAC providers have not only been more expensive, but they have failed to provide the details that would make their hourly rates for labor and their markups apparent. Go Green, in contrast, provided a breakdown in their bid for materials and labor based on a stated hourly rate, and they were willing to have us provide our own electrician for the job, since he was already here for another project. The installer was on time and completed the job competently and efficiently. He volunteered helpful information about our heat pump in a respectful manner.

I had a fantastic experience with Go Green and my mini-split install today! I looked at a few companies and got quotes but Go Green was the most reasonable and didn’t try to upsell me. The day of the install was so smooth and the guys (Chris, Nick and Gavin) were all nice, outgoing, respectful and made me feel comfortable with the work that was happening. They predicted the work would take 2 days but they were able to finish in 1! It’s 82 degrees out right now and my living room is a comfortable 67. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I thought it might be useless to write a review, cause there is already so many good ratings for GoGreen but my service with them have always been great and thought Id add a +1.Hakan was my tech today and he came a bit sooner than I expected, which is always nice. Instead of just knocking, he sent a text and also called prior to arriving to ask if coming early was ok.Once inside, he was respective with the floors and brought and slipped on his booties to prevent dirt from covering my floors. He asked for an explanation of the problem and took in my feedback to start his investigation. He was pretty quick to diagnose and fix the issue. In and out within 30 minutes (thankfully was a quick fix).In addition to fixing the issue, he explained what he was doing every step of the way, and also answered questions I had about the system.Even if it wasnt covered under warranty, I would reach out to GoGreen to give me good quality service at a great cost.

The sales department patiently worked with me every step of the way as I decided on the model I wanted. There were a lot of choices, and I had a lot of questions.The installation crew was amazing. In 2022, Go Green installed four AC units for us. Looking back and now having used the AC units and their service for two years, I realized I must leave a review to spread the word. The initial installation process was smooth, and the final quality was excellent. Here are the two main reasons why I gave them a five-star rating:1. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the good and timely service they provide compared to other companies around Seattle. We obtained three quotes, and theirs was the lowest without any drop in quality or service. Since the installation, they have gone above and beyond with their customer support and follow-up help. More on that below.2. They truly prioritize their customers needs, both new and old. I believe this stems from their management style and the company culture they have established, along with the people they hire. We noticed one of our AC units was slightly blowing cold air even when it was off, while another unit was on. Sometimes it would ice over or drip cold water. It didnt bother us much for two years because we didnt run them all the time, and it wasnt a big deal. This year, before the summer temperatures rose again, we wanted them to come and see what was going on. They came swiftly and took a look. Initially, they thought the units might be cross-wired, but it turned out to be a bad motherboard on the outside unit. Hardware problem and not related to the the companys or their installation. During the investigation, the bad motherboards fuse also blew out. To get us up and running as quickly as possible, they came up with two solutions: first, they tried to change the fuse temporarily for the short term to keep us at least partially operational while ordering a whole new motherboard. The short-term approach didnt work, but luckily, they found a new motherboard in one of their nearby warehouses within a few days. The whole time during this process, they communicated with us every step of the way very clearly, explaining things to us and making sure were on the same page. While dealing with all this, they also updated the aesthetics of the AC pipe casings in three corners, making them look much better. This is what I mean when I say they went above and beyond. All of this was free of charge, amazing!

We have a townhome that we bought as a new construction thats now 7 years old and hadnt bothered with any maintenance of our split pump AC up until this point. Weve noticed the system getting worse over time and finally decided to seek professional assistance and call Go Green.Our service technician Juan Parades, who was extremely friendly and helpful, was able to succinctly highlight and summarize a number of problems with our setup and performed years of maintenance in the course of an afternoon. The results are immediately obvious; our system runs way more quietly and within 30 minutes got a problematic room down from the 70s to the high 67 degrees. After literally spending 2 years over the pandemic trying to find an HVAC contractor to show up at our 3 story townhouse, give us an actionable estimate, and complete the work to install a mini-split system to cool our hothouse down, Go-Green did all of this, this summer, exactly when they said theyd do it, with the equipment they quoted for us, at exactly the price they said they could get for us (which was quite reasonable for what we wanted).Go-Green runs a tight ship. They communicate very well with their customers, taking whatever time is needed to both do the job to the customers spec as well as explain how to use and maintain the installed equipment. ALL of the people we worked with at Go-Green were customer-first, friendly, confident, and honest with us about the work and how they were going to go about it. The system they installed is AMAZING, and is a game-changer for us -- worth every penny. Check the photos -- the units look tiny, but they are both MIGHTY and QUIET. The install could not have been done more properly than it was, and with zero compaints from their awesome installers who had to climb to ridiculous heights both inside our house to get the job done.

I have worked with them on a few projects so far.We are planning on working with Go green for all our AC needs in future. In fact, we decided to hire the team for an AC installation on another homeProject 1: We had found a leak in one of our ACs. Another AC company had quoted us that we needed to replace the entire AC unit (even though it was less than 3 years old) and we grew suspicious of their diagnosis and roped in Go Green to come check it out and give a second opinion.Go green found the root cause right away and fixed it in a couple of hours.I cannot recommend them enough - they are very reliable and trustworthy, and those are hard traits to find in any business! You wont go wrong!!Project 2: I worked on another project with Go green on installing an AC on existing refrigerant line and go green found a leak on that.They took full ownership of fixing the leak and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was fixed. They spent a whole day trying to identify the root cause of the leak, and suggesting multiple alternative approaches to fix it. I cannot recommend and thank them enough!

Go green installed our AC last Oct, their bid was the most competitive one, and also they are more flexible with our schedule.It’s quite hard to evaluate the installation process since I have no other benchmarks, but the entire process was smooth and well communicated.What’s outstanding is their service. Recently, given the hot summer, we turned on AC and noticed it wasn’t working very well. We emailed them one night and boom, they were at our doors the next day morning. It took quite awhile to fix it, but the workers went for great details to make sure everything is fixed (like climbing 2 stories high) and they remained very cheerful all the time.Highly recommended

I recently had a ductless AC installed and the Go Green team was absolutely amazing. They were prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job on the installation. Even their 3rd party electrician was of the highest quality when running the new power line, doing a great job hiding the new line that was run. The new line was so well hidden that I didnt even realize the job was done when I had asked what time he would be back the next day. I wish I could give 6 stars.

Go Green has been awesome!! We had our A/C and heating done back in November of 2021 and noticed this summer that it was making a weird noise. They sent out Jesse who promptly located the issue and planned to solve it. The unit had been leaking refrigerant and not only did he too it off once, but once he was scheduled to come back for the final fix, he topped it off again before coming out to make sure we’d make it through July’s heat wave. Jesse was so professional and helpful, and made the issue go away quickly! We definitely recommend Go Green and specifically Jesse!

Really professional and quick work. My heat pump system works well and the whole install only took a day.The one warning I will give is that I needed to button up a few things after they left like patching some drywall. Ive talked with Jeremy at Go Green Heating and Air Conditioning a couple times about installing a ductless heat pump system - while its not the perfect time for me to do an install, I know which HVAC company Im going to go with when it *is* the right time for me.Go Greens pricing is very fair (much better than the big guy Seattle HVAC companies), their customer service is top notch, and Jeremy took a couple hours to educate me through the entire process of choosing an HVAC system - he showed me exactly why a ductless system is better for my situation than a gas furnace.I recommend them to everyone I can. Make sure theyre at the top of your list of HVAC companies to call - theyll take care of you from start to finish!

I called here to get my Heat-N-Glo fireplace fixed because this place had a great rating on Yelp. Mark is a very friendly guy and did a great job fixing my fireplace. I’m very happy but if I had to point out one thing, my original appointment was on Monday the 21st at 9am and I had to get a permission from my boss to come to work in the afternoon that day. No one showed up even after 930am so I was going to call them but then I found out that he sent me email saying he won’t make it that day due to some last minute trouble. He did send me the email at 630am but I don’t check my emails that often and it being the day of the appointment, I wish he had called instead of emailed... but perhaps he didnt want to wake me up that early... :)Yet, all in all, I’m very satisfied. One part needed to be replaced and he drove all the way to Tacoma! (from my house in Renton) to get it for me instead of trying to come on another day so he can get it done on one day. Things like this and again, Mark being a very nice guy in addition to reasonable price, I think this place deserves 5 stars.If you’re in doubt, think about this... why is he getting great ratings here and also on Yelp as well? Don’t hesitate... call this place and ask for Mark :)
