Very pleased with our downtown condo remodeling project with Colo Painting and remodeling company. Gonzalo is very accurate with the budgeting and designs, and quite creative and accommodative with issues popping up during the remodeling. Any change or charge was discussed and agreed upon before execution. The price is reasonable and there is no surprise overcharge along the remodeling, which is a rare find in the market. Id highly recommend Colo Painting & Remodeling.

High quality work, prompt response, immediate action on punch list items - what else might one want in any construction project? I hired Colo Painting and Remodeling to paint the entire interior of my home. I was extremely impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of Gonzalo and his crew. They treated my home with respect and care, from covering the flooring to cleaning everyday before they left. The paint job was meticulous. My home looks beautiful and turned out better than I could have imagined. The crew was on time every morning and very friendly. Colo did our kitchen remodel. It was a full gut job: new floors, cabinets, backsplash, electrical, appliances, exhaust vent through the roof. Working with Gonzalo and his crew was wonderful. They were all professional, friendly, hard working. We were so happy with the outcome. They were very responsive to all of our notes. From beginning to end our experience with Colo Painting and Remodeling was first rate. The quality of the interior painting in our 4 bedroom West Queen Anne home was extremely high with good clean lines. Frankly, I can’t see how anyone could have done a better job. The cost was very fair and reasonable. The crew was here every day at the appointed hour and worked diligently with utmost care and professionalism. All the workers were very friendly, helpful and consummate gentlemen. I will definitely hire Gonzalo and his crew again for other painting and remodeling needs. This was the most positive experience we have had with a contractor. I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors without hesitation

I highly recommend Colo Painting and Remodeling. They were professional, efficient, and detail oriented. They also gave me an amazing bid that was fair for all the effort they put in. They worked around the rain schedule and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before finishing up. Plus, they loved my dog which is a plus :) Highly recommend!
