The Rapid team earned this five star rating every step of the way. Not only were they patient, professional, and willing to answer all our questions, but their work cost HALF of the competitor’s pricing! Even though the job was for an insurance-backed claim, they still did everything they could to be cost effective and timely in their work. They were always available to answer questions and explain a fairly detailed process (fixing a main drain line under the foundation). I absolutely recommend them to anyone in the greater Schertz area. Joshua, Angel, Rene, and the rest of the team were outstanding!

Rapid Plumbing responded immediately to my call with need of getting a blocked drain cleared. Joshua arrived as promised, asked me the recent history of drain clog and went immediately to work clearing the drain. He quickly solved the problem, making sure the washing machine and complete draining process are working properly.I recommend Rapid Plumbing and will surely call them for future plumbing needs.

Im a bit late with this review. Two gentlemen arrived at my home three days ago to do something I thought I could do, and then decided to contact a plumber. My usual plumber apparently retired, so Rapid Plumbing came up on my Google search.Water was seaping under one of our toilets, so I thought all they would have to do was replace the wax seal as I have done before. Instead, tree roots had collected, to the thickness of a small log, all the way to the base of the toilet. Im glad I called Rapid Plumbing first. They showed me what they were doing and kept me up to speed until they finished. (My theory is that because of our three year drought, tree/shrubbery roots are creeping into cast iron sewers in search for water.) They showed me video of the sewer and added a preventative solution to hopefully retard root invasion.I highly recommend Rapid Plumbing!

Rapid plumbing has been my go to for plumbing needs for more then 3yrs. The technicians that have worked on my home have been professional, courteous and knowledgeable each time. I had to have my entire hm repiped and this team did an excellent job…. I have had no issues at all with pipe leaks. I have also needed help with my tub faucets, a running toilet, a leak in front of my house with the water meter and they have fixed it all, keep in mind this is over the past few years. I absolutely love their work ethic and will continue to contact them for my plumbing needs.

I have used Rapid Rooter since 2013. In every instance I receive quality solutions and workmanship. My experiences started with Adrian Villegas, the owner, then several other technicians, as time has gone by. I get to request Joshua Villegas, as I enjoy his personality and strong character; he goes above and beyond, and I receive quality work. I am so happy with the recent projects completed 7/15/24. Removed/hauled away old water softner system and RO units to replace with new whole house water conditioner system, as well as under sink filtering. Also, drained hot water tank, and rebuilt front bathroom toilet. All works great and I am truly GRATEFUL.

3/9/24 Once again Austin Stack finishes the job with excellence. Just found out this post from January never went through.1/4/24 I highly recommend Austin Stack with rapid Rooter plumbing. He was thorough in his inspection and even found a manufacturer defect in our toilet that required our toilet to be replaced while still under the one year warranty. He was knowledgeable and articulated well the work that needed to be done and the process to do so. He was courteous, respectful, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Austin Stack, and Rapid Rooter for any of our future plumbing needs.

On Easter 2024 morning we heard a drip. Come to find out a leak was coming from our attic from our water heater. We called at 5 am and they were here at 10 am. They fixed it with 15 mins, in and out. We have had an excellent experience with Rapid Rooter Plumbing. They serviced our plumbing while we were having warranty work performed on our new build and have been one of the most professional plumbing companies we have dealt with. We received updates by text and phone about who our technician would be and when he would arrive, including a photo for safety. Our plumber Austen Stack went above and beyond during his visit, not only repairing the issue he was sent to address, but also helping us with a separate water pressure issue and thoroughly explaining how to recognize issues and maintain our plumbing system. We will definitely be using Rapid Rooter Plumbing for any future plumbing issues, and recommend others do the same.

Highly recommend!!! They re-piped our house 3 years ago, after dealing with 7 years of house leaks, not one leak since they did the re-pipe. They are always ready and prepared for the work. Professional. They provide a photo of technician coming, so you know who to expect. They work quickly and efficiently. Again highly recommend!!! We just had an underground leak, 11 gallons an hour, they got to it as quickly as they could. It was in our concrete slab, they figured a work around to save us money and help us out. Again work was done as quickly as possible. Very thankful for Angel and his assistant. Keep these guys on staff!!

THEY WORKED NON STOP EVEN AFTER THE 2 OTHER LEAKS CAME ABOUT AFTER THE CALL WAS ONLY FOR 1 MAJOR LINE LEAK. WHEN I SAID I HAD A RIVER AROUND MY HOUSE. WE HAD A CIBOLO CREEK MADE INTO A RIVER AROUND MY HOUSE THEY MOVED FAST, SAFELY WAS THEIR MAIN OBJECTIVE AND I CAN SAY YOU HAVE A PROBLEM CALL EM 24/7 SAME CREW STAYED AND KEPT THEIR WORD. The receptionist was extremely helpful, easy-going, and let me know about any additional fees due to me needing an after-hours service.The company lets you know when the plumber is on the way and sends a picture of them beforehand. Hiring a plumber can be one of the scariest things a homeowner does, because there is a sense of uncertainty of the unknown, and a pricey outcome that lingers with every phone call. But not with Rapid Rooter Plumbing, they really did take the fear out of that uncertainty. We had them fix a leak in our sewer line and under our slab, and we couldnt have been more happy with the decision and outcome. They were professional on the job, and Vincente, who handled our claim, took the time to explain in detail what was going on with our old pipes, and what we could expect moving forward. He even took the time to answer my calls once the job was finished...who does that? I highly recommend this plumbing company because they really do have your best interest in mind, and they will always give you a fair price, and make sure you are happy with the results. Rapid Rooter is the best plumbing company ever!!! My Mother and I recently had our sewer line crushed by a construction company doing work on our land. Rapid Rooter not only fixed the problem but even took on dealing with the construction company so I would not have too. UPDATE: Had RRP back out to replace my main drain pipe as well as a break at the sewer main. Of course every project will have its hiccups and that is to be expected. Aside from the unforeseen, The contracted crew had the trench dug out in a single day and Josh had the repairs and my water back on in a day. I spent one night away from home and that wasn’t a big deal. I would say the entire project took a little less then a week, that is with inspection and refilling the dirt. I think I have found my trusted family company. Great work, knowledgable staff, great comparable prices. The background, I received a $450 plus water bill and I was in panic mode, I called the plumber that the builder gave as an emergency number. I was giving the cold shoulder and told that i was out of warranty. They referred me to another plumber, so I called that plumber and they couldnt be reached.I started looking at yelp and google for a plumber, this was the first plumber that was local and had more than 4 stars. I took a chance on this company and it paid off.First the young technicians threw me off, but after talking to them and discussing my problem. They found the problem sooner than I would of thought. It turns out the pressure regulator was leaking from the main water to the house and it was pushing high pressure of 90 psi when its needs to be set between 40 to 75 psi. The pressure made my water softener work over time and it was dumping more water than it was suppose too. I would need a new regulator to bring down the pressure and stop the leaking, after the authorization, the technicians jumped into action mode and finished installing the part in hour.As of right now, I have scratched out the builders plumber and added this company number in replacement.
