    Will and another gentleman came to repair a leaking valve. Will gave me a few price options on the repairs. I asked about replacing thr entire faucet without hesitation he said let me get you a quote for that. They actually went and purchased a very nice looking faucet came back and installed it as well. Very happy with the clean up and urgency of the repair.

    This company is great . They are excellent in getting service to you when it suits you best They do not charge extra for after 5 pm. Max kept me informed of the problem and options to solve it . This was for my rental property and they coordinated well between the tenant and myself. Would definitely use again

    Knows what he is doing. Explains the scope of work thoroughly. He is a reason I will do more business with Beyer Plumbing.The company needs to improve their call center however. A lot of back ground noise that makes it very difficult if not impossible to hear or understand. You have great plumbers so give them and the customer proper support please.

    I definitely like that Beyer Plumbing is reliable. Sometimes the prices seem steep but for the most part I appreciate Beyer Boys will take care of your issues promptly and efficiently.edited to say: We had them come out this time for a large water bill and possible leakage. Devin and his associate troubleshooted and found our issue and were excellent.

    Excellent repair/replacement of outdoor leaky faucet & clearing of bathroom sink drain. Beyer Boys may be a bit pricier than some other plumbing companies, but their technicians - especially Max, who, along with Zack did the work today - are great at what they do & even better at describing the problem. Today was the second time Max fixed a plumbing issue for us. I hope the Beyer Boys owners understand this.

    Beyer plumbing company was able to respond almost immediately to my emergency late on a Saturday. I had a toilet that was overflowing with sewage due to a backup in the drain line. They were able to get to it for an agreed upon price even though it ended up being more work than expected. Really appreciate their commitment and work ethic. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. 5 Stars and I highly recommend

    I originally called to have a pipe replaced for the water heater and while Walter was there I asked him about a few other things. Im glad I did as it ended up being a lot more work across the water heater, the water pressure from the regulator and a spout on the side of the house.Walter was very thorough about going over everything, walking me through the process of what he and his crew were going to do. I appreciated Walter and his team in the work and how courteous they were to clean up after themselves. Even the patch of grass they dug up looked good after they were done putting everything back in which was very appreciated. Overall it was a fantastic experience and it definitely gave me peace of mind.

    Both kitchen faucet and reverse osmosis faucet were installed ahead of schedule and work great. We ran into issue with our first faucet that was installed, was defective and broke shortly after purchase/install (manufacturer issue). Joshua Guerra uninstalled the defective faucet, installed a new faucet that we purchased and installed reverse osmosis faucet in addition. All installations were thorough and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Outstanding customer service not only with Joshua but with Robert as well, working with both me and my wife’s work schedules to get everything done. Five stars.

    Beyer knows how to take care of there employees i know many people who work for this company and never heard one bad thing but on the other hand a company that i have worked for,bracken plumbing drags their employees through the mud and could care less if there families starve never employ yourself with bracken even if it’s the last plumbing company in the world and also there workmanship is spotty at best

    Jonathan Acosta with assistant Luis did an excellent job of diagnosing, then reparing the leakage problem in my front yard beside the main cutoff. My yard was cleaned up and left in a neat state afterwards even though digging had to be done. Also he was prompt, professional, courteous. He kept me informed as to what he was doing throughout the repair and his explanations were easy to understand. I will definitely use this company again for they helped me in an extreme emergency situation.

    Update 1/19/24: We had a broken pipe flood part of our office from the freeze. Beyer was fast to respond and fixed the problem within 30min. Both technicians were fantastic 👍🏻.     Andrew and his partner did and outstanding job recovering my daughters diamond cross and gold chain from the toilet drain pipe. She accidentally dropped her neckless in the toilet. They had to pull the toilet and put a camera down the sewer pipe. Once they located the neckless, they then stuck a thin wire with plumbers puddy and retrieved the cross and chain. They worked as a team and in a timely manner. We were impressed and happy they were able to retrieve her diamond cross necklace. Kudos

    I had main sewer line clogged up with sewage water backing up into my house from under a toilet at 7 pm on a Friday night and called multiple companies. Beyer was the only company who said they could get someone out to me that night. Max and Raul showed up around 9 pm and were the most professional courteous men. They cleared the clog, reset my toilets and they didn’t leave until after 11 pm. Thank you Max and Raul for your courtesy and willingness to take one more call so I didn’t have deal with sewer water in my house and could use my restrooms later that night. Call Beyer Boys because they’ll come when you really need them. Other companies told me I’d have to wait until next day or next couple days.     The men were great, but they couldn’t fix my sewer problem. They did explain I needed to have the septic system pumped and then they could finish the work, but of course they took several more days.     I was searching on Google for a plumber since my previous plumber went out of business. Beyer Boys Plumbing showed as a result and I called to see what availability they would have to clear a main line drain. I called and was pleasantly greeted by their scheduling coordinator and she was able to get me scheduled for the same day, which was the day before Thanksgiving. I received email and text notifications letting me know when the technician was on the way. John Ley showed up at the door ready to tackle the clogged main sewer drain. He was very professional as I went over the issues I had experienced with the toilet and tub. He went over all the potential estimates that I could incur as the process went along so that I was aware of where the process could go if additional issues were to arise. He was able to successfully clear the clog in enough time that I could make it to my class in the afternoon. I may have lost a plumber because they went out of business, but now I have found a new plumbing company for when issues arise in this older house. John gets 5+ stars from me for his professionalism, explanation of the job, and positive attitude.

    Jonathan arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He was able to quickly identify the problem and a replacement water heater was installed. All the old hardware was removed and the area cleaned better than before. Jonathan took the time to explain all the functions of the new water heater and how to connect it to the wifi. Water heaters connected to wifi and an app on your phone… who knew? Very pleased with our experience.

    Called Beyer Plumbing regarding bubbling sound from my hot water heater, we scheduled a service call in 3 days. Our service technician Andrew, called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. The technician diagnosed the problem with the water heater. Provided Andrew with the my warranty papers he made a few calls, all parts were covered by warranty, my responsibility was the labor cost. The technician attempted to pickup the parts but they had to be ordered, parts would be in Monday. Received call on Friday saying parts were in and the work could be performed on Saturday at no extra cost. Work was completed as agreed upon, Andrew our plumber was very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and left the work area as if no one was there.     We just moved into a hew house and had Beyer Plumbing replace both the water heater and water softner. They were able to quickly schedule the work. We received notifications prior to the technicians arrival so we were totally prepared for the work to begin. He showed up as scheduled, was extraordinairily professional, courtous and friendly. He was very conciensious and gave us heads up before he had to cut off water so we were perpared for that as well. He installed superior equipment with fantastic technology that includes water sensing safeguards, ability to manage the equipment remotely and with reporting capabilities to view usage and trends. He also took the time to make sure I understood how to use it. We were very pleased with the quality of work and the quality of equipment. We will definitly go to Beyer Plumbing again.

    We had an issue with our plumbing, and we had used Beyer Boys in the past for AC so we decided to give them a call… Joshua the lead tech that came to our house to investigate our issue found a blockage or wrong piping installed in our house that was causing our drain to overflow.. They came in and tried the camera and no go then tried the auger and no go. He then told us we may have to remove a section of our wall so he can cut out a section of drain to be able to get camera in there to see what is going on. So let him know it would be a few weeks before we could do this do to the price . A few weeks late Joshua and his helper came back and he told me before he cuts the wall he will try to investigate one more time and try to get camera in there. This time he told me it being dry helped out a bit and ran some water through the drain enough to find a huge blockage in line.. So thanks to his reinvestigating he was able to clear line , get the drain working properly and the price came way down due to not having to cut everything out..So with that being said BEYER BOYS really needs to give this young man a raise or something because he and his partner did and awesome job and I will always be thankful for that… JOB well done…So I would recommend Beyer Boys for anyone’s plumbing needs because they go above and beyond there job…Thank you Michael and Mary Bishop

    I will alway use Beyer for any plumbing issues. We had a bathroom sink that was clogged well past the J-trap. Dez came out out and explained the sink has the condensate line from the AC attached and through time the cold water created a large amount of sludge. He cleared it and gave us preventive measures to take to avoid future build up. This is the third time Ive used Beyer and they have always provided great service. Highly recommend them!

    One of our tankless hot water units went out and they came out and were able to take care of it. It was expensive but they were professional and did a great job, installing Bette equipment than what the home builder put in. Then we had them come back and re seat two toilets and fix a few faucets. Again, they did a great job. They aren’t cheap but sometimes you have to pay for quality work. I will continue to use them.

    Just had the Beyer Boys complete a difficult job but they worked through the situation and got a positive result for me. Sewer pipe had numerous roots that had grown into it and were difficult to detect. However, John was able to determine which steps would solve the problem and was side by side with his team, never leaving. The work also took place in my neighbors yard and he made sure they knew every step that was being taken. John has great communication skills in addition to understanding the ins and outs of plumbing. I hope his bosses see this and let him know what a great member of the Beyer Boys team he is.
