The quality of the work was good. I had a seized gas fitting that I needed replacing.. they replaced in 10 minutes. My only complaint is the price. They charged $270 for a ten minute job.. seemed a little steep to me. Probably my fault for agreeing to it. Otherwise service and quality was quick and professional.

A&A Plumbing is my company of choice and I give them a 5 Star rating. I originally had another company scheduled to install a new water heater but my situation turned out to be an emergency and I would have to wait another 4 days for the replacement. Time was of the essence as my garage was flooding w/water. David Smith and DS were professional and reassuring. DS immediately came in and started vacuuming up the water to put my mind at ease. David Smith discussed the various options for the replacement. Not only did I get a premium water heater (Rheem) but I also saved $400 by using A&A. The other company told me they would have to cut into my wall to remove and replace the unit. This task was ultimately going to have to be repaired at MY expense. A&A DID NOT tear down any walls NOR cost me any extra financial burden. I am so impressed with David Smith and DSs professionalism, craftsmanship, affordability and ability to explain the process in layman terms. Going forward, I will be using A&A Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Thanks-a-million David Smith and DS for a job well done!

Paul Rodriguez came out to do our annual maintenance visit today. He was very thorough and enthusiastic about showing us things we didn’t know about our plumbing. He did a great job fixing some issues we were having and made sure we were completely satisfied with his work. He took pictures of everything and took as much time as was necessary to make sure everything was working properly and we understood everything. We were very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to explain everything to us and were highly satisfied with the service we received.

I had a fantastic experience from my first call through them leaving my home. I called in the morning requesting service for a busted garbage disposal and spoke to the friendly staff. A&A Plumbing did a superb job in the installation of new pipes under our home. What started with a clogged pipe became a much needed installation of new pipes which Chris and Evan took care of. This company is amazing. We have an 68 year old house with unique problems. It was a custom build so who knows where the pipes are, well now we do! We had 4 employees out to deal with our main water line replacement. Kyle, Reilly, Seth, and Matt were all professional and kind. They are very knowledgable. We were taken through what would be done then shown a couple times what they were doing during the work and finally showed us everything they had done. No one likes to deal with sudden plumbing emergencies, but my experience with A&A Plumbing from start to finish was great. They were able to send a technician to our home within a half hour of me calling. We received a text letting us know when to expect the technician along with an email including the technician’s name and photo, so we’d know exactly who would be arriving. After explaining my situation, the technician explained what would be done to fix the problem, how much it would cost, how long it would take, and what they would do after completion to be sure all plumbing was fully functional before they left. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional. And the price was on par with what that type of repair would normally cost.

We had our home water heater rupture early one Sunday Morning - we caught it early, shutting the water off as soon as we could. On the recommendation from our next door neighbor (we are new to the area), we called A&A Plumbing. A message was left on Sunday and A&A called us back early Monday morning. Before midday, Paul Rodriguez and Haley Giddens arrived at our house, assessed the situation, and made a plan to correct the situation. Paul sat down with us and presented some options available to us. There was no pressure at all for us to purchase and have installed any items which we didn’t want. Paul did mention a service plan which we decided to subscribe to, based on the savings now and for future service calls. Domestic water pressure was checked and had to be reduced, as well as correcting issues not up to current code. The permits were pulled, new water heater was installed (to code this time), new pressure reduction valve was installed, new street side shut-off was installed, and the job was finished in a very timely fashion for a fair price. Paul and Haley were professional from start to finish, with us being fully satisfied. A few days later the city inspector found that everything was satisfactory.Overall, a very positive experience. They were very thorough, worked hard outside despite the heat, and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with their work. A&A Plumbing is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Paul Rodriguez of A&A Plumbing did an excellent job for us on Saturday, 2 Nov 24. We had a problem with our refrigerator water supply line that required us to shut off the water to the house to stop a virtual flood. Paul, on very short notice, volunteered to respond to the service call, even though he was off that day. He was here in 30 mins, replaced the defective supply line bibb & had the refrigerator back in service within the hour. I signed an annual maintenance service contract with A&A the same day and now A&A is my plumbing service. Paul also returned on Thursday, with his coworker, Alec, to conduct a VERY thorough home plumbing assessment — the best I’ve ever received. I’m a very happy new A&A customer.

Matt & Tanner explained in detail the process and anticipated cost to resolve the plumbing issue. Sure enough, they found the blockage being caused by roots front a nearby tree that had grown into the pipe compound by a buildup of grease tgat had accumulated over a 30 year period. The good news is they were able to use whatever magic tool they had to remove the blockage although it will require additional work to insure the sewage pipe is not at further risk. The cost for 2 hours totalled approximately $350 with a senior discount so very reasonable. I cant thank them enough.

From the first call to work completed A&A personnel were professional and courteous.There was absolutely no upsell of products I did not need, but instead a checklist of things I could do for preventative maintenance before I would need to call to fix a problem. Although it was a small project (installing a bathroom rail) our technician Mr. Rodriguez took his time and explained to me what was need in order to place the rod, and did a step by step of the process and the why it was done that way to satisfaction. I will definitely call them for any plumbing issues in the future.

A&A Plumbing is fantastic! Ive had a little hiccup, a few bumps, but once they got in the groove, it was smooth sailing. The supervisor has even come and done some repairs for me after an initial repair with PVC needed to be re-done with the copper pipe, as I not only wanted to keep copper piping but the attachment is better coppet on copper. This is the plumber that corrected the mistake San Antonio Kitchen and Bath (AKA Texas Green Remodelers) made. The photo of the copper pipes at the shower head is their correction of the mistake of the blue pex pipe photo on the SA Kitchen and Bath review. I love their expertise! A&A diagnosed the cause of a leak--a plumber had installed the flange incorrectly. Heres A&A Plumbing (Chris this time) to the rescue! Really exceptional company and crew. I had the mother of all clogs, one that impacted this house since the 1970s. It consisted of over 35 feet of encrusted pipe under the slab of the house. For seven years plumbers have been coming out to only punch a small hole to allow some drainage. David and Dave from A&A came out and thoroughly assessed the extent of the clog. They were really polite and professional. They got me operational again and were able to accurately describe the problem to Matt and Brandon who came out the following day with the heavy artillery. David and Dave set the stage for the assault that would occur the next day. Matt and Brandon then came out and meticulously attacked the problem with well thought out plans and endured some really hot conditions outside. They were also very polite and professional and kept me informed of what they were doing to solve my problem. Once complete, they showed me the camera footage confirming that my problem had been solved. Finally, after years and thousands of dollars to other plumbing outfits, A&A solved my problem. I wish i could give A&A ten stars for how amazing and understanding they were with the situation that my husband and I went through. Our HVAC system was improperly installed by an HVAC company that was chosen for us through our home warranty. Being first time home owners we trusted that they would choose companies that are reliable and helpful for their clients. We were wrong.That whole process was a nightmare and all I would hear was your unit is fine. I finally got fed up and reached out and found A&A. Our service technician Paul came to our house and immediately found the problem. He informed us that the unit they installed in our house was too large and that it was causing excessive humidity and moisture to sit in our house. He put us in contact with a remediation company so that we can make sure there was no harmful mold growing. They also put us in contact with a water mitigation company.Long story short we had to file a claim due to water damage from the unit being improperly installed and causing excessive moisture. Right away Paul was there with solutions. He showed us a better unit for our home and would make us feel more comfortable. We opted for them to redo the ducts and install the new unit, as well as add extra insulation. Carlos De La Rosa, the HVAC General Manager as well as Jordan G, Alec B, and Matt S. removed the unit so that remediation could begin. Upon removing the unit they found that the drain line and copper lines where within the foundation itself (1960s home), and they redirected those lines so that they would not go directly into the foundation. They removed the existing duct work and laid out the new flexed ductwork and designed it to personally fit our home. Then they came in and installed the new unit once all the construction was finished. When they installed the unit they also added three new vents in our home that were not previously there to help with the air flow. Finally, Paul went over how to properly set up our system and ensure it was working properly.These guys are amazing and so knowledgeable about what they are doing. They were so willing to help us when others just wanted to offer simple solutions, A&A really went above and beyond! I would trust them with HVAC, Heating, and Plumbing! Thank you guys again!

He got to work and removed the existing pvc under the sink and tried to snake inside the wall to make sure it was clean. He ran into a problem when a 90 degree elbow would not let the snake go through. The slow running drain is fixed but he needs to return to remove the 90 degree elbow. Ed is a very experienced plumber. If you need work done ask for Edward. Highly recommend…

Worked with many many trade workers. A&A has been the most fun. SAWS installed the new water heater and left the fittings loose. Then sent us a bill saying we were using 16 gallons an hour for four people. Found a hole had developed in the union nut from the meter to the house Due to subpar workmanship on the install. We requested this plumbing visit because of an email from the water company warning that we may have a leak. Paul and helper, Hailey, identified the leak upon arrival. They detected a leak where the main water lines entered the house. They dug down and found a crack in a fitting and repaired. All work was photographed. Showed us how to use screen on water softener to monitor the GPM. They were very helpful and educated us on several other questions. Couldn’t ask for more helpful and knowledgeable plumbers. Highly recommended.

Just had A&A over again for more plumbing work. They replaced 3 leaky valves, one of which was on my Pressure Regulator in the Garage. Excellent service again! Im so glad I signed up for their membership which means they will be my new plumbing company to drain my water heater and check my home for other potential plumbing issues regularly. Chris did a top notch job again! 3/4/21I believed I had a slab leak! I was very thankful to get an appointment the same day I called. Chris and Israel came to my residence properly equipped with masks and shoe coverings. They provided 3 options. Option 3 involved a diagnosis fee and a cost to re-rout the damaged copper pipe. I decided to compare costs by talking with other plumbing companies. After doing my research I called A&A back in the late afternoon and they were still able to come back to my home to diagnose the problem. Chris found the leak which was not in the slab but in the wall and quickly fixed it! They charged me less than the diagnosis fee.
