Ive had Local Plumbing come out for multiple services and they are always on top of customer service and satisfaction.My water heater started leaking at an alarming rate, and Hunter Lee came to the rescue sooner than expected. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions in a clear, polite way. He installed a new unit in impressive time and removed the old unit without leaking more water or sediment in my garage. I will absolutely continue to call these guys for all of my plumbing needs.

It was bought to my attention that there might be a sewer leak under my house. Also the water pressure inside the house had been low. I got in touch with Local Plumbing LLC after seeing some great reviews on the Nextdoor app. The first thing that was addressed was the water pressure. A new pressure valve was installed. That took care of that issue. Then a Hydrostatic test was done to determine if there was in fact a sewer leak. Unfortunately there was. Local plumbing LLC came back out 2 days later to determine where the break was. Very efficient service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and even gave us some advice on a couple of other things unrelated while here. This all really put my mind at ease and fortunately the break wasnt too far into the house. I am going to contact my insurance, but even if they dont pay out its not going to be this terribly high number I thought it would be and financing is available if need be.All in all a very good experience with these guys. Its not the type of thing you want to happen but I dont feel panicked about it like I did when I learned there might be a leak.Melanie Kemp.

I had my water heater give out and I called Justin at 8:30 a.m., he was at my house by 11 a.m. and was done installing my brand new water heater and a new water softener by 2:30. He worked quickly, neatly, and it was quality through and through. He had everything with him, no waiting around for parts to arrive, just down to business. He really saved the day as anyone that has their hot water go out can relate to. His box truck is truly a mobile worksop, Im confident theres no plumbing task he cant handle and on top of everything his prices were HALF of these bigger places. I texted local plumbing over the weekend when I noticed a small leak coming from the pipes under my kitchen Sink. I told them what the issue was and sent them a picture. Positive experience with water heater installation. Local Plumbing beat two quotes and were friendly and helpful in a hot water installation.One employee was a seasoned plumber and the other a very young man who seemed to be at an apprenticing stage. Despite inexperience the younger plumber also showed diligence, knowledgeable while also successfully taking input from his boss; I was glad the company is employing and training the younger/future generation.Due to a miscommunication I accidentally overpaid and the company kindly sent a check to make up, I was satisfied with customer service too.Even though there was uncertainty about permits which caused the price to go up by the end of the job they still gave fair prices and wise installation, would recommend and use again.

Have tried James the Plumber and JL Hearns in the past-both fine- yet Local Plumbing is by far the best and most reasonably priced professional licensed service. For me it was Justins timely response, fast scheduled service, and more than reasonable price. Would have taken me double the time maybe triple- to do the job myself. Worth every penny, and did a better job that I could have done. Great price. Highly recommend.

The plumber that I had normally used told me that we needed to make a hole in the wall to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company. I’ve been trying to get my leak fixed for weeks. I called a bunch of other companies, and their response was always the same “we need to send out a technician until we can give you a quote (which cost an additional $60-$80)”. However, Local Plumbing was very opened about their pricing. Additionally, he came the very next morning and fixed everything right on the spot for just $395, which is very generous of him. Although it’s a smaller company, he’s very knowledgeable in his field and get things done right and quick. Overall, great service!

When I explained that this happened a few months back due to what I thought was a malfunctioning pool float that still wasnt working properly, he asked to look at the float. He was able to diagnose that issue and fixed it right there on the spot at no extra charge! And on top of all that, as we were walking back to his truck, he gave me some recommendations on how to repair my homes foundation issue! Very professional. I had a major leak on my main irrigation line, he told me he could take care of it the following day at 1200hrs, the following day he called me and told me he could be there at 100hrs. Once he got there he got to work right away and had the repair done in less than 2 hrs. His pricing was fair and even gave me a military discount. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. After going through two plumbers before I cannot stress enough that if there is someone like him locally available then do not hire anyone else . Curtis with Local Plumbing LLC was a class act. I called and they didn’t have availability until this weekend or next week, however, he said in case they could come today would it be all right. Curtis came and did a full diagnosis and the conclusion was it was our pressure reducing valve (PRV). I asked if he could do it right away and he did, he dug up our yard and put the dirt on cardboard boxes, not to make a mess, replaced our valve and put everything back together and left for a reasonable price. 5/5.
